Yall this place is terrible. Believe all the reviews. They dont help you cause they dont answer the phone. Its impossible to reach them. I wont call one of the gentlemans name but he called me late one evening I guess to see who had called earlier that day. Well I said Hello and he hung up, I called back and he wouldnt even pick up. PLEASE LOOK ELSE WHERE FOR EMPLOYMENT!!!!!!! Ive directed all my tech friends to look somewhere else.

My experience with Randstad was nice, quick and good. I got a job quickly at a large tech company, where their on site manager was nice and awesome! Their attendance policies are better than other staffing agencies also, which is nice.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE ABOUT ANSWERING PHONES, EMAILS. PROMISE THE SUN, MOON AND STARS BUT DONT DELIVER. AFTER A LONG INTERVIEW WITH A PROMINENT COMPANY IN THE SEMICONDUCTOR INDUSTRY, WAS TOLD GET READY FOR A URINE TEST AND IF YOU DONT HEAR FROM ME BY FRIDAY THEN CALL OR EMAIL ME. FRIDAY CAME, MADE SEVERAL CALLS TO THIS RECRUITER ALSO SENT EMAILS AND NOTHING! WHAT IS THE POINT OF BEING A JOB PLACEMENT COMPANY THAT CANT KEEP THEIR WORD, CANT BE BOTHERED TO RETURN CALLS OR EMAILS? EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE AS WELL AS UNPROFESSIONAL TO SAY THE LEAST!

Chris Farrington at Randstad Technologies is really great District Recruitment Manager. I landed 2 contracts as QA Engineer through him. The best one was at Charles Schwab. I would rate Randstad the highest in Austin for job placement. Some other recruitment firms are armature hour at best. Good Look on your job searches.
