I contacted Aerotek during the pandemic 2020 because my job before all this started had fizzed out. In speaking with one of the recruiters, I was told that Aerotek doesnt consider placing candidates into positions if their work history shows short term jobs. In the past Ive had to work other temp assignments that were only 6 month contracts with no option to go permanent. This is the nature of the professional working world today. And, there is nothing wrong with working temp jobs for short time periods. Yet, it seems Aerotek would restrict me from working with them (a temp agency) because I have worked other TEMP jobs. This conversation was 4 months ago and Aerotek hasnt called me since. Temp agencies have infiltrated the professional job market and they seem to think they can invent rules and conditions at the drop of a hat, without any sense of validity or ethics. Aerotek is just another example of this. But what these temp agencies fail to realize is that the workers are the reason why they have jobs in the first place. And because of this, we should be the ones calling the shots.

Worst experience ever to deal with AEROTEK recruiter. After the first job interview, I had to take the drugs test 3 times because they’ve made a mistake. I was angry when they’ve start to send me messages. Also the second recruiter threatening me. On top of all this mess they’ve lie to me about money. If you want a recommendation stop directly to the office company to drop your resume. Best thing to do. And ZERO stars. That’s what they deserve.

If you are unemployed look elsewhere. The recruiters here are non responsive, unprofessional, and shady. The 1st recruiter who attempted to recruit me left a VM and never got back to me when reached out over phone and email. The 2nd seemed better, Adam Koenig, and he got me a job. I received countless calls and texts over a few days while getting my drug screening and onboarding process squared away and then nothing. I would hear from him only when I repeatedly called or texted trying to get information on my start date and so on. The start date was pushed back for mysterious reasons 5+ times with no reasonable explanation. I was assured repeatedly that the job was a sure thing until the day after I turned down another job offer when Adam informed me he was all of a sudden pessimistic about the role actually happening. Having wasted time, urine, weeks of not job searching, and a actual job I attempted to reach out to a supervisor, Paris Bell, who has still not returned my call. There is NO accountability, communication, or professionalism from this company and its recruiters. Dont let a washed out PE coach try to find you a job, just do it yourself and save yourself the headache. I will not be back and I hope for anyone reading this that this helps save you some time and energy.

This staffing agency is the best I have ever been with. They really work for their people and were very accommodating for me at several times. Their entire team are very helpful and communication is outstanding. They provide some of the most innovative resources for there employees on there website once on board. I relocated and needed to find a job fast. I was referred to AeroTek. I spoke with Vanessa. I went into the office on a Thursday, spoke with Vanessa about my qualifications and what I was looking for. I provided her my resume. She was so helpful and nice. After our visit she found a potential company that matched my skills. By that Monday I was set up for an interview. By Monday afternoon I was offered a position! This has been such a great experience! If you need work FAST this is the company to go with! Many positions are temp to full time with an almost guarantee that youll be on full time.

My recruiter Vanessa is very helpful & knowledgeable. She made me feel very comfortable and helped me every step of the way when going in for a job interview. She answers all questions promptly & keeps you in the loop as to what is going on. I definitely recommend Aerotek.

I’ve been working with Aerotek, and specifically Lillie Taft, since the beginning of the year. It’s been a long and interesting ride. I was able to get the job I so badly wanted, all with her help. There has been great support from helping me run possible interview scenarios, to helping get people I recommend connected with the right employer. Aerotek has been a fantastic recruiting agency to work with. When I became unemployed at the beginning of the year I had submitted my resume to, roughly, 8 different recruiting agencies and Aerotek has been the only one that has found me work. The found me a part time job the first week I had interviewed with them and they have kept in contact and have found me a more permanent position with a fantastic company. Lillie Taft has been my contact over at Aerotek and she has been so helpful with any questions I have and helping make sure my time sheets get in the system and I get paid on time. Aerotek has placed me in a great job with Baylor Scott and White. The staff is always available and willing to answer questions that I have. During the initial hiring process I was kept in the loop about every step in the process. The recruiters are very helpful and transparent with information about the jobs that they are trying to fill. The process from starting the application to getting placed in a position was a lot quicker than I thought and I would recommend Aerotek to anyone who is looking for quality work.

If i could give them 0 stars, I would. I was speaking to a representative about finding a job and she got down all my info - what I wanted to do (for reference, I said I was open to any field and had no specific field I wanted to go into). It’s been 3 months since that conversation and I haven’t gotten a call back. I’ve called this representative multiple times within these 3 months and have never gotten a call back.

Aerotek has always been great at finding me not just a job but the RIGHT placement. Fiona got me a position I adore and Im immensely grateful. Theyre honest with you: they tell you what youre worth and really fight for you. Sometimes other agencies need to be prodded constantly, but even in slow times its clear Aerotek is looking out for me.

I’ve work for this place many times before and it’s always the same thing if you don’t get place at a job they won’t return your phone calls or follow up with you for another placement I guess I’m the one to blame for keep coming back to deal with Aerotek I was told I would be contacted within a hour every time I get a recruiter Over the phone and that 1hr turns in to 24hr maybe more if I wasn’t to call them back. I’ve also have been told there is a match for a job placement but days go by and nothing and when I do finally Get a human on the phone the recruiter Has been fired or that job that was told to me is no longer available and sorry isn’t a safe word to use every time you realize you are not being professional Aerotek.

I highly recommend Aerotek! The recruiters are always nice, courteous and straight to the point. Aerotek recruiters will make every effort with as much insight and tips to help you get the job. Most helpful and results-oriented staffing agents of any organization I have worked with in Austin. Fiona and Jordan have been great to work with and I would recommend them to anyone looking for contract work. Decent benefits offerings, but I am disappointed Aerotek offers 401(k) only through the very disreputable Wells Fargo bank;-(

Mary is one of the best recruiters in Austin Aerotek is lucky to have her! We spoke on the phone one time she told me about a position I might be interested in. Mary took the time to explain clear expectations on what the employer was looking for. I felt very confident after our meeting and was offered a position shortly after the interview. The follow up phone calls to make sure everything was okay was great encouragement. I havent had to use an agency for employment very often Mary was a great helping in a time of need. Great Service, Great Relationships, Great Attention to Detail and SupportI was nervous about going through a staffing agency (even with a pretty solid resume) but I couldnt be happier with the overall experience. I landed an amazing job that fits my background and experience perfectly but above all, they care. Caitlin makes semi frequent visits to the office that Im on assignment at and has always stopped by to say hi. She is always available and willing to hear me out regardless of the type of feedback Im giving. Lille is amazing and super responsive, like having a sister that will help you find a job. Both are take-action women who strive to make all parties happy and ensure that they are comfortable and well listened to. There are tons more good things I could say about these two ladies and the rest of the Aerotek staff (including Jordan who I recently met and have already referred someone to) ... but Ill just say that I highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a new career or interested in switching fields.Thank you Aerotek, Austin Team!!

I had been in the retail business for too many years. I had been a sticker, overnight, cashier, supervisor, manager, lead. You name it. I was tired of it, a friend let me know about Aerotek and I met with Lillie and Dash. They were friendly and answered all my questions and concerns.They deal with many companies and the job they got me into I love. First time in a long time Im looking forward to going to work. Kelsey did an amazing job! She kept me updated on how the interview went and with the reactions from the interviewers at the company. She also gave me great advice to make sure I was prepared for the interview. She would promptly return phone calls or emails. And she made sure I was aware of how far along we were in the process. Also, the location is just south of downtown Austin. Aerotek is a good company in the sense that they contract the higher paying jobs in Austin but the company is prejudiced in the way they operate. Do not work with Vanessa. She is a hounding recruiter concerned with her paycheck which is based off her recruits. She also makes decisions solely based on her biased judgements. Beware, this company hires certain demographics for certain positions because they receive a higher payout. Furthermore, their office contains nothing but Caucasian employees who mock (specifically the receptionists) the individuals who call looking for employment. They are the epitome of individuals who peaked in high school. Tragic.

I was extremely impressed with Aeroteks initiative and responsiveness. Tyler Marshall went above and beyond to help me find just the right job placement, coordinating interviews and providing advice and support. I was hesitant at first to work with a staffing agent, but am very grateful that I have the opportunity to work with these professionals.

Ive been with Aerotek for about 2 months now and since joining its been a nice experience. It did take me about a month and several applications before they were able to match me with a job before that however, but thats just a testament that theres strong competition in the area. They return any messages I leave promptly, and have proactively contacted me if I was late to submit hours in hopes of squeezing them in so I dont have to wait another week before payment. A nice, clean office as well with friendly and helpful staff.

Ive worked with Aerotek for almost 5 years, and theyve been one of the best staffing partners to date. They always respond quickly, and stay on top of our assignments. I especially enjoy working with Dash Lovan, hes always two steps ahead and I appreciate that if there is an issue he comes with a solution.

This lady got my hopes up high. Went up there and had a job interview with some lady and she promised me I would start working for this company the same week and she just left me hanging. I reached out to her through phone call and email and I still have not heard a response back.

After talking over our interview & your resume with my team, we unfortunately don’t have anything right now that fits what your skillset is in addition to the pay you deserve based on your experience. In addition, we could not find any other negative feedback from SunPower according to the other individuals we hired to SunPower. While you could be correct, I just do not have any evidence since I was not in this office at that time.Keep in mind this is a company that has a motto, Bringing great people and great organizations together. This drive to connect people and make them successful is what we mean when we say — our people are everything.The email I got in qoutation from a requiter that sounds like he gave up on me after meeting with him on Tuesday which was 2 days ago. I am out of a job, no money and took my reminding gas to meet with him. He sounded very positive but getting this email of saying he cant help is disheartening. Keep in mind I didnt ask for any rediculous amount to be paid. I very much qualify for certain position and as a staffing company thats their job to do a search. During that meeting he made front of people that lie about having a HS diploma and barely meeting requirements. Maybe that should have been my que he wasnt professional and serious about his role to help me.Im furious on how I am being treated. I called his direct phone number back no answer. So I called the Austin office back. She put me on hold, waited. She hung up on me. I called back, she giggle and said I did hang up. Hold on let me transfer you. Which she did but it went to voicemail. I am calling to directly discuss this with someone. Called the main line back, it kept ringing and ringing. No answer. That is why I am now writing this customer review on here. (Feeling defeated)

It really depends on who your recruiter is. I have seen glowing reviews on here, and Im jealous of their recruiters because mine spoke with me initially for almost a half hour, having me go over my entire resume, to then tell me she had two great paying jobs she wanted to set up interviews for, and then all of a sudden each job fell through/they actually already hired someone for the position. I have yet to have any interviews, and I have asked her to follow up with me over the past two weeks on new job opportunities and she has just ignored me/ has not returned my calls or emails. Its like, just keep up communication with me, even if theres no job opportunities right now. But since Im not profitable right now, Im not worth even an email? That really hurts the reputation of Aerotek, and I dont know if I would recommend them just from my personal experience.

I am grateful for their services. Aerotek has help me get the job I wished for. It was way less stressful with their help. Staff is very nice and polite.

Mary and the team at Aerotek are absolutely amazing! I cant say enough about how helpful they are compared to many other recruiting/staffing agencies that Ive worked with. I registered with about 6 different recruiting agencies over a 2month period and had no luck finding a job. The jobs I was offered either werent what I told the recruiter I was looking for, or the recruiter never had any jobs available. That wasnt the case with Mary and Aerotek. I registered with them one day, interviewed with them in person the next day, and found a job within a week of contacting them. Not only did I find a job but I love my job and its the perfect fit for me. Mary coached me throughout the interview process with the company I work for now, and even helped me negotiate a higher salary than what was initially offered. Dont do what I did and waste your time with recruiters that just collect resumes. Call Mary and the team at Aerotek if you wanted to get started in a career that is right for you.

I DO NOT recommend this agency to anyone. They call you in just to tell people that the job that they are calling you for has been taken. They had 2 hrs to connect a person to tell them this but they did not and this person drove 35 miles one way to be told the job was taken.They say they will keep you in mind for other jobs but NO calls or emails ever.

They are so awesome! They are polite, professional, and they really care about the kind of job youre looking for and try to put you in a job that you want. They helped me find a job really fast and I love my job!

I have had a great experience working with Aerotek!!!My recruiter MONIQUE went above and beyond for me even after she had already found me a job!!! Something happened with my car and she came all the way over to my job to pick me up after work to take me where I needed to go!!! I am forever grateful to her!!! Aerotek is a great company!!!

SHADY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!They make you fill out the new hire forms & go through orientation before you are hired to avoid paying you. It took 2 hours not 30 minutes to fill out all the forms & watch the video. The actual orientation didnt cover much. The information they sent me stated I was eligible for benefits & my recruiter said the same thing. Once hired, they kept taking away little by little until I had no benefits. I even signed up electronically for benefits & have proof. The client is nice, but I would not work for this shady company again. They kept calling me a contractor, but would not allow me to do 1099. They also get you in as cheap as possible even if the client allows double the pay. Yes, they get their markup after the salary. It does not cut into their profits if they would have paid you more.

Was promised a set interview the next day upon going to Aeroteks interview previously. Victoria Fredrich promised to get me an interview the following day. Upon arriving they had no record of me and when I tried reaching her, it went to voicemail serval times. She then apologized and promised me an interview that upcoming week, FORSURE. I emailed her multiple times and she’d reply that I was getting an interview within the week and she’s get back to me. She never did. No returned calls. No interview. Nada long story short, don’t go here!

I have had a very pleasant experience with Aerotek Staffing Agency. When my contract with Dell ended due to layoffs, my representative at Aerotek worked very hard to place me quickly. Ive been placed in a contract-to-hire position with several others from Aerotek whom all speak highly of their representatives as well. I would recommend this agency.

Areotek is a great temporary company to work for. After losing my original recruiter, I then received Lillie as my recruiter . She is wonderful. They care about you and if your happy in your position ! I recommend Areotek to everybody!

I recently was offered a job through Aerotek. The pay offer was great, but so was the opportunity , I was working for half as much, so leaving my job for more pay and an career oriented job wasnt too hard. I always was treated with respect by my recruiter, and he always kept me informed. Nothing was rushed however very productive.He was very understanding to my current situation.I was so impressed with the service I told my friends and family. long story short my sister was able to land a great job as well and liked her recruiter as well. She called and texted just to thank me which is very unlike her. If you need a good job with professionals throughout, Areotek is the company to meet your needs plus a little extra.

If i could give them 0 stars I would. Robert Sellers helped my husband who has a criminal background get a job that lasted 6 mos promising him the next assignment would be more. They not only altered my husbands time sheets to reflect longer lunches which he never took, but now he wont even return a phone call to put my husband back to work. All of the recruiters advertise for jobs that you cant obtain or pay that isnt available just to bait you in. Alex advertises weekend interviews and call backs but never answers her phone either. False advertising! Worst recruiters! Dont be fooled

They may be a good company to work for if you could get the recruiters to return your calls. Im very disappointed in the way I was treated because I was referred by a recruiter from the agency at a job fair. I have registered and applied for jobs.....no reply back. I have called and left messages and they never return your calls back. I finally gave up because I was becoming very frustrated. I would not recommend anyone I know to them based on my experience. Very disappointed! I hope others experience will be better than the service I did not receive.

I had a pleasant experience with Aerotek. My recruiter, Jonathan Taylor, found me a job within two weeks. He responded to my inquiries in a timely manner, and checked up on me periodically.

My contact with Aerotek was very positive. Megan was extremely professional and enthusiastic. She went the extra mile. While I didnt get the position it was neither her nor Aeroteks fault. Within a few moments of my phone interview with the company that Megan was trying to place me with it became obvious that the company had already made up its mind to go with someone else and they were merely interviewing me as a courtesy. I would however reiterate that this was not in any way Megans or Aeroteks fault. I certainly hope to deal with Megan in the future, she is genuinely interested in her candidates success.Having worked in Recruiting and Management myself I would hire Megan in a second as well as happily deal with Aerotek.

I worked with Mary Simeon, and she truly is a angel from above!!! I was stuck in a job I hated and Aerotek helped change that. Mary went and still goes above and beyond the call of duty to make sure I got placed in a job I loved. I have been with my new job since December of 2015 and I still get weekly calls from Mary just to check it. I will definitely recommend her and her services to everyone that I know!!!! :)

I went in thinking I was going to be sent to interview for a good job , but after really getting to know me and my professional experience and background they sent me to interview for an even better position , which I am now a permanent employee with full benifits and great $$$$. The whole staff at Aerotek are amazing and very professional.

Waste of time.They have your Resume that you originally send them. They dont even review it before they contact you. Once they schedule you to come in for an interview they literally inform you moments after sitting down that the position youre applying for, youre not qualified for, for whatever reason. If you do get hired for a position there, they hold their interview or their orientation in the main lobby since their conference room is always busy. If you want to speak to a supervisor or need to complain about a recruiter, upper management sounds just as unintelligent as the 18 year olds they hire. They really dont care about their clients nor give them any humane respect whatsoever. Do not waste your time calling them or trying to get their assistance since they never seem to answer the phone when they dont want to speak to you. When it comes to receiving your W2 Tax Form from them, the only way to receive it is by complaining to the IRS or TEC since it always gets lost in the mail.Strongly recommend you do not consider doing business with them. They will take advantage of the scenario and fire you for any slightest detail then abandon you with ease.

My overall experience with Aerotek was a pretty good one. My recruiter, Darren Lucca, walked me through the dos and donts for my interview and walked me through the whole process from beginning to end. I would highly recommend using there services.

Terrible care for employees (facilities maintain poor working environment). did not give any notice before huge layoff (100+ persons), also did not care to help get employees obtain W2s by the end of the month in January for fiscal year of 2014

May sound professional but they are not! I had at least 4 different recruiters in a short period of time. So I had to explain everything to thenew recruiter about my situation which was very annoying . Even tho I got fired from my first job over some total BS. Its their job to find you another job. My new recruiter stated she was going to call me in the morning and never heard from her and its been 3 days smh. I dont even want to get into how long it took for me to start my job because they kept giving me the run around . Sorry but not sorry jist telling it like it is . for you all that are giving them 5 stars are probably people that work their cuz its impossible for them to get 5 stars.

The worst company to work for. I had 3 recruiters from the time I started until December. I was sent to a site that was closing down, which was no problem since I was not working at the time. It was a great company to work for I learned a lot. When the end of my assignment came I was on my second recruiter, Quinn. He assured me that he would find me something ASAP. The company I was assigned to at first actually contacted me and asked if I could go back until September 30th because they needed someone to help them ship out the remaining products and help with receptionist duties. They contacted aerotek for me and I went back to work 1 week after my initial stop date and stayed until September 30th. Which then I was going to be staying out of state for 3 months or so and asked for my information to be transferred to that office. I had to contact them they never contacted me. I made the initial contact with a gentleman out there gave him all my information to where I would be staying out there and never heard from him again I sent him numerous emails and left voicemails and no response I even contacted Quinn back here and he said he would get in contact with them, as a result of not working I lost my insurance. I came back after 2 months since I did not find employment out there after all. I contacted the office here and the following day was setup for an interview. I went to the interview and did very well, so well the gentleman told me he would contact aerotek later that day with what day I was to start along with the time and who I would need to report to. I didn’t hear from them that day, the next day was Friday I called and left a message never heard anything. I called Monday early morning since I didn’t know if I was to report Monday or not and could not get ahold of the lady. I left 3 messages then called the front desk they told me she was unavailable and would give her the message. I called back after 2 hours and finally talked to her which she stated I did not get the job and that they went with someone else. I do know for a fact that aerotek receives thousands dollars more per person at each site, I emailed her about it because I was to be getting paid more than half the amount per hour at a site. I only inquired because I was given a $2.00 per hour pay cut just to stay at the first site until September 30th when in reality they could have afforded to keep me at my same pay rate. This is why I will never go back to work for them.

When I arrived at Aerotek the staff was very friendly . I appreciate my recruiter for making me feel welcome and at home. Reed Ducan is very down to earth and such a nice guy . I look forward to working with the company for years to come . THANKS ALOT!!!

I totally agree with other reviews on here they really dont care about there clients, they rush you off the phone or they never call or answer when you call dont bother about leaving a msg. Your better off with Craigs list...

Terrible company. They will completely ignore your emails/phones call if they dont have an answer for you which is completely unprofessional. The least they could do is update you on whats going on. They only want a pay check out of you. They do not care about you as a person. SAVE YOURSELF THE TIME AND CALL A DIFFERENT STAFFING AGENCY .

Edsel Rivera he goes the extramile to give the best courtesy service and try to find the perfect job fit. From the first day i steped in to Aerotek i was greated from there freanly staff, they are generosly and courteous. Edsel does an amazing job on helping you find a great job, he got me an intervie with a great company. Edsel gave me great advices and tip on how to be prepared for the interview. I did got the job tanks to his hard work and tip. Not only he finds you a job but it keep in touch on how everything is going, he promply respond to my call or emails and aswers all my questions with a good knowledge im really satisfied with his work. Edsel has done an great job i highly recommend Aerotek their staff is freanly and courteous. Its a great experiense.

The company cares for their employees. Ive been working with Josh Nelson now for nearly 6 months. There is regular communication, and when I have any questions they are always there to help.
