This company is one of the best Ive ever used. I work for a rather large company and we were subject to a computer malfunction that deleted important client information. We Discover Data helped to recover lost information and in a safe manner as well! For forensic scientist are very knowledge and answered all the questioned we had. They also provided us with a backup plan if this was to ever occur again. Their staff is very friendly and quick to solve any issue!

WeRecoverData WILL SHARE YOUR DATA. I’m astounded at this company’s lack of responsibility with its users personal data and information. Whenever my data recovery was complete, the company sent me the list of files on ANOTHER CUSTOMERS hard drive. This is obviously breaking the contracts confidentiality clause, but even worse, they are leaking very sensitive information about their customers. When I tried to bring this up with a manager, they tried to play it off like it wasn’t a big deal because they only sent me file names, and not file contents. After that, they simply ignored the issue all together, and did nothing to try to fix the situation. Even though WeRecoverData tried to claim that leaking filenames is not a big deal, the data they sent me contained the following information about the other customer:First and last name of the customer.Where the customer lives.The first and last name of the customers wife.The names of all of the customers 3 children.The name and location of the school and universities the 3 children attend.The name and location of the place of employment of the customer.The customers personal, and work email.The customers search history dating back to 2007 (Including some very graphic websites…)The hard drive also contained tax returns for the entire family, which, had they also sent file contents, would have had their social security numbers, and possibly bank routing and account numbers.This is a disgusting misuse of personal data. Not only did WeRecoverData break the confidentiality clause of their contract, but they are disrespecting the the privacy of the entire family. This companys carelessness and negligence puts their customers at risk for identity theft.This gives me zero confidence that they didn’t also send my personal data to someone else, nor that they haven’t had an incident like this in the past with other customers. Hard drives contain all of the most sensitive data on your computer, and when it comes to hard drive recovery, choosing WeRecoverData means you are putting all of your data at risk of being leaked.

I used to keep all my notes, papers and routines or necessary things in computer as it is the safest place. When it crashed, I thought I lost all, I had no idea about data recovery.
