I had a great experience with iSmashed. I needed my cracked screen repaired, but with a newborn was having trouble getting out to a store. Chuck came to my home and replaced it in no time. He was incredibly knowledgeable and kind. My phone looks good as new!

Pretty honest repair shop. Came in expecting to pay top dollar for an iPhone 11 screen. A younger guy greeted me with smiles and appreciation. I expressed to him how I damaged my screen and he replied with sympathy and explained the procedure and price for my iPhone 11 screen. When he took my phone to start the repair process and while examining the phone , he found that I only cracked the screen protection. He then put a brand new one on for 25$ He easily could of charged my more money for something I did. It need. This is why I shop local , honesty and great people.

I got a brand new screen on my phone in a very timely manner thanks to Chuck who managed to make it out to my location to repair it within a few hours of me submitting my request online. I had called for just a screen repair but Chuck went above and beyond by cleaning my phone as well as clearing the debris from my charging port. Thank you Chuck and thank you iSMASHED repair! I went in today to get my phone screen fixed after a family member spilled wine on my iPhone XS. Parts of the left side of the screen were unresponsive.Usually, you drop the phone off and come back in a few hours. I handed over the phone to the technician and he spent 10-15 minutes with it, during which I assumed he was just assessing it to give me a quote, nope! Gave me the phone back and I was shocked when he said he finished the repair in that time. I wouldn’t anticipate this turnaround since he said I came in at a good time, right when he finished other repairs, but totally worth every penny, in my opinion.Only minor complaint is the screen protector he installed is a bit grainy and feels like plastic, not as clear as the tempered glass one I had on before from Amazon that I installed myself. But obviously this is has nothing to do with the quality of the repair itself.Amazing and prompt service. I will absolutely be back if something tragic were to happen to my phone again.

I had replaced an iPhone screen at another company a year ago. As it turned out, they used very cheap parts, and the screen never worked properly. Brought my phone in for a charger replacement but the guy advised me the phone wasn’t worth my time and money to fix, but he could fix it if I did want to go through the repair. Pretty honest to tell a potential customer that. This is why is shop local and do not go to austin or San Marcos. Thanks I smashed for saving me $$

These are real people, with real solutions! Scott accurately diagnosed the problem over the phone and confirmed it when I got there. Apple had told me my phone was totally fried after hooking it up to some fancy machine that could not detect it was the charge port???? They told me it was the logic board... almost convinced me to buy a new phone... Worst was my heartbreak over losing my photos and notes as I dont have it hooked up to the cloud. But not to worry, Scott repaired it in 20 minutes! Run, dont walk, to this place! And screw Apple!

These guys are awesome, smart, capable, and honest. The screen on my iPhone 7 was bowed up. They determined the battery was the problem, replaced it, and now the screen and everything else is perfect once again. Way to go guys!

Brought in my iPad for repair and it turns out it was unrepairable (my fault), but Scott kept at it to verify. He made 3 different attempts and kept me updated each time. Even though it couldnt be repaired, Im very happy with their service.

First time here. We moved to the area in November. My iPhone started acting up and then wouldn’t charge. And I had an iPad with a cracked screen. Up early this morning, I searched and found iSmashed. The online reviews were excellent. I sent a note asking about their services. Scott replied as soon as they opened. I called with a few additional questions and then went to the store. Scott met me at the door, diagnosed the problem and told me the price. He said the phone would be ready in 20 min and the IPad tomorrow. Great! We ran an errand and returned. Both items fixed and ready to go. Wow! In a world where customer service continues to erode (I’d called AT&T for help before I searched for iSmashed- a train wreck), this was a very very happy find. Do not hesitate, unless you really want to spend $1,400 for a new phone.

Great repair shop. Ryan saved my water logged Iphone. Then he saved me money on my wifes Iphone by not trying more way to repair it when he knew it was no hope. Excellent Customer Service! I called with an issue on my charging port on my iPhone X. Instead of just having me bring it in, they suggested something to try before bringing it in and it completely fixed my charging issue. This saved me $200! Very straight forward guys that wont charge you extra or rip you off. I highly recommend them; we bring all of our Apple products there.

I couldnt charge my phone, the charging cable kept falling out of my phone and thought that I would have replace the charging port or buy a new phone. James suspected it only needed a cleaning. He took it apart cleaned the ports and Voila! It did the trick! Couldnt be happier it was way cheaper than replacing the phone. I highly recommend this business for their expert know-how and excellent customer service.

Absolutely dumb technicians. If you can even call them that, after my screen was “fixed” the battery stopped gaining %. I later found it it was a screen and software issue. They had asked if I had recently repaired my device at another repair store, mentioning that if I did that was most likely the issue. These people have no idea what they’re doing and shouldn’t be taken as a business, but yet as a joke for even calling themselves tech pros.

Great service and extremely friendly! They repaired a cracked iPhone screen in under 30 minutes and it cost me $10 more than if I had ordered the kit and done it myself. I am handy enough to do the repair myself, but their lifetime warranty sealed the deal for me. Hands down the most affordable electronics repair business in the hill country; stop searching for a better price and take the trip to see them. You will not be disappointed!

These guys did a great job replacing the screen on my iPhone 6plus - courteous staff and nice clean store. Price was much cheaper than a new phone and they helped me out. If I ever need another screen I will happily return (well as happy as I can be with a broken screen).

ISmashed is great! I went a couple months ago to fixed my smashed screen and the guy did it right on the spot within 30 minutes. I had some issues with it, so when I took it back the second time, James was the tech and he fixed my phone in record time! Polite techs with great phone repair skills!

Fast and friendly service plus reasonable prices. I had an iphone battery replaced in under 20 minutes. They also offer a bottle of water while you wait and a monthly newsletter with specials. It may be a little hard to find but you turn at the Cedar Valley Exxon and this shop is on the left at the very back.

Outstanding service. One of their techs was out and were not sure if they could get to my repair in time but they made it happen and got my iPad done in time and earlier than anticipated! Highly recommend.

Here I was thinking it would be a long and tedious process. My phone got destroyed skateboarding and i smashed the thing inside and out, not to mention bent it. Got it fixed in less than an hour for a reasonable price. Literally looks brand new lol! Scott was very friendly and cool.

Repair Service Beware: My daughter dropped her phone in the pool and it quit working. I brought it to them to hopefully fix, which they tried. They charged me $150, saying it was fixed, it wasnt - so I brought it back. They charged me another $25, telling me it was fixed. It wasnt, so I brought it back again asking for a refund on the parts they had put it in, but happy to pay for their time they spent on it. They pointed to a very small warranty item saying they do not warranty repairs on water damage phones before or after - which is fine, but I wish they would have pointed that out before we started down this road or even after I brought it in for the 2nd repair attempt. At one point they had even offered to take a part out and just charge me $70 for the service fee, but not after I had given them $175. (Actually I had spent over $300 with them on screen repair of an iPad at the same time.) Screen repair service is good-just be carful with their repair charges.
