Our company has been using CAD Supplies for years, weve never had a bad experience. We dont usually leave reviews, but after the steps CAD Supplies took to take care of us last week we felt a review was the least we could do. We were printing large graphics on our plotter when we ran out of ink, we thought we had extra cartridges, but didnt. This was around 4:45-5:00pm on a Friday. We called to see if they were open on Saturday and the person we spoke to said they were not, but asked what we needed, then said he was walking out of the door, but would bring us the cartridges. He took time out of his personal time, after business hours, to bring us those cartridges. We are very thankful for their outstanding customer service and will continue to recommend this company to others!

My wife was ask to remove her review about Cad Supplies I feel like she shouldnt have to cause everyone is title to there own opinions. The owner of Cad is very vulgar and Sarah Davis she will cheat you out of anything so be very careful when you purchase anything from Cad supplies make sure you do your investigation before buying especially from Sarah Davis. She is a Lier dont believe nothing from her

5/28/2016 - Im editing this review for the sole purpose of a letter from an attorney from this company sent to me asking to remove this review. This was another suit filed previously prior to this review from this company. Heres my review, I would not recommend this company. I called Cad Supply Specialty in Austin, Texas because my printer needed to be fixed because the lines were off meaning it was missing dots on the test sheet and one of the colors were off. I Called these guys to come repair it and they sent a tech that come over and In my initial review I stated he was outside my home the the whole time so lets clear this up. He kept going outside then back inside my home more times than I would have liked due to i believe he should have been focusing more on my printer. (this is a fact cause I was there the entire time watching ) I had to keep calling my wife (witness) to take a look because I couldnt believe it. (Fact) He did not use the proper tools to work on the printer (printhead) by using an everyday ***(towel rag)*** to wipe under the print heads. Theres a special made device for that procedure. He stated there was nothing he could do for the printer (printhead). I would have to get a new or refurbished print head which he then tried to sell me off of an old one he stated he had. I was going to pay the company after they billed me until I looked at the maintenance for the printer and it clearly stated (Hp 9000s maintenance manual look it up) you have to soak the print head for at least 24 hours to unclog a print head from soaking which he could not do in only the 2-3 hr service call he was there for. Thus (another fact he never returned which is documented) so we know that was incorrect. I soaked it myself using the proper techniques and the proper equipment and and the issue was resolved - works. I knew at that point I wasnt going to pay these guys. So I then get a lawsuit from the courts for a service call fee to be paid because they came out to service the printer. (Thats fine I understand) The judge ruled in their favor and I lost because it wasnt about them actually fixing the printer it was about them just coming out for the service call. My loss their gain. Hope this helps the next person. I have received a new letter from an attorney asking me to remove the review. The only positive part of this review is that they did show up on time.

Chris took a situation where I felt very frusturated by a couple of things, and made sure that I was happy at the end of the day. I wasnt very nice about it and Chris was very professional and nice about what happened. Thanks for the help with my printer!
