We had an issues with our scanner and because we have a company that monitors services on the equipment I had to have both Lefcom and UBEO on the phone at the same time. My UBEO REP was GREAT! Very patient.

Ive been with UBEO for years. They are always prompt with service, which thankfully I dont have to have very often and supplies are always shipped quickly.Why would you ever want to purchase a multi-function copier when you can lease it and get an upgrade every 3 years??? AND you get all the toner/ink included in the cost of the lease! This a no brainer. Never buy a piece of equipment that depreciates to half value in the first year. I will NEVER buy another copier again. Leasing is definitely the way to go. Ive upgraded several times and it was so simple. UBEO comes and wraps the machine and takes it away and brings me a brand new machine. Its just that simple. They have someone come to you and do a training sesh if you need to and theres always someone to walk you through something if you get stuck.Customer service is outstanding, techs are top notch.NO, I do not work for this company or have any acquaintances that work for this company. This is an honest to goodness review for a company that Ive been leasing equipment from for years. Ive leased through other companies in the past and it was terrible. UBEO makes it so easy!

Instead he carefully evaluates a companys actual needs and prepares an easy to understand proposal. Rex and DOCUmation dont stop with a sale or lease agreement. So first of all they do not have after hours service, so if you have a service request they will only respond M-F 8-5. Most of the businesses that use their equipment are open way beyond those limited hours.Second, when I asked the service manager why I should pay $150.00 per hour just to have one of their service techs on standby, he responded what do you want some drunk guy coming over there to fix your copier or one of our $150/hour technicians. What!?!
