We had our Mac fixed after a coffee spill! They were able to clean up the spill and save the logic board, which only left us replacing the display.Terri at the front desk was so sweet!! She is a true angel! She was super responsive and very accommodating, being that I was lugging my 3 little ones with me. She was very honest and let us know from the start, what our repair MIGHT cost us and she even went over other options with me.. as far as replacing the mac instead, etc.We got our Mac back in two days! and it works like new. I would highly recommend MacTronics and I will visit them again.. IF we have another device needing repair.

The only folks I trust with Apple-authorized Mac repairs both for work—my day-job is IT lackey for a couple of small businesses with going on 100 Macs between them—and personal equipment.Dozens of appointments racked up over the years, not a single disappointment or dud among them. Cannot be topped.

I did business with this place a while back but in dealing with another service I remembered how great this place is. Ultimately the issue with my Mac was one that required replacement, but this place did everything possible. Since they were not able to repair my MacBook, they gave me a full refund. Terri is very generous, patient, understanding, and explains the process very well. I received regular updates and was never left wondering where they were in the process. They clearly have lots of experience dealing with Apple products. Go here!

Last shop to work on my MacBook was this shop. I open my back case to clean out some dust and find stripped screws on the inside. I call the store to see how this happened and they refuse to fix the issue since I opened my own computer and found their mistake. This a catch- 22 policy they can use to cover bad work.

I just expected a new battery but they cleaned the outside of my Mac, the fans, and some other stuff inside the computer as well as showing me a comprehensive diagnostic at checkout. I brought my dog, and they were super welcoming of my pup and we talked dogs for a bit. If youre looking for a more relaxed and nicer (in every way) experience than the genius bar, I highly recommend supporting local business and taking your service to them. Theyre the best in the biz!

I normally take my products to the Apple store to get fixed, but was in a crunch and MacTronics was incredible for me. Terri was super helpful, explained everything so clearly, and made sure to keep me informed every step of the way. They took good precautions with Covid-19 and they had such a quick turn around (just one day for me)! Highly recommend!!

A real gem in a business where its hard to find reputable, businesslike people sometimes. Super friendly, fast, never trying to make an extra buck but always give the best advice. I have taken my 2011 and 2012 computers there maybe 4 times and Ill keep going back until the logic boards die!

The guy I just talked to was more interested in getting me to buy a computer than scheduling an appointment to look at mine. He didn’t even try to listen to what I was saying. I would never bring anything here.

I cant say enough good things about Shane and Terri and this place. They are fast and knowledgeable and friendly, and Ive never had to bring a repair back. Mostly, though, they will always point out all of your best options whether they will make money on them or not. There have been multiple times that I have asked them for an expensive repair and they have pointed out that getting myself a newer laptop (through Apple, not them) would be more cost-effective. My son was in from college on break and his MacBook Pro needed to be repaired. Terri offered great customer service and was extremely helpful through the whole process. Turn around time was great and communication was great during the process. We now have our mac people when we need it. I was also great to talk some baseball with them during the visits.If you need help with a mac this is the place you want to go.

I took my MacBook Pro in to get a replacement display because the screen had busted. I received my awesome estimate and after a couple of days it was ready for pick up. Doing business with Mactronics was so much fun that I can’t wait for something else to break. Terri is a sweetheart, very informative, caring and hospitable and her techs are lightning fast. This is a great mac repair store. I had an issue booting my laptop up and getting past the apple icon and all the online tutorials to fix it were not working for me. I brought it in Monday and knew by that afternoon what was wrong. They were able to fix it under warranty and have it ready the following day. I highly recommend this place for any warranty or out of warranty fixes on mac computers or iPads.

This place DOES exist and its leaps and bound better than going to the apple store to get something fixed. The people who run it are incredible nice and accommodating. They have a much faster turn around than the apple store and they can fix anything. Oh, and they answer the phone everytime I call.

Shane and Terry were great! Had an issue recovering a lost hard disk partition, after spending 2 days on it and purchasing multiple recovery softwares and failing - they fixed it within a day at a third of the cost I had previously spent. Lesson learned - going to head straight over to MacTronics the next time I have issues with my mac :). They also brought up that I was eligible for a free repairs of my retina monitor coating, and fixed that too - looks brand new now! Im an extremely happy customer and highly recommend them.

No appointment or waiting in line. I just walked in, left my laptop with them and came back a few hours later after spending a few hours ducking in and out of South Congress stores, Amys Ice Cream and a couple of restaurants. I am giving MacTronics a simple good review.I called in to get a quote for a new battery for my 2012 rMBP. The woman who answered the phone suggested that I take the computer in to the apple store. This would allow apple to run a free diagnostic, which would make sure it is actually the battery thats gone bad.I will do that, but I appreciate the honesty from a business that has parallels to automotive repair and the opportunity to sell people things they do not need.Thanks!
