I wanted to do business with this Austin business. But...Are they still in business? Or is this automation gone bad?I tried to contact them twice using the phone number listed. An automated system answers and asks for a ZIP code. In my first call, I used my Austin zip code. Second call I entered the same ZIP code listed for the company. In both cases, it says they do not have anybody to service the ZIP code entered, then hangs up. No dial 0 for operator. No try again later.I am not especially upset about this, but it is bizarre... and cannot be good for their business. I hope they will see this review and fix the problem.

I called different companies to ask them for an estimated quote for their service and ended up hiring this company. While their cost is neither high nor low, the way they communicate with us is laudable. They also talk in a manner that average people like us can understand. They were able to finish the project in just two days. There were several heavy drops of rain since they fixed my chimney and place especially the attic remained well and dry.

He and his worker did a great job. I am glad I hired them to clean my chimney. Compared with the other companies that I hired in the past, I can confidently say that they are miles ahead of the competition. They were also honest and there were no hidden charges. All fees are explained in a detailed way. Furthermore, they will not carry works that are not specified in the agreement.

I simply called to make an appt, and the lady asked me the 2 same questions the phone asked, and said nobody was available in my area, then just hung up. Not a care in the world about anyone else. I’m glad I found this out before hiring them.

The previous owner of my home mustve thought he was some kind of a home repair expert or something, but I found that there was some damage that was occurring because of a leak in the roof right by the chimney. I guess he had tried to fix that shot himself and didnt do a very good job. The cap was cracked and definitely was going to need to be repaired. I needed somebody to help me with these services.My father-in-law recommended this service to me and they proved to be absolutely amazing. The guy came out and was not only able to remove the faulty work the previous owner had done, but he perform the repairs and fixed some areas inside the attic where water had caused some damage. Everything about this service call was awesome. Just absolutely amazing. You hate to have to spend money like that on a new home, but it is nice to know you can count on someone to do the job right for you.
