This is our first time doing this type of service in our fairly new house, just 3 yrs old. I booked mainly to get our air ducts cleaned due to dusts and Im so glad I did. Andrew took before and after photos while doing the work and I was amazed how much dusts we had on ducts and even more amazed how he got them so clean afterwards. My dryer also does not seem to work efficiently so I had him check out the dryer vent.... and I was so glad I did.... see the photos attached. Ryan came out and was very kind and courteous. He explained everything to me so I knew what they would be doing. He updated me through out the process. He sent me photos and videos of everything that was going on. They did an inspection on my AC in the attic to check on mold and bacteria. They found bacteria which was only a level 2 (amazing for this home only being 2 years old), but he explained what he could do and what could happen if it is not taken care of. Easy decision to have him take care of it now. The previous renters smoked inside the home and as soon as they started working I could already tell a difference in the smell of my home. I would not only recommend, I will also use them again in the future. They recommend every 2-3 years having this done. Totally within reason and am super happy they took care of me.

Andrew was extremely prompt and courteous. He identified the source of our dryer venting issue to be a screen installed by the builder. He removed the screen, checked and made sure the dryer duct was unblocked, and even stayed back extra to make sure the dryer ran successfully. Very professional work!

They arrived right on time but after doing an inspection they informed us the ducts were all clean already and their service was not needed. What honest and decent people!! I called Texas Air Duct Cleaning for a dryer vent service and am very pleased. We called a different company last year. They cleaned the duct; however, they failed to verify a continuous path from inside where the dryer is located to the the exit on the roof. Texas Air Duct Cleaning found a metal damper that was not opening. Thus, the air was not moving out, and the dryer was always hot. The owner of Texas Air Duct Cleaning knows his business well and has very good people skills.

Incredibly honest company. I had an appointment for a given date and time and they arrived exactly as promised. Joseph (the owner) inspected all our ductwork, inlet and outlet openings and air filter. Based on what he saw, he didnt think we needed to spend the money to have them cleaned but to just replace the 5 month old inlet filter. I suspect any other company would just take our money and clean them. But Josephs honesty is commendable. Anyway, we had them cleaned anyway because the price was attractive and we have an allergic child.
