I suggest to avoid this station, but if you dont...clerks might overcharge you deliberately, card readers might have a device on them to steal your card info, so check the reader and check your balance after having purchased from this station.

Rude doesnt take food stamps and talks down on people but to much of a coward to come say it outside then they charge 150 for a 8oz coffee go across the street the coffee is only one dollar and much better plus the service is much better and a lot friendly service

Super upset. I drove from North Austin because this is my favorite car wash and it didn’t have any soap. The attendant refused to believe that I had just purchased a 10$ car wash. And of course the payment had not went through yet so I couldn’t prove it that way. So needless to say I paid 10$ for a rinse. Ugh. Why me God?Just thought I would add this picture of the 10$ charge. Then 18$ charge right down the street.Just felt I should update you guys on this shell station. I just went to the man and showed him that I did indeed pay for the $10 wash and he proceeded to tell me that we have already discussed it and he will not be giving me a car wash because I couldn’t show him my account that day. So I told him to go tickle himself and paid for another $10 wash for my mothers vehicle. And what would you know???Another car wash with just water. No soap!The whole point of this hideous review is because everyone needs to know what type of people these are. Go across the street. Please. They don’t deserve our hard earned money. Not with customer service like that in Austin Texas.I’m really just a little chapped over how many 10$ bills I’ve spent at that car wash. It’s not the money really. Car wash doesnt clean your car and this is the 2nd time the air pump didnt work when I went to use it. Went inside and the clerk was incredibly rude. Asked for my money back spent on that machine and he flat out declined even when I explained it just took out ALL of the air I had left in the tire because the handle on the air pump had been run over so much. Rude AF clerks. This is the last time I am going to this gas station. Clerks hardly speak good english too so its even more frustrating to get help. I think the clerks name was Melvin but they dont wear name badges. Real jerk that one.

DONT USE THE CAR WASH!!! I tried to use the car wash...paid $8.00 but it didnt work. I talked to the clerk and he just told me I didnt swipe my card right. I showed him the charge on my card...then he gave me a code to use. It dont work so he told me I had to come back in a couple hours to talk to manager. I am working and cant come back...so I just dropped $8.00 for nothing!

I just went to get a car wash for 10.00 and it came out the same way I went in .It smells from the nasty water and I still got dirt on my car this will be last time I use this car wash .And be ware of the homeless around asking for money to buy beer.
