Its a normal self service car wash. Decent bays, mostly clean brushes. The vacuum bays are also covered though which is very nice in the Texas heat. Would come back here again.

DO NOT USE YOUR CREDIT/DEBIT CARD. THEY WILL CHARGE WAY MORE. EVEN WHEN YOU STOP THE WASH AND PRESS THE STOP AT THE CAR READER THEY WILL STILL BE CHARGING YOUR CARD. SCAMMERS!!!

Great facility. Only accepts cards and coins in the stalls however. So I went to get change from the front of the building and the change machines were taped up.

It was my first time going there, I will never go back there and wouldnt recommend to anyone that reads this to go there either. The only reason it doesnt get 1 star is because it has good water pressure.

P.o.s. place. Just got ripped off trying to use the self-service car wash. Against my better judgment, I used the credit card machine. I swiped my card once and nothing happened. The panel didnt work and on top of that I was charged $10 for it. Screw this place.

New to the neighborhood and looking for a good place to wash my convertible. This is not the place. No water pressure. Total waste of money. Went to another car wash afterwards.

I am completely disappointed with this place. I have tried to use this place from time to time over the past 20 years. It’s been a while surely this time it will work Today I got a big nothing, no soapy water nothing but I did get charged. Not the first time I might add. I tried calling, nobody answers, tried to text- not possible, no person at business and no website.. Whoever you are that owns this place— YOU CAN DO BETTER!!!

The bay to the far right as you’re looking from McNeil took 4 dollars in quarters to start, and I put another dollar in just to get 30 seconds. Every other quarter is not registering; however, it’s not going to the coin return. Yes, I kept putting quarters in because I had already started and was in a rush. I gave 2 stars because you were open after Snowpocalypse. Called customer service which told me to text... still no response. And yes, bays puddle up pretty bad like other comments said. Should’ve never used this POS.

This place used to be pretty good. But the last several times there has been no soap or foam. And the stalls are always flooded now. 🥴 Finally throwing in the towel and giving up on these guys.

Its clean, but no payment options other than quarters for the vacuum. The laser was could use some maintenance. Other than that it cool.

Went to the first stall on the west side, Charged me $10, wash never came on. Drains were backed up so there was a 2-3 puddle in each stall.

Turned my jalopie into some slopie.

The change machine took my six dollars, called the number they said text. Texted them havent heard back from them. Wont be coming back here.

DO NOT GO HERE. The wash bays will tell you its charged a certain amount (for me last night it was $2.50) on your card and then a 10 dollar payment will show up on your statement.This used to be a convinient place for my family since its just around the corner from us but lately its a dump. The drive in wash is a joke and barely gets rid of the top layer of dust on your car. The wash bays are all clogged up and you have to be wearing boots to trek through the flooded floor.

I’ve been using this wash since it opened and as of the last couple years The price of the self wash continues to go up but there’s always something wrong whether it’s out of soap or it takes over half a minute until the soap starts coming out, or the vacuums don’t work. When you try to contact them you either get no answer or no refund. There are so many other options at better prices, go ahead and skip this one and try a different place

If you need a quick wash and not pay15-20 dollars this is the place. 6 dollars for the quick touchless wash with an air dry. perfect if you you need something quick between the more expensive options. I have a Ford F150 King Ranch and had no problem, they have a 73 height restriction and extra wide entry, great for pick ups and SUVs.

Good place for quick car washing. Nice outdoor washing and cleaning device. It take hardly 3-4 minutes & go through self automatic car wash system. One can drive and enter the car by paying charges @ $ 3to4 only at entry gate by Credit or Debit cards, just enter to automatic washing machine, stop at specified point, stop your car engine and be seated in car keeping window glass close. Within 3-4 minutes its done..

Dont swipe your card at bays. It double charged me when I checked bank. Been using wash for years but usually use quarters. Used card this time. Big mistake. Dont use card. Get quarters.

I am a regular here but only because it is convenient from my day job. As an Uber driver car washes are a must. The wash part itself is fine. The vacuums on the other are horrible. They have not turned on for me on a few occasions and when they do the suction is lacking. So use them at your own peril.

Its not good. The oil/water traps are all ways overflowing and you have to stand in water to wash your vehicle.

The review is for the vacuum only. The area is fairly clean and the vacuum works. Last time I washed our company vans two stalls didnt work so I dont use it anymore. Maintain your business or you will be out of business. No need to respond. Thanks

All drains are clogged and smell, glad I had my pool shoes otherwise would have gotten my feet and socks wet needs more attention and better management I think

Their spot free dribbles out. It has almost zero pressure! Ive called several times and reported the issue, but they clearly dont care. They also have a $2 minimum. Dont waste your quarters!

This is the best do it yourself car wash in Northwest Austin. There is never lines and the equipment always works. There arent any thugs blasting rap music either. Go hear to wash your car and you will be satisfied. If you happen to have any problem, they have a phone number on the front door you can call to lodge a complaint.TIP: Use the spot free rinse at the end of the wash. Dont waste extra time towel drying. The spot free rinse is water from a Reverse Osmosis System. The water has no sediments in it like calcium or salt. Start from the top of the car and work your way down. It will dry with no spots. I still think this is the best do it yourself car wash in NW Austin.

THE BEST do it yourself car wash I have ever visited in the united states. Great vaccuums that actually work and remove the shampoo from the carpet. Huge Bargain, I didnt get my car this clean when I paid big bucks for a detail shop.

Just paid for a deluxe touch free wash. Im usually a hand wash kinda girl, but its cold outside and I dont feel like getting wet.Now Ill start this with the fact that I dont expect a perfect wash from just a machine. If you go into that expecting hand wash quality youre already toast. But this didnt even get all of the dirt off of my hood. I had taken a sticker off of my rear window a few weeks back and you could still clearly see the outline of the sticker once the car was washed.Im going to post a photo of this, but I used a microfiber cloth to wipe the excess water that wasnt dried off with the dryer and its filthy. I basically just cleaned my hood of my car with a dirty rag because I thought I was just wiping off some water but the hood was FILTHY. The rest of the car is also gross and the wheels look untouched. I will never go here again.

Be aware no cleaning products are dispensed or if they are it is in such small concentrations that it does no good. The soap and tire cleaner dont dispense. I called the phone number provided to request a partial refund but there was no answer. I left a message but received no return call. Very poor service.

Do not use automatic wash! Went yesterday and paid $10 for the premium wash, car came out dirty, wet, stained, the front of the car was still pretty dirty, the dirt and debris were basically pushed all the way to through the back hatch - and the back of the car was extremely filthy. Do not spend your money on the $6, $8 or $10 wash. Id suggest you wash it manually - you will probably save a couple of bucks and your car will be much more carefully cleaned... by you!

First experience at county line car wash and I paid for the deluxe wash for $9. My car is still dirty, still has dirt and bird pop. I called no one picks up. On top of that I had to pay for a moisture wipe to clean my Windows and I have to buff my car out myself with the Aqua towel for .50 cents. Worst experience at a car wash, but I guess thats what I get. I wont be coming here. I suggest going to a car wash with rollers not what these people advertise. Or wash it yourself.

I have been going to this car wash for 20 years. I know there are different owners as of a few years ago. There is always something wrong with this car wash. I text them every time I see there is an issue. They do not respond. I have wasted so much money at this place in the last year.I sent them a picture of the touchless car wash spraying no soap. No response.Also all of the vacuums seem to have issues. EIther the tips not staying or the machine will barley take quarters. I dropped quarters in 15 times before I could get it to keep 3 to turn on.This could be a decent car wash but the ownership seem to not care or dont have the money to get it right.

The car-wash was perfectly fine, although a little annoying regarding how often I had to pay to get more time. The vacuums, however, are awful. I got hardly any suction - spent the entire 4 minutes (75¢) on JUST my drivers side front seat because the vacuum wouldnt pick up anything. Probably not coming here again.

I love this place! After having my car scratched up at one of those small cube car washes at a gas station, I am done with those for life. Touch less or I will hand wash and brush my Jeep. Ive been going here for awhile. The touch less automatic car wash is decent but leaves stuff still on the car, good enough for winter, and the manual spray, soap, brush, etc. is best! They have a vacuum and trash spot too.They take coins and credit or debit cards. Perfect.

There is a new owner here and he is a super nice guy. I forgot my wallet and he still let me get my car cleaned. I will be back for sure. I also found it pretty awesome to clean every inch of my car with the high pressured hose.

They need to fix the CC machine, but still a good place to go.

Had a real good experience, paid $5 for 10 minutes of cleaning time. Everything worked as expected and the equipment was clean. There was no line and the grounds are kept up. Will be coming back.I did run into the experience of paying the 75 cents for the vacuum and it asked me for another quarter, will just vacuum somewhere else.Overall, satisfied.

It nice place to quick wash car in few dollars. Obviously you need to wash yourself but all service mentioned not available. Its usually empty so can visit anytime, no rush

Great for the do it yourselfer. It was around $3 for 7/8min and $1 for 2min after that. The high pressure soap and rinse are the highest pressure I have found and will save you some time getting those bugs off the front bumper. Also, the owner happened to be there and gave me 75 cents for the vacuum and said he appreciated the business. I know its not much but its the small things like this that bring me back as a customer and gain my loyalty.

Clean plenty of room for a good amount of cars. Reasonnot 5 stars, 1- only ONE shampooer for THE ENTIRE CAR WASH. 2- the vacuum cleaners are to quick. I have a small car took 4.00 to vacuum.

This is my preferred car wash in the area. IMO its the best value around. I use the self service bays and bring my own supplies. Earlier today I had a problem with the coin reader in the wash bay. I called the telephone number on the change dispenser. The owner called me back and met me at the car wash later in the afternoon and treated me to a free wash. A+ customer service.

Good place for self service wash. They have an auto wash and several bays for hand/brush washing and vacuuming. There is a changer there but is often down so bring quarters. The equipment is always in good shape.

The small ones that manually wash your car are so dangerous! One scratched up the hood of my Jeep, so no more of those for me ever. And I spread the word too! Touches car washes only, or I will wash my own with the brushes. I did both last time. They washed off most and I paid a little extra to scrub and wash off a few more things and the Jeep was as black and as shiney as ever!

I swiped my card twice at the self service section and the car wash allowed me to start to wash my car long enough to cover it in pre-soak and then it shut off. It would not read my card again and I didn’t have quarters on me so I had to leave with a car covered in soap. I received an alert from my bank stating that I was charged $20.00 for services I used for LESS THAN 5 MINUTES when the first 3 minutes are only supposed to cost the customer 2 dollars. I called requesting a refund but have yet to have anyone contact me back. Poor Managment and/or a giant Scam.

Had a problem one time with the automatic wash not working and after texting got a reply same day. A few days later, I got a code texted to me to repay the wash I had missed. I use mostly the power sprayer to rinse my car off now (have a coating) and have never seen any issues with mineral deposits.

The self wash took a good $3 from me that didnt add any time. The vacuum was so weak I actually left and went to another car wash down the road. I wont be back.

This is a touchless car wash (ie sprayers only). It is likely good for removing pollen and a good quick rinse between thorough cleaning. If you have months old grime it will not remove the dried on, dirty film. Vacuums are not included.

Couple of the stalls were closed, so had to wait. Guess Saturday is a popular car wash day.

Enter Wash notice comes on before Dry cycle is completed. People are driving in before dryer timer reaches zero indicating dry cycle is complete. A real bother!

This is the ONLY 24 hour car wash near my house, and its a real lifesaver considering my work schedule. The equipment is in great shape, and the price doesnt fleece you.

Most carwashes around town let you vacuum for free, not here. Its expensive here. But its close to my job. It is on the countyline. But if you sign on Parmer Lane and go over the Mopac there is a ccarwash that is just as good and you can vacuum for free

My car looks worse than it did before I used the touchless car wash, the wash was less that 45 seconds. Did absolutely nothing but spread the dirt around, complete rip off.

Tried automated wash here, seems like there should be more pressure in their motor. I had to wipe few places to clean manually after this automated wash.
