One of the few automatic car washes Ill take my car through and actually feel like it got clean. Never had an issue with swirls in my paint. And their detail cleaners are pretty spot on if I must say 💯

Fantastic 5 STAR Wash!! Staff will pre spray 360 around car before entering wash. Then 2 more staff members are waiting on other end to hand dry. Great value wash.

Called before I got there and was told one price then I show up and they tell me a whole different damn price!! Not to mention the person at the window was just very rude . I wont be using them. Make the trip to round rock to the wash guys!!

Pretty happy with this car wash, in general, but the lack of shade while I vacuum out my car afterwards makes me want to never come back. I always do, of course, because Im lazy and its close, but itd be real nice if the owners reinvested a bit of the change they collect from the vacuums every day and put it into some shade screens for the general public.

Giving it 3 stars because while I was in the wash I got held up for a few because the car behind me seemed to be having issues 🤷 the hand dry at the end was a nice touch and very helpful, so make sure to tip that buck! They have this air pump by the vacuums that is ADDICTING! It blows into every little nook and cranny getting all those tiny crumbs and dust bunnies out of the creases and crevices, haha! You may need to vacuum again! You are welcome 🙂

Reasonably priced, friendly service, and you can use the vacuums for as long as you need them with every car wash purchase!

Yesterday I went for detailing my car for the first time to Palm car wash. The car wash machine had breakdown and I was waiting for long time. I opted for about 7 detail packages to detail my car. It was mentioned over there that even if you opt for 2 detail packages you will get a discount of 15%. But even though I opted more than 2 detail packages, the person who has taken my order refused me to give a discount which I was supposed to get. He was rude in replying about the discounts from the moment I entered for detail and leaving the Palm car wash after the work is done. They took longer time than usual in detailing my car as there was machine breakdown. No proper response for delay and nobody cared about the waiting time. Worst service and I wouldnt opt for Palm car wash in my future and wouldnt refer to my friends as well. I would have given no stars for this but I had no other choice except giving one.

They seem to have it all but I only got a car wash the car was is fast and cheap, highly suggest this if your in a rush but otherwise find something local to help them out

Platinum car wash ($18)!Very disappointing “car wash” — Everything dirty from door handle down.I had to listen to my father and wife complain for an hour at the money wasted, then decided to go out again and get it cleaned up at Mr. Car Wash on 183 and Ohlen.

Such a scary and terrible experience. My car was dropped off in the morning. Went back over an hour before they close to pick my car up and the wash was entirely closed for the night. It had started raining so they decided to leave early. However, no one called me and worst of all MY MERCEDES WAS LEFT UNLOCKED FOR THE NIGHT.I called the phone number and after multiple calls go to the Brodie location where I used to go and had good experiences. They instructed me to check for my keys in 1) the gas tank 2) on a tire 3) hanging around the area. Again my car was left unlocked for the night off 183 with my keys somewhere around. They got a hold of the manager who came back to give me my keys. When he arrived, it was clear that he was under some sort of natural influence as his eyes and behavior was very hazy and instead of apologizing he asked me if I had paid, like nothing was going on. I of course told him that I wasnt paying for such terrible service and he then said Well then your not getting your car and got back in his truck and drove away. At this point I was ready to call the police. However, the Brodie manager spoke with me and was very polite and said he would talk to him for me. After waiting a few more minutes the manager came back out with his head straight down to the ground, said Heres your keys sir, and tossed me my keys and left.I finally got into my car very upset and for the first time looked around. After all that, the car wasnt even detailed well. We will never go back and I would recommend you dont either. Worst car experience I have ever had and I cant believe this manager still has his job.

I have been using Palms for a few years. I keep my car very neat and free of trash. On occasion I might have an empty bottle or wrapper that ends up on the floor after a long trip. I usually have my car cleaned before and after a trip. Due to time constraints I vacuumed out my car recently rather than going to Palms. What I found was nearly three years of rubbish shoved under my seats! Ive never had this much trash in my car ever! It appears Palms folks have been shoving trash under my seats for quite a while. I was so incredibly disappointed as Ive always tipped the detailers well. 1. I will never use Palms again and 2, I will check UNDER the seats from now on wherever I go. As a faithful customer for since they opened ,I am so disappointed. l have no other explanation for this as I am the only one that drives my car.

Would definitely go again. Full interior costs like 80$

The inexpensive $8 basic carwash and hand dry is second to none plus free vacuums and the best tool is the air blowing noozles to reach those spots that a vacuum cant get to

Waste of $15, Dirt on the front and back of the car after the wash. No attendant when i got there, and poor communication all the way around. Called to the manager and call went to a dead line after some music. The free vacuum was the only good part. I could have done a better job with a rag and a bottle of water!

The explanation was bad since the guy was standing in front of the sign that said to put it in neutral, then got snotty because I rolled my window down to make sure I was good.

Basic car wash is as expected. I have used their detail services twice and the first time we lost my non slip mat for my wireless charger. This time they lost my radio volume control know! How rough do you need to be to pull that off while wiping things down? By the way....it cost me a $100 to order the part. Very disappointing.

Terrible! The hood, top and trunk were completely missed. Had to wash those afterward, myself. Quality control inspector said nothing as she toweled off remaining water spots as I exited past the tip jar. Severely disappointed and never going back....

Update 2: I am updating to 4 stars because I received very satisfactory service on Dec. 31, 2018.Update: I am back here now to give another chance to up or lower the stars. Same $45 full service with mats washed. (Dec. 31, 2018)For years, I thought this place is the best car wash in town. They have friendly staffs and provided very good car wash. I have been a repeat customer whos willing do drive to 20 minutes so I can get a decent car wash for the money. I normally get full+rim+mats for $45 plus tips. However, they dropped the ball big time on my very recent car wash. I requested a manager on duty to clean a dozen spots and still had to leave with a dirty car. I will upload a photo here from my mobile phone later. Anyways, I hope they figured out what went wrong as I do noticed they changed managers and staffs.

Great place for a basic drive-through wash with free vacuum to use afterward. Outstanding suction on the vacuums and long swiveled hoses made getting inside the car easy.To amuse the occupants, some of their soap is colored, so you get pink and blue and then purple swirled around on your windshield. I’m not sure about the environmental effects of that, but it kept a car of mature adults amused. I bet kids of all ages will love it.One odd note: the person who wipes down the car afterwards only did the hood, the lights, and the passenger side of the windshield and car body. I think they’re short staffed because of COVID restrictions. It wasn’t a real problem because it dried on our short drive to the vacuum station, but I subtracted a star for it.

I came to Palms Car Wash because of the reviews. I purchased the showroom which is their top package. My truck was pretty dirty from a weekend at the lake and they did a pretty good job cleaning the floors and the seats. However, their was a lot of spots in the rest of the detailing they missed. Half my dash was armorald and the other half was not, inside the door handles were not cleaned, the front fender wells were cleaned but the backs were not, the tailgate still had dirt, and the vent cowl under the front windshield was not cleaned. The package cost me $299 and for that price no detail should be forgotten especially when the title says back to showroom. Probably will not return.

The car wash itself was really nice, they dried my car off with a towel afterwords. The wash looked great. The free vacuums and access to interior cleaning supplies was the reason I decided to go, and 10/10 would definitely go back again.

Pretty good job done

They leave their music playing at all hours disturbing the businesses and residents that live and work close by. I understand the Machines produce a lot of noise however blaring music to cover is not professional, let alone forgetting to shutdown music when closed. The music is not family friendly can hear cussing and fowl language in some of the music. If not handled they will be reported to authorities.

Super quick service and they thoroughly cleaned my Matilda! She was staring to smell pretty bad and the employees even gave me a few extra air fresheners to help revive her.

I have been here a couple of times and their service is great! I got a deluxe wash because my car was so dirty and with a bunch of dog hair inside. Wasnt expecting much since dog hair is hard to remove, but they surprise me! The car was like brand new! The price is great for the kind of work they do. They also have basic washes which are super good for the price and you can use the vacuums for free! The only thing I didnt like, was that its a little confusing on what to do when you get there if youre new. I feel there should be more signs with instructions before you have to drive up to the car wash lane. Both times I feel insecure on how to go about it. But other than that is perfect.

Had just parked under a tree of grackles and had a huge mess allover my SUV! These guys did an amazing pretreatment and a hand wax - looks brand new!! So Happy!!😃

If you are getting a wash after the winter storm, please only pay for the $8 wash because thats all you are going to get anyway. I didnt get a pre soak, no proper rinse and no tire shine, but i paid for the best package.

Bad service, bad wash

I was vacuuming my car & this old guy came up to me & my brother saying if we were powewashing inside my car & he snatch the vacuum away from my brother and started screaming at us we’re just trying to vacuum my car . We are pretty old enough to know what we were doing . Never going there again !

Total rip off..they only vacuumed the carpet when I paid for carpet shampoo service.

Have been a member for a little time now and in the car wash it is great however if you have ANY questions good luck. I have called four times to change things for billing but when they say “a team member will get back with you before end of business today” do not believe that. I am not sure why they make a voicemail with expectations that they can’t live by. Ridiculous, what if I was attempting to be a new member? Fix it and return the call as advertised.

Car really needed a wash. I had never been to this place but as I was out for a drive I stopped in. So glad I did! They did a fantastic and thorough job. I talked with others in the waiting area who said this is thier favorite place to get thier car washed. I can see why. Friendly employees who all are working hard. Great outcome. Will visit again.

Absolutely best car wash in Austin. Excellent staff, extremely fast getting you in and out, reasonable prices on unlimited wash pass and the wash itself works grear.Only downside is you cant use the unlimited wash pass at the South Austin location.PSA for reviewers and others looking at these reviews: this is an automated wash. No automated wash is perfect. If you want a perfect wash, find a place that will hand wash your vehicle. Ive found that for all the washes around north Austin. This is the best one at getting your car the cleanest.

Gets a bit busy during certain hours so claiming a vacuum spot can be hard but otherwise a great place for a wash with friendly staff.

They did a great job, but i felt they over charged me. The person at the kiosk has no patience and he was very reckless. Tough the guys did a great job, person at the Kiosk spoiled it. I wish customers who are getting 2 or 3 packages has some visibility of whats being charged. I was told total $ amount and he took card and charged. I wish i know what he was charging for on some paper or in some form of display.

Omg I love this place and its 30 min from me but the staff are so sweet!!!!! Theres a guy who usually always comes and does my tires for me for no cost i wish i knew his name. But they r all nice.

This is one of the best spots to wash you’re car in north Austin. The machine does a great job at removing most of the dirt. I even got a detail service and I was impressed for $39 the car was sparkling on the inside and smelled so good also only took about 30 min to get the job done.

I spent $127 to get a very detailed car cleaning. I wish I could upload pictures, i have MANY. Back portion of my car wasnt even touched. Too many places to count that are still incredibly dirty on my vehicle. Took them around 1.5 hrs. Ive been calling non stop. Have not received a call back. I will never go there again. But I will continue to call to figure out how this can be corrected. I WASTED over $100 here. This is not right.

The store manager George was very helpful in in helping me get a gift card as a Xmas gift. He was profession and courteous. The car wash is excellent. The drying and ability to use their towels to finish cleaning your car is awsome.

Just dont use the vacuum closest to the exit on the far right. Not very good suction. The others seem to be better.

I am so disappointed. I spent $18 on a car wash today only to come home with bug guts still all over my front bumper. I get that automatic car washes cant reach everything perfectly.. but why do they have people wiping down your cars at the end if theyre not going to touch that stuff up!? And they expect tips for that too!Ive had better car washes at gas station car washes for half the price. I wont be back to this place.. what a rip off!!

The wash is effective and the free vacuums are nice. I find that the vacuums here are better kept and work more often than other car washes.

An over all great car wash you can buy monthly passes which not only save you money but time as well. If you have a pass you just drive up and go right through the car wash.They also have friendly staff as well as free vacuumingI have tried their details service once or twice and they have always done a great job at that as well. It is a great price on the detail of any type of vehicle. I have even spoken with the manager about his staff and what a great job they do. The monthly pass is well worth the money

Best machine car wash in North Austin. I like going here because of the access to free vacuums after a wash.

I used to smoke, in my car. When my windshield got so bad I couldnt see out of it I found this place! I no longer smoke, so they cleaned the leather, tires, all the windows even vacuumed! My car looks brand new! I dont know his name, he was deaf I believe, but he made my car look factory new! Price was reasonable, I only dont understand why detailing doesnt include the wash? You pay for the wash & you pay more for detailing. For the work they had to do to my car it was worth it!

Free Self service vacuuming and some cleaning supplies that you can use to clean the interior of your car to your liking. I enjoy the pressure air blower that can blow away the bread crumbs hiding right within the seats.The staffs are helpful and very friendly. The different washes they offer at reasonable prices.If you want your car to smile nice, ask them for a car spray and they have few good selections

This is a great car wash. The attendants are very careful when guiding the cars, there is enough room around the entry to get my truck into the entrance without a lot of maneuvering. The free vacuum section is really great and has compressed air and window cleaners available for use. Their unlimited wash plan is pretty reasonably priced and since I have to park under crepe myrtle trees I find myself at this car wash a few times a week.

05/28/2018 in the afternoon I went to this place and my car was damage in the front bump and the assistant manager tell me for wait a call and nobody call me!! Today 06/01/2018 I went again for try talk with some manager and the people talk with me very rude and tell me for wait a call!! I wait already 4 days, whos gonna pay my bump??

Paid for a full detail, buff and wax. I was hesitant because this is not an inexpensive process and if not done well, it could ruin my car. Needless to say, I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience and the end result. I would recommend this car wash to anyone that expects the best for their money (pretty sure that’s all of us).

Poor service...bad behavior s...bad management

Its an okay wash... Missed a bunch of spots and paid the 2nd most expensive tier. At least my wheels are clean. The guys who were working seemed cool just wished the wash was better.

Had a very bad Experience the 1st time around and the 2nd time around!! But the 3rd time the manager Jesse help me out to make it a better experience, I give Jesse 5 thumbs up the stars are for what I experienced the 1st and 2nd time around. only the thumbs up is for Jesse for the experience I had with him. Sorry but the other Experience I had with palms car wash weighed out the whole thing for me. If jesse helped me the first time i would have came back.

Just paid $50.00 for a complete wash and full detailing ideas and out. French fries are still in my vehicle and had to go home to complete the front end of the vehicle????

Quick and super friendly service. Everyone is hard working and is happy to help. The lobby smells so good and is really clean so you can wait while they detail. Totally worth the cost, which from experience I know is way less than most places charge for interior detailing. The best part is they are walking distance from my house so I dont have to travel far to enjoy their services! HIGHLY recommend this place 😃

Ive had a subscription to Palms Car Wash for a little over a year now. I go very regularly, I try to make it once a week. Unfortunately, every time I go, I am approached by a staff member and interrupted, usually them asking for my phone number or asking me on a date. If it happened only once it would be one thing, but this has become a regular occurrence. I dont feel comfortable going anymore, as I feel like I have to dodge advances or avoid those who have approached me in the past. I want to wash my car in peace and I find it to be very unprofessional.

Great service, friendly staff with seating inside and out. I purchased the full detail cleaning and my very kid friendly, dog friendly, hiking/mud friendly vehicle looks brand new. It took about an hour, but it was well worth it. They were able to clean all the nooks and crannies!

So I took my car the other day to vacuum it and clean it (in that order) but they appreciate me and told me that I cannot do that, because the vacuum is for customers only. Even though I’m paying for a monthly MEMBERSHIP of 20 something dollars,so long story short I canceled my membership and don’t recommend them for the bad customer service

The manager after he told me they finished my full package interior details. I showed him some issues and its not clean. He turned around and asked what package he had the lady said everything. He looked at me and said to me we dont do the roof and we dont do that and this dirt doesnt go!!never go back..

First impressions matter. And I could scarcely have gotten a better first impression than I got here today.I have a 09 Focus that was badly in need of a thorough, inside-and-out cleaning, and after doing some research, I decided to take it to Palms Car Wash on Research Blvd for a couple of reasons:(1) Its really close to where I live, making it very convenient(2) It seems to be decently priced for the services they offer(3) I read a lot of reviews on Google, Yelp, etc...and was very favorably impressed with most of them.Since I half expected it to be busy, I took the car down this morning, arriving at around 9:00 AM - Figured that relatively early on a Sunday morning, it wouldnt be too busy. And so it proved.Oscar, whom I had read about here, did not disappoint - he was pleasant and highly professional, and quite helpfully described their services in greater detail and helped me with determining what I needed, without trying to upsell me on anything.Not much to say about the outside wash, except the staff was quite professional.By some good fortune, the detailing bay in which I pulled up was visible from almost anywhere in the quite clean and comfortable waiting area. All told, it took about two hours, which is roughly what Id expect. And I was able to keep an eye on my car the entire time, and was extremely impressed with the efficiency and professionalism of Juan and his team as they worked on the car. When I was done, except for one small hard-to-reach spot behind the passenger-side rear headrest(which I pointed out and they were quick to clean as I watched), my car was pristine - as clean as it was the day I bought it, if not cleaner.Would definitely recommend bringing your car here, and if you really want great service, Id recommend coming in before 12:00 on a weekend.I know I definitely will be back!

It says they close at 7:00 pm, clearly not! Twice Ive arrived at 6:15 pm and it is closed.Update your hours or put a sign outside of some kind. What car wash closes at 6 pm anyway...Disappointed

Great customer service, quick response! Able to get all stains and dog hair out of my car from previous owner. Made sure everything was up to standard before I left. Went above and beyond. Would recommend!

I got here right after 3PM on a Saturday and the place was somewhat busy, nothing too crazy as there were several open bays and not a long line for the wash. I paid for the super clean express detailing which cost $50. I went through the wash and parked in one of the detailing bays and gave one of the guys my keys and went inside. It took about 10 minutes to start on my car, and there were 2 other detailing bays open when I pulled in so it wasnt crazy busy. There were probably 10 people working there. I watched as several of them walked around and talked to each other, one car had 4 guys working on it which seemed extremely unnecessary. I finally asked when they were going to start on my car and one guy went over and started on it. It took 2.5 hours to finish my car. I could have done it myself in a half hour. They did do a really good job but there is no way it should have taken 2.5 hours. They claim to be an express wash/detailing service but I got the exact opposite of express service. Only reason I gave 3 stars is because my car looks good.

Service is good, although a bit pricey. It offers complimentary vaccum usage after a car wash. Vacuums dont have great suction.

Dont go with free coupon , first Attendant guy ,his behavior very cheap. Other guys are good. he dosent know about business, he is immature, he is not qualified to this spot. Please remove this guy, otherwise you will lose your business

Great detail for my car but the customer service wasnt very good. The guy who helped me wasnt very knowledgeable about their products and services. When I called and left a message for a manager to call me back so I could get more info, no one returned my call :(
