Jeff and Kris and their expert team were instrumental in getting in within 3 hours of the observed water leaks, removing the damaged materials and water as well as drying everything house in such a speedy fashion which prevented the water spreading and stopping any additional damage. I have worked with Jeff for over 20 years - Service Master is always who I recommend. Never have any of my clients had anything but praise for them. Ive used other dry out crews off and on in my 50 years of work experience, Service Master is the best. One call is all it takes to set their experts on task. This company stole from us! A water incident made my insurance adjuster refer us to this place for a pack out while the floors had to replaced. Upon the pack in there was a baby bottle change bank taken and not returned. The baby bottle change bank was a gift at my only childs baby shower back in 1996, clearly irreplaceable! Once I reported the bank was missing, crew members were sent to the house to help look for it. Ridiculous, since we had finished unpacking all boxes and very much aware the item is missing. There was about $300 in change collecting in it. They said they would at least replace the lost money and cut a check. This has ended up being a lie since the offer was made over a month ago now. I did report the incident to my insurance company as well. A thief really irritates me! I strongly encourage NEVER use this company for pack out service!

They were at my house quickly when I had water damage all over my 1st floor. The tear out and clean up was as fast as I could hope for and they did a fantastic job! Would definitely use them again for any work needed!

I would never use this service provider. We hired Jeff and his Service Master team to do a remediation of our kitchen. He speced the job and we agreed to hire him. The plan was for Jeff and his team to do the work while we were away for a few weeks over the holiday. We come home to the kitchen completely dismantled and in disarray. His team had broken our granite counter and decided to walk off the job w/o telling us. Jeffs words were, I suggest you go hire your builder to come finish this. Which we ultimately did, and it took an extra two months of not having a kitchen (3 kids - ugh). And of course we had to pay our builder to do Jeffs work. Then Jeff asks to be paid in full. Of course I explain to Jeff how you cant walk off a job and leave us hanging and expect to get paid in full. So what does Jeff do - he sells his claim on us to a collection agency. Now they are threatening to put a lien on my house. Stay away!

They came in a timely manner and thoughtfully and carefully removed mold from our home. They also worked with a crew that was working on the outside of our home to get our hone fixed as fast as possible
