This was the crew who did the removal of sheetrock and insulation. They were very prompt, polite and professional. They explained everthing as they did the work. When they came to check to see if it was dry, they explained the process as well as the equiptment that was being used. Very impressive service, well above what others had told me about thier experience with other companies.

The crew showed up on time, every time and always had the needed equipment. They were efficient and knowledgeable and we had an excellent outcome!

The team that responded to our issue was very responsive and professional. They helped me with the insurance claim process and helped get our house back to normal! Another company we talked to seemed to make the issue much bigger than it was, thus the coat would have been much higher. I’m very pleased we made the decision to go with United.

UWR responded promptly and started work immediately when a plumbing overflow shut down our business. They did such an excellent job on the remediation and put back that we hired them to remodel our other offices and bathrooms. They are a lifesaver! We had a toilet overflow which began flooding the bathroom and overflowing into the hallway. It was a very pungent smell and soaked deep into our carpet. A quick phone call and 45 minutes later United restoration group were already at work. They came with the right crew and equipment, which finished the job in 5 hours. Highly recommend helping with your emergency situations.

He eased my concerns, as I had never experienced this type of damage from a water leak. I had a toilet backup a few weeks ago, and had major water damage throughout my home. Tracy and his wonderful crew came to my home promptly to extract all of the water, and do the restoration. I had a storm come through 4 or so years ago, and we had to get out roof replaced, but also had a leak in one of the bedrooms, we had a restoration company come out and fix it only for the issue to persist. After the leak showed itself recently, we called United Water, and they responded very quickly to the microbial growth that had appeared in the bedroom as a result of the persisting water leak. United follow all of the correct protocols and made the process feel very quick, their crew were in and out. Not only did they remove the tainted sheetrock, they also found the source of the leak and properly fixed the issue. Thanks United!

We had come home to our house flooding from our washing machine backing up. We gave United Water a call and they where very prompt in getting to our location. They sucked the water out of the carpet and put suction mats on our hardwood floors to get the water out as well. They installed fans and dehumidifiers to start the drying our process. We were very pleased with the technicians as they explained how the process would work and the time it would take to dry everything out. If we ever have another problem of this sort in the future, we will call United Water without hesitation.

We experienced flooding during the March 8, 2018 rainstorm. I called United at 6:00 AM and we had a technician extracting water from our carpet an hour later. We had water at several places withing our 10,000 sq ft preschool and United was able to work around our schedule and keep our business going. We had unfortunately had a similar problem last August and used a heavily nationally advertised company and United was better prepared, more organized and technically superior in the use of analytic devices to help guide the process of drying. I found this company by luck when I was awakened by a panicked phone call from our manager but it was one of the best decisions I have made.

My home on Lake LBJ had 5 feet of water and mud inside after the October flood. United Water Restoration came and completely took charge of the problem. They removed all of the mud, furniture, sheetrock, and insulation the first day and had dehumidifiers and fans going until everything was dry and ready to rebuild. They are fantastic and made a very stressful time quite manageable.
