Anastasio was of great help and assistance. Made the whole experience enjoyable. Tip: Make sure you make an appointment, since they have priority over walk ins, and also check in through the email link before you get there, that way youll be the first to be seen once he is available, just make sure you let the staff know. Looking forward to come back.

Definitely need to hire more staff! There is only one person there drawing blood and also having to handle paperwork at reception. He was was super nice and helped me despite that I had brought the incorrect forms, he ensured that I was able to have my tests completed. However, I definitely felt for him as the wait room started to fill-up. Labcorp should take care of their employees and make sure they have the adequate support they need. A sole staff member having to juggle all that is not OK! Thank you Hunter for providing excellent service despite your tough working conditions.

The two times I’ve gone here the person drawing my blood has been exceptionally lovely to chat with, made me feel super comfortable despite my fear of blood, and drew blood skillfully/painlessly (six tubes this time!). Big fan of the “wait where you’re comfortable” (e.g., car) check in feature during covid as well.

Please put your closed lunch hour (12pm-1pm) in the hours section or put a picture of that up. So people will be aware of that before driving over here.

Nightmare location. They make people wait several hours without acknowledging them. No spot in line. People come in and cut you off. Whoever the biggest a-hole is screams at the receptionist and gets seen first. Why can’t a startup kill this outdated and awful business model?

Horrible front desk service. The receptionist with a heavy accent had no manners, she laughed at a patient because her test result where inconclusive, that was because the lab did not draw them correctly, and the patient explained it as the lab messed up and she laughed at the patient saying What is MESSED UP, did the labs say that?I wanted to go up there an tell that stupid women to stop insulting people for your mistakes. Just redraw her labs and run them again! No one ever answered the phone, no where is there a notification of when Drug test times are.Never would I go to this location, incompetent front desk service.

This company treats their employees inhumanely, no surprise their customer service is non-existent.This poor girl was in there by herself tending to a full waiting room. She was trying her best, but you could tell she was rushed and worried about getting the work done and has no time to make it a memorable experience. She still was great with the poking, super experienced and painless and Im one to usually faint (which is embarrassing enough). I think her name was Ashley.I bet they even pay them really low wages, no wonder. Who wouldnt be cranky under such working environment.

I came in, signed in at their kiosk- but there was no space in the waiting room, especially not with the social distancing recommendations the CDC and signs in their office saying to keep 6 feet apart. I asked if I could wait in my car and to be called or texted when there was space. Two hours later I come back in to check the status and there is nobody in the waiting room. I was not sent a message. I asked the man at the desk when I would be seen he said “do you have an appointment”, if I’ve been signed in for two hours why is there now a follow up “do you have an appointment” asked. If you cannot take walk ins with you check in machine then make mandatory appointments. The attitude along with the long waits is outrageous. Save yourself and go to the walgreens location or see if there are other labs in your area.

Worthless.Covid is the only things being tested. So forget if youre sick and have labs sent. Theyll lie to the doctors office, push your labs to the back of the line.Day 12 and still no results back.Call them as a patient youll get transferred around 5 times and then be told they wont give you the patient any information. Wont transfer to a supervisor either.Only the clinics can call, which they have day after day. So basically no accountability, because theyve lied day after day to the clinics!!People are sick and have other issues not this propaganda virus BS.Nazis!!!

I went at 1:30 in the afternoon and they were quick to see me and even caught an error my doctor made and fixed it on my tests. My technician was very friendly and helpful and made me feel at ease about getting blood drawn. He had me laughing by the end and I really appreciate his kindness.

First time coming here, front staff was not friendly at all. First, they blurred out in front of whole waiting room what I was there for, great feeling knowing I have privacy rights here. Then, I was asked if my children which walked in with, were mine. I was told they could not go back with me for test or wait in the waiting room. No where was it posted children were not allowed in these premises. Two other clients offered to watch my children, so I could get my labs done. This staff should be embarrassed, instead I am.

If I could give no star I would - labs were drawn on 07/29/2020 up to date my doctors office does not have the labs- I have called X 3 no response back - please use CPL if you need labs drawn - LABCORP has delayed my care and I would not recommend them to my worst enemy.

Not only did they get me in and out quick, the nurse (phlebotomist?) did an AMAZING job drawing my blood. Ive had horrible experiences in the past - its taken up to 2 hours to get an adequate amount for testing - but it took less than 2 minutes today! Cannot recommend highly enough!

I think they should reevaluate their receptionist. She doesnt greet anyone or bother to look up at you when walking in. Didnt even say anything. So I guess I looked stupid for looking at her, waiting for her to notice. Other than that, the gentleman was nice and rather quick with testing.

Front desk female with blonde hair has no HIPPA training nor professional communication towards patients. Extremely rude, cutting off a patient trying to tell her she had a procedure this morning.Called patient back to perform UA and in between juggling 2 patients giving urine samples , she kept her gloves on and came to desk and answer the phone. Contaminated her work area as well as keeping a partial clean field while doing testing of urines. As I was leaving she was eating at her desk. Needs more training.

Receptionist was a heavy set male that was more concerned about his incoming texts rather than me. He wasnt rude but it was very unprofessional to cut me off while Im giving you important information and you completely stop to pick up your cell phone. He was the same person who did my blood draw. Which he did EXTREMELY incorrect. Im certified in phlebotomy and there were so many mistakes from cleaning my skin with an alcohol wipe and right after touching the area again to literally digging the needle all around and going through a couple veins. Very painful experience. Never going or recommending again.
