Kirby emailed immediately regarding the process and I set up an appointment to speak with Joe who would give me a quote. We had the phone consultation and it seemed to go well. I was told it may be a week and they would contact me back with a rough estimate. Well...3 weeks later, and nothing. Ive since emailed Joe for a follow up and 3 days ago emailed both Kirby and Joe. Crickets. Wont be doing business with these folks. I understand if they are busy- but COMMUNICATION is probably the most important aspect of this business. They can at least contact me to let me know there is a delay. I wouldnt waste my time if I were you....

BE VERY CAREFUL BEFORE PAYING! Once you put your down payment everything falls apart and they treat you with no respect and provide little to no support. Better off doing it and scheduling it all yourself. ZERO LEADERSHIP AND ACCOUNTABILITY!

We recently used Simply Sold for our substantial remodel including a complete gut of the kitchen and laundry room as well as new flooring and paint throughout, including painting our bathroom vanities. Overall we had an outstanding experience and they really exceeded our expectations. Going into this renovation, we had heard so many horror stories from family and friends who had awful experiences with other contractors especially with staying on schedule. However, Simply Sold did a remarkable job of staying on schedule throughout and offering to work over the weekends or during off hours to stay on track. They were also extremely considerate and sensitive to the fact that we were living in the condo during the construction. They tried to work around our schedules as best as they could, made sure to clean up after themselves, and kept the noise to a minimum. They even provided a rolling kitchen island so that we could set up our temporary kitchen in the living room. Another advantage of going with Simply Sold is that they use modern technology as a way to improve the common communication issues that can occur with contractors. They use an online portal that offers an easy way to communicate with anyone from the team and provides a centralized location for all materials, change orders, daily logs, pictures, and even invoices. This kept everything together in one place and with the portal available on any computer and any phone, it made it very easy to access from anywhere. Another big advantage is that compared to many others we looked at, they offer just about any service that one would want when renovating and even a few extras, like window cleaning for instance. It was so helpful that we only had to work with one company and one project manager throughout the entire project. Lastly, they did high quality work and the team was so kind, helpful, and you could tell they really cared about the work they deliver. They were dependable and trustworthy and I would use them again in a heartbeat for any future projects.

Simply Home recently remodeled my entire home, and I cannot recommend them highly enough! I worked with them for 4 months to fully renovate the interior of our home, including taking the kitchen + 4 bathrooms entirely down to the studs. They changed all of the tile in our house, replaced all of the plumbing and lighting hardware, created a new stairwell, fully painted the interior of the house, etc. They were problem solvers who proved to be professional, HONEST, and efficient the whole entire time. I will definitely hire them again!

We have used Simply Sold a few times now for preparing homes to sell. Recently we had them do a major bathroom renovation for us. The home we moved into had a strange layout, including a tub in the middle of the room. We needed to tear down walls, extend part of the bathroom into the garage, and move plumbing and electrical -- not to mention all the tile, new plumbing fixtures, etc. We were really impressed with their ability to manage a project of this size and all the moving pieces. If there was an issue (mostly with materials), they identified the problem and solution quickly. Overall we are really pleased with how our bathroom turned out and couldnt have done anything close to this without their help.Also, all their workers were great about wearing their masks and following COVID-19 safety measures. We have not really left our home since March 2020, but felt safe having folks in our house because of their professionalism and safety standards.

We recently hired Simply Sold for our kitchen remodel, including removing 2 walls and completely gutting the kitchen. I had heard horror stories about the timeframe in renovating a kitchen, but ours just finished right on time! The subcontractors they used all did a great job and were respectful with wearing masks in the house. Their handymen were great! Getting daily updates was helpful and Jordyn was very responsive with any changes/questions. Overall, we are thrilled with how it turned out!

From our first interaction with Joe we knew we had found a contractor we could work with. They actually offered ways we could save money. Our house was built in 1981 and had dark wall paneling, popcorn ceilings, fur downs in the kitchen and bathrooms. We had Simply Sold remove all popcorn, remove the fur downs, do a whole house repaint, install all new flooring and remodel the kitchen and bathrooms. Our Project Manger , Erica kept us informed throughout the entire process and was responsive to all our questions and concerns. Remodeling isn’t fun but Simply Sold made it a stress free as possible.

We just completed a home remodel with Ashley, Clio, Michelle, and Cheryl with Simply Sold. They were referred to us by our realtor. Simply Sold added a reclaimed wood beam over the fireplace, cedar beams on the ceiling, custom floating shelves, a coat closet, a walk in shower addition to our powder room, and installed a custom wine/beverage fridge for us. We initially met with Ashley at our house and went over what we hoped to do. She took measurements and listened intently and then provided us with a very detailed bid on the project we discussed. All details and costs were outlined in the bid without any surprises. The Simply Sold team obtained the necessary permits and completed the work to code and passed all inspections. We are very pleased with the completed work and could not ask for a better outcome. I like that all work to be done was included in the bid/contract as well as all costs associated with the project. There were no surprise costs or disagreements on the scope of work as it was all in the contract. I have used contractors before with nothing more than a verbal agreement and handshake that usually resulted in some disagreement on job specifics and dissatisfaction with the results. The project did take longer than anticipated by about 1 month and we were not always happy with the subcontractors work. To Simply Solds credit, our project managers, Cheryl and Michelle, made sure that any issues we presented them they fully corrected to our complete satisfaction. There was nothing left undone from our punch list at the project completion. I would definitely recommend Simply Sold if we had another remodel project or to friends and family.
