The people here are very friendly and honest. After visiting their store I made a free consultation appointment at my location not for cabinetry but for using one of their materials for decorative remodeling. Gazi, the consultation person, was very knowledgeable and honest, and advised us not to use their material for our purpose. He spent quite bit of time explaining to us. I appreciate the their time and honesty.

Kitchen Central transformed my dark and out of date kitchen from the 1970s into a bright and open entertaining space where I can host friends and family for years to come. Maria worked with me to understand how I cook and how I wanted my kitchen to feel. Then she created the most beautiful design that Mike and team executed quickly. I couldn’t believe how much they were able to accomplish each day. They were a machine with the demolition, rebuild, and install. I’m still awestruck by my new kitchen still, four months later. This is the review I would have wanted to read before I hired Kitchen Central.-If you do not have anything in writing in their contract about quality of workmanship, you should rethink that choice. If they are installing water, they need a plumber. If they are installing gas, they need a specialist. They anticipate doing all this without the appropriate licensing.-If you are allowing Kitchen Central to pick up granite, tile or other choices, those choices need to be put in writing in the contract. They failed to purchase our choices. When it was time to install, we had to start over on our choice of granite and backsplash because our granite was no longer available. Imagine already choosing the color of cabinets to match the granite, and then needing to go back to square one on the choice of granite.-They originally said they can fix our floor (we had a wall taken out), but they didnt have the expertise needed for this. They didnt talk to any flooring professionals. They excluded this from the bid without communicating that to us (imagine having a finished kitchen with an unfinished floor).Were there some positives? Yes. We liked the initial vision suggestion, which was a little different than what we were thinking.

After much back and forth, my husband finally let me remodel our kitchen! However, I had to stay within a certain budget and I had so much I wanted to do, so I looked on market hoping I could find someone relatively affordable. Well, I came across Kitchen Central and Im SO happy I did!!! Lane was great and took the time to explain every detail and even show me different finishes and how theyd look in my kitchen. Just finished a beautiful kitchen. Could not be more pleased. We did a complete renovation. The design is perfect. Gazi made some changes in the existing footprint that make the kitchen much more workable. The quality of the cabinets is exactly what we expected. The workmanship for the instillation is excellent. Overall Im pleased with how everything turned out with the work Kitchen Cabinet did on my kitchen and bar. I will admit that I wasnt expecting the whole process of getting my kitchen refaced to go as long as it ended up taking, I do wish the process was a bit faster. However, I appreciate Kitchen central is good quality workmanship.Gazi was my sales rep. He has amazing energy and was a pleasure to work with! I enjoyed the fact that hes been very responsive and has been able to work with resolving my concerns or requests.

They helped me select wonderful, quality cabinets to fit my budget and aesthetic, worked with me to design my space to meet my needs, and they met given timelines and honored their commitments.The cabinets came in when they said they would, the install was scheduled immediately and was so careful and detailed, no haphazardly throwing up cabinets here! Kitchen Central did an AMAZING job on our major kitchen renovation: moved the sink and stove, removed a load bearing beam and wall, completely new lighting, cabinets counters floors. A big and somewhat daunting project for us. Thankfully we found Kitchen Central. They were excellent designers, communicators, problem solvers, craftsmen and installers. They often helped us, even outside our scope of service, with additional contractor connections and suggestions. ALWAYS paying close attention to the details and communicating the schedule, pricing and options during both the design and installation. Highest recommendation to the KC team. Use them if you want great results, you will not be disappointed!!!

We hired Kitchen Central to replace our kitchen cabinets, countertops, and backsplash. We enjoyed working with them, from design through install, and they did a fantastic job! In any big project, things go wrong. When that happened in our case, Gazi (manager) and Mike (construction supervisor) reacted calmly and effectively to resolve the issues. Some contractors don’t like customers to be involved in their own projects but Kitchen Central had no problem with it (we did our own lighting), which we appreciated. We would absolutely use them again. Highly recommend!

If you are looking for a professional kitchen and bath remodel company, look no further. Gazi, Mike and Maria were the perfect team to design and build my kitchen and four bathrooms. They were very attentive to what I wanted and I got everything I asked for. When unexpected problems popped up they were quick to get them resolved. I wouldnt hesitate to use them again.

I worked with Maria and Gazi from Kitchen Central about a year ago to renovate my kitchen and living room. They were very accommodating and flexible in regards to working with my budget by allowing me to bring in other contractors for certain parts of the renovation (such as the floor) or allowing me to handle certain DIY projects. They work they provided was great and they kept me in the loop all they way through the project with constant updates, and when any unexpected complications came up they informed me of all the different options and price points I had going forward. Here at a year out everything still looks great and is holding up. I highly recommend them.

We had Kitchen central redesign our kitchen island for us. We are super happy with the finished product. They were able to work within our budget and got the work done in a timely manner. We loved their attention to details and their willingness to go the extra mile if needed. Gazi, Mike and Ashton were all great to work with and were able to answer any questions or concerns we had. After two months of trying to get started with a kitchen remodel and being told by the cabinet and kitchen stores about what they wouldnt do, I found Kitchen Central. Every other place I tried I need to involve 5 to 6 other specialists and a contractor. This place is one stop and they get it done. Through the remodeling process as I raised any concerns about any portion of the remodel, their answer to me was, well take care of it. AND THEY DID EVERY TIME. My wife and I love our kitchen.

We had a great experience with Kitchen Central. Our kitchen flooded and we decided we wanted to start from scratch. Ashton, who designed our kitchen, was lovely to work with - always very responsive and prompt. Gazi and his team did a fantastic job with construction. We had wiring from the 1950s which they were able to tease out and update. The cabinets, counter top, back splash and flooring turned out amazing. Most of all, Kitchen Central was really good about helping us stay within budget and the job was completed in less than a month!

We had Kitchen Central manage our kitchen remodel. We have done several remodels in our many years of home ownership and can say this was by far our best experience. We selected a kitchen sink, that on paper did not appear to fit. Gazi reviewed the specifications and told us that they would be able to make it work. Mike was able to install the sink with minor modifications of the cabinet. Kitchen Central uses Buildertrend, a construction software product that is user friendly. Kitchen Central uploaded their mock up color drawings of our remodel into the Buildertrend app. These were very helpful when we were making our selections for countertop and lighting. We could open the Buildertrend app on our phone while were in the store. The work was well managed and the final results were exactly what we wanted. Kitchen Central provided us with excellent quality and workmanship, value and professionalism. The entire team is very customer oriented, anytime we called their showroom or dropped by with a question we were helped by either Gazi or one of their designers, often Maria. We would use them again and recommend them to our friends.

I cannot say enough nice things about Gazi and Kitchen Central. They designed and installed our cabinets very quickly and the entire process was so smooth. They take pride in their work and did a great job. They are extremely professional, and we will 100% choose them for any future projects that we have!

We have a rental home in Austin that we wanted to put a custom island in. After shopping around and actually getting some quotes from a few other custom cabinet shops we decided on Kitchen Central. They had the best value and really saw our vision for the island we were wanting. We are so happy we chose to get our custom kitchen island from them. We had the BEST experience with the team from Kitchen Central! After being in our home for 19 years and dealing with MULTIPLE contractors along the way for various upgrades and renovations, we decided to renovate our kitchen (before we had only done floor and a couple of appliances). We researched and spoke to a number of companies but in the end we chose Kitchen Central for a few reasons.1. They respected the aesthetic we had going in our home already and helped us find something that worked with that.2. The team seemed knowledgeable and honest. That was key. They are very knowledgeable and professional and they have an in house designer that helped us with lighting. I should have written this review a long time ago. Our kitchen (and a lot of our first floor) was remodeled by Kitchen Central. Prior to reaching out to Kitchen Central, I had been working with a local designer/contractor. Unfortunately, he wasnt listening to me. Gazi listened, looked at my drawings, understood what I wanted, and came up with a wonderful solution that was cost effective and stunning. Our kitchen was completed spring 2017 and its gorgeous! Based on a recent appraisal, I think it really helped with our home value too. Should we need to remodel anything again, Kitchen Central will be our first choice.

We recently had our kitchen and master bathroom renovated by Kitchen Central. I can say with certainty that we would enthusiastically use Gazi & Mike and team for any future work we need done. Not only were we thrilled with the layout, configuration and design concept, we loved working with these guys. They are always available to answer any concerns that arose. They were hands on throughout the redo. Their subs were equally as accommodating. The project was completed on time and within budget. Highly recommend.*** As a follow up....we had a small issue with using an abrasive cleaner on a cabinet door. Gazi came over on a Friday afternoon and took the cabinet door with him. On Sunday he returned with a refinished cabinet door. Good as new! Truly a great company to do business with!

I have heard so many horror stories about contractors, but I cant say enough great things about the team at Kitchen Central. My kitchen needed new cabinets and countertops. Ashton designed it to fit my needs, and I ended up having my bathrooms done, too. Mike and Gazi are experts, and they were always responsive when I had a question. The price was very reasonable, and everything is top quality. I love it!

We have a 1934 house that has a very small kitchen. We wanted to do a remodel without moving any walls. Kitchen Central helped us reconfigure the kitchen with more counter space, more cabinets and a dishwasher (finally!). Since we knew it would be a small job for most subcontractors, we wanted someone who could do a turnkey project. Kitchen Central came through with a design plan, countertop, cabinet, hardware and backsplash recommendations. They started the demolition when they said they would, worked quickly and efficiently and got us back into the house sooner that we expected. They were quick to respond to concerns and punch list items. We couldnt be more thrilled. Highly recommend!

We got flooded during Harvey, so we were forced to renovate our kitchen. We came to Kitchen Central to get new cabinets. They are not a typical cabinet store. They designed the kitchen for us. We chose Showplace Evo. The cabinets are very high quality and sleek looking. There were some problems during the process but the project manager took care of it very professionally. The Kitchen Central team of Ashton, Gazi and Mike were fantastic and very professional. In my case they were patient and persistent as I started the remodel process a year before we completed the implementation. My place had a very small kitchen that was built in the 1980s. Ashton did a great job of professional open kitchen design and sheparded us through the cabinet, countertop and modern feature selection. Gazi managed the complete project to include making sure that we were able to implement the matching granite countertop and backsplash with under cabinet lighting and electrical. This was a big challenge since the kitchen was wired in the mid 80s and electricians are hard to find that have the experience and knowledge to implement the modern kitchen in an older home. Mike did a timely job of cabinet and appliance installation to include closing on the punch list. Finally, they all did a marvelous job of coordinating and communicating with me as I was remodeling the whole floor, to include hardwood flooring, of the house and replacing windows. A complete kitchen remodel is a complex activity and Kitchen Centrals experience was impressive.

The people at Kitchen Central don’t honor their agreements and their signature on contracts means nothing. Behind the scenes, they are bullies and do everything on the cheap. I believe they adhere to Turkish business practices that are common in their original country .
