This guy knows his stuff, and hes a good dude to boot. This is a place where a man can go to get a good cut, and thats not such an easy thing these days for some of us.Whenever Im in a new city and need a trim, I call around to ask, Can yall cut a flattop? Im usually met with an uncomfortable pause, them Im told, The manager can...but shes not here right now... Or something similar. Not anymore!Robert is the only barber Ive ever had cut my hair all free hand. He adjusted the angle of my head not more than 5 times during the entire cut! Who does that? He was careful and super pleasant to visit with, and I was happy to tip when he was finished. I look forward to going back and I hope theres a wait cause this place is a mans barbershop. Country music on the radio, Field & Stream on the magazine racks, the smell of mens products in the air. Cool place, cool atmosphere, not a man-bun to be seen, lol. I HIGHLY recommend this place if you fancy a good cut at a good price in a good place. Well done, Robert!

Best flat around. I have been searching for months and i had 3 other so called barbers cut my hair and i was completely dissatisfied until i called him and had him cut it. I went in and he was well mannered, polite, funny , and all around, he had good CHARACTER. Im so glad I found him and extremely glad he is and will be cutting my hair for a long time GOD willing.....

Just one guy, so if there is a line... You might just come another day. No appointments. You can call to check the current wait. However, dang near perfect cuts. He takes his time, and really listens rather that just giving everyone the same cut (like some other shops). Friendly guy.

Worst haircut ever. He came highly recommended and did not deliver. He screwed up my hair, now I am left to buzz it all off, and start again. He even tried to charge me again to fix it. I would not recommend.

Robert is the best. Top notch mens clean cuts. First cut looked awesome and as I went back over time he was able to continue sculpting it. After 3 or so cuts, my hair was almost no maintenance and looked amazing. Ivy league, flat tops, mens regular, and beautiful fades. If you want a rag style with a bunch of product or footballer hairstyles as I call them... this is probably not your place. Also, its only one chair and he takes his time to get it right. So, go when you have some time. I wont go anywhere else in Austin though. Robert is the best. 5++ stars!
