There is a reason this place has a one star average. If at all possible, stay away from here. They are very unorganized, don’t communicate, and will make excuses. It’s worth the drive to go to the service center in Round Rock instead.I took my car in because I was told by a service advisor two weeks prior that my Sonata should have wired Apple CarPlay. So I made an appointment and explained my situation to my advisor, Pedro Herrera. He made no mention that it wasn’t a feature of my car. Instead, he proceeded to run a full diagnostic of my car — when he knew from the beginning that wasn’t a feature. Then, he charged me for something he knew wasn’t necessary. The whole time I explained this to him he was disrespectful and condescending. I will definitely be taking my car elsewhere in the future.

This was a bad experience for many reasons. First, they didnt look at what I asked. I went in suspecting a bad bearing and the diagnostic report said they would have to change the tires first? Also, they cited tires that were brand new as the ones that would need to come out? Oh, I also didnt hear back about my car four two weeks only after I called multiple times without ever receiving a call back. Then they fired the service manager I had.My advice, skip this place and take your car elsewhere.

I took my car as a walk-in (without an appointment) and Gilbert went above and beyond what I asked! I was having a very niche issue with my brakes which is why I took it to the dealership, and they fixed it for free, did a 25 point inspection, sent me a an easy link where I could accept and reject services, and fixed all the recalls without me even asking. All I paid for was the brake fluid flush because they noticed it was dirty during their inspection.My only criticism is their communication. They’re very difficult to get hold of, and keep in mind that if you’re a walk-in they only take your car after their appointments for the day have been completed so expect it to be in for a couple of days.

This last experience was my enough point. Will find service elsewhere. So disorganized. Seems there is only one person who keeps things going. They should clone her. No calls. Never got my discount. Needs new management. But, whichever mechanic worked on my car fix my problem.

My car broke down in Austin. With only 75,000 miles on it, they said the engine was blown and it needed a whole new one. That was 6 weeks ago. I had to fly home, I leave message after message and no one will return my call; I have no idea where they are in the process. Ive spent over $1,000 so far to rent a car. Its an insane situation, and they just dont care.

Had bubble in tire and took me in as walk in. I have warranties i purchased extra for repairs etc. Be sure to keep those documents as not saved on dealers computer and need to give copy to be warrantied. Dropped me off and will pick me up to get car when done.

This place ask you to bring in you vehicle to repair what ever is wrong with it. They never call you back or call you to tell you that its ready to be picked up. They keep it for way to long. In talking to them on the phone they never answer your questions completely. They beat around the bush. If you leave a message they never call you back. I have a vehicle that had a recall and Ive been trying to schedule an appointment for over a week now. So Im going to try Kyles location to see how they work there. I suggest you not go to this location.

Absolutely the worst customer experience at this place. They never call you back and always overcharge. Only come here if you have to deal with a warranty issue.

My car was towed there and I was told theyd get back to me when it arrived to talk about what was wrong with it. After a week I went down myself and it had not even been looked at.

Do not come here unless you have to. My experience was outrageous; the staff was rude and dismissive. They did not even know what car was mine and we had an appointment, but were not even spoken to for 25 minutes. They ordered parts for our car and didn’t inform us they came in until I called and asked if they had them.

Had a scheduled appointment for an oil change. The oil change took over 2 hours. Should’ve went to a Jiffy Lube down the street and they would’ve had it done in 15 minutes. I have never waited that long for an oil change, even as a walk-in. They have no time estimate and I was not updated at all.
