I have been with John Murphy’s agency for at least 10 years and I don’t have one complaint. Any time I have a question or concern, they are quick to respond and even quicker to rectify the situation. Claims are processed quickly and simply. This is the best insurance agency. Even though my rates are high , the value and service are superb.

I have been with John Murphys Allstate for years and have always had wonderful experiences with them from car wrecks to our home being broken into. Most recently he navigated the waters between our leasing agent and myself into getting the correct coverage for the property and making sure the agent had the information. I truly could not have done this without his help. You know how stressful moving can be and his intervention has helped make our upcoming move so much easier! I will always recommend John Murphy.

These folks truly care about their customers! Now a days you can pretty much do everything online but Jonh Murphy and their staff go a different route by calling you every time your policy is due for renewal just to thank you for being a customer and to see if you need to change your policy! Heck! They even call you to wish you a happy birthday! And things like that make them stand out from the rest!

We have been with Allstate since my husband and I married (closed to 40 years) and he was with Allstate before that. In all of that time, Allstate has paid on claims without fail and has always been there for questions or concerns. Any time I have spoken with anyone in the Austin office, I was treat courteously and with respect. My husband is now disabled and I need an agency that I can count on. Even for a cheaper premium, we would not consider another insurance company other than Allstate.

I would give no stars if possible! It was absolutely horrible how I was treated over a few payment issues. To be contacted over a couple text messages stating to Please do not call our office, as we cannot do anything to re-activate the policy, THREE DAYS AFTER my payment had already been processed was absurd. I contacted the agency afterwards and had confirmed that the payment had been processed. I had been dealing with an accident at the time, and was requesting for an agent to come out and take pictures. Along with the text messages, I was given several excuses as to why they could not come out and take photos of my vehicle. Prior to the payment issues, I had always made my payments on time since I signed up with Allstate in 2016. After dealing with John Murphy himself, and his staff, I will no longer be continuing my auto and renters insurance with AllState.

Excellent team, professional staff, full of patience and understanding, always ready to provide any type support, no matter what. This is my 3rd year with this team, and not planning to change it. Thank you John Murphy team.
