Best apartment locator ever!!!!!!!!!!! i knew exactly what I was looking for and because of that I was sooo picky, I was almost scared I would never find anything to my liking since I had already worked with so many other apartment locators and was told you might have to downgrade. I found them online and thought I ought to give them a try before giving up. as soon as I walked in I was greeted by the sweetest worker ever she offered me treats as I waited and was so attentive and like she really wanted to help me if I had any questions at all she would immediately drop what she was doing and help me. The agent that assisted me as well was so helpful and really straight up and was able to find me several options and even ended up finding a gem for me at the right price and such a upgrade from what I thought I wanted. Trina Hill is a lifesaver. She listened to my concerns and price range. She drove me to the apartment, since I am a pedestrian. Once I saw the floorplan, I fell in love and signed the application. Today I got approved, and tomorrow I will be signing the lease paperwork. She kept in touch with me throughout the process, and followed up with the apartment when I didnt hear anything. Her phone call prompted the manager to call me and inform me of the approval. She made a stressful process easy and joyful. My new place is bigger, better amenities, and closer to my job. I flew in from San Francisco to look for an apartment, and didnt know where to start. Found these guys by accident on Google Maps and decided to try them because of all the good reviews. Im glad I did because it made a HUGE difference.Im sure the rest of the locators are awesome too, but mine was Monica, and shes THE BEST! She worked really hard to find me an apartment that fit my needs (keep in mind that I was very difficult to please).She made all the calls, and drove me around Austin for two days straight! (I was on a very tight schedule). Cecilio ruiz is probally one of the best. Before we came to this locator a different one at a different company tried to move me and my family into a roach infested apartment with horrible managment. I am disabled and looking for an apartment on my own was a nightmare. Carlos Lepiz turned a stressful situation into a comfortable, relaxed decision. I needed to find an apartment for my daughter in Austin but I had no time to visit to Austin. Carlos went to the locations and took photos, he continuously went above and beyond, while acting like it was no big deal! I had never used a locator service before. I am sure that I will never find another apartment locator as awesome as Carlos. He offered great suggestions, gave his informed opinion, was insanely patient with my numerous questions.
