I was going to give a 5 star rating, but that would mean that there isnt anything to improve upon, while I believe there are. There is no soundproofing from the outside, nor from the creaky footsteps of our neighbors upstairs (sounds like theyre really in our apartment). The windows and blinds look like theyve never been attended to, while many cabinets and areas of cabinets held a unappealing approach. I wouldnt use them, in the condition that theyre in. Overall, I am very pleased with the current condition of the apartment and feel comfortable already, glad to call this home. Floors and walls, closets, bathroom were clean and tidy, and my deliveries arrive at the right place. I was able to set up my necessities with ease. (Edit; didnt know this was for the agent. The apartment is perfect for our budget and spacious enough for my brother and I. Water and vents run clean, showers a bit strong while the toilets very weak. Unfurnished but came with stove and a fridge 🙂).

Andrea is by far the best apartment locator I’ve ever worked with! We called her scrambling to find a place and she took all the stress off of us and did all the hard work. These words don’t do justice to the 5 STAR satisfaction, experience, and quality of customer service, professionalism, knowledge, understanding, and care I experienced working with MICHELLE HICKEY from APARTMENT PROS in Austin. In less than 24 hours she found my dream apartment, I applied, provided all paperwork, they ran a background credit check, and done!Michelle Hickey provided all the apartment information, layout to me in less than 1.5 hours. She went to the apartment when they opened and checked in with the leasing agent to be sure they start on my application and she provided me with the leasing staff’s contact information as well. Additionally, she walked the apartment grounds and shot multiple videos of the apartment, parking, pool, clubhouse distance, etc., for me. she provided surrounding area information to me as well and sent me links to the shopping centers next to the apartment. She not only did all the above, but then she stayed in contact with me to make sure I was accepted into this apartment. She did not abandon me after I signed. SHE STAYED WITH ME THE WHOLE WAY THRU until I heard the words “Welcome to your new home- all is approved” from the apartments leasing staff.I was leasing sight unseen because I’m moving from another city for a new job. Michelle Hickey provided all the information and the videos for me to make a sound decision. I had 7 days left to find a place and move in after the following events took place (read below).BEFORE I Accidentally found MICHELLE HICKEY from APARTMENT PROS, I used various websites to look at apartments and a different apartment locator that was “rated as one of the top” in the north Austin area. However, the PREVIOUS LOCATOR TOOK TWO Days to give me a list of apartments (crazy because AUSTIN APT’S go quick). Then after I registered with an apartment complex, he never checked in on me to see where everything was. He disappeared. I had so much trouble with the apartment he recommended- the apartment (GREYSTAR) ran a hard credit pull THREE TIMES! They kept saying I need a co-signer? How? WHY? The apartment kept me waiting for one week. Everything was a mess. As this is all happening, apartment prices are going up, availability is disappearing off numerous websites and I am waiting to hear back from the apartment I applied with. Movers are calling, and I don’t have answers from the apartment leasing agents the other apt locator sent me to. My anxiety and stress were high. My friends were in shock at the overall horrible service. Over Two weeks wasted with the previous apartment locator, the apartments, and the leasing agent he sent me to, and I still had no answers to why I was denied because of bad credit? I have no criminal background, and my credit scores range between 650-750.In desperation, because I did not know what would happen with these apartments. I googled “apartment locator in North Austin” and found Apartment Pros. I called the number at 7 pm on a weeknight, and cheerfully Michelle Hickey answered.
