I usually have a good experience at this car wash. Dont come often. I went a little over a month ago and one people that work there approached my vehicle as I went to pay. As I was vacuuming I did notice him approaching all the vehicles pulling up to pay. He said that they are trying to minimize people touching the screen so they are giving everyone that sticker so they can just drive up and it will automatically come out of your account. I was fine with that, but as he continued it showed something about a membership. I told him that I did not want a membership, as I do not get my car washed often. He said that even though it said that it was not and it will expire in 30 days. I asked him again and he assured me that I was not sighing up for a membership. I was only charged $4.99. I kept my received and sure enough literally a month later I was charged $29.99 for the membership. I called and the representative I spoke to said that she apologized for the confusion. Confusion? The guy lied just to get people signed up for the memberships, very unprofessional. They did offer to refund my card in the amount of $29.99 but Im still waiting and its been 4 days already. I called my bank and they said that the vendor has not processed it yet.

I asked for a single car wash. The guy working there who was sitting in his car very unprofessional came up and told me it was $5. He gave me a sticker and got my email. I asked what’s it for? He said it’s only to let me out the gate.I checked my credit card and have three $30 monthly charges for a service I never asked for. 100% terrible service. Then when I called back to ask for a refund the supervisor says “she can’t because it’s after 7 days and I should’ve known something was up if they gave me a sticker”. What kind of professional response is that. Please just go to the several other better car washes near. I should’ve known they were trash because no one was there and all the nearby places were packed.

Ok for quick car wash but pricey. Vacuum was barely working and one side missing the hose completely. Could have done better at home.

Dont waste your time or your money. I only came here because the car wash that I usually go to is closed for renovation at the moment. I paid $15 for my car to come out the same way it went in. The only difference was that it came out wet. The wash was supposed to include tire shine but my tires werent shined. The little girls who work here are rude.

I absolutely love this place ! I save over $200 just by going here compared to One Stop just down the road . I do have a membership that costs $24.99 a month but it is for unlimited use of Vacuums & the wash. Car always comes out clean. Customer service is top notch. If you are having trouble with the machine someone is always there too help out. Place is always kept up.

Im giving 3 stars because of a recent experience I had that sounds exactly like one of the other recent reviews.I went one weekend I think it was end of January and the guy at the kiosk put a sticker on my windshield and told me they were going touch free due to covid, he took my name and swiped my card for payment. As I was waiting to get in the car wash I saw a sign that showed the amount he charged me was a promotional rate for the monthly membership if signing up that day. I immediately called the customer service number the next week and sure enough I was setup with the recurring membership. I had them cancel it before I was charged.In the grand scheme of things Im not out anything more than the time to call and cancel a service I didnt request or agree to. However, the way in which the guy went about signing me up was unethical at best.Other than this experience, Ive never had any issues other than the random vacuum not working well.

As far as cheap car washes go, this place is legit. They seem to have all the fancy options for people with really nice cars who are more inclined to spoil their vehicles. I personally go there for the basic wash only which runs $8.00. There are cheaper options, but this location is hard to beat from where I live. You have to vacuum first which is different than Im used to, but not better or worse necessarily. Ive never felt pressured to upgrade from the basic wash. Other places fo this and I get annoyed. My truck is a 2011 Toyota tundra and this car wash cleans it fairly well. Easy, peasy, lemon squeezy.

This was a laughable effort on the person or machines part. 8 dollar wash, barely removed a bug... Reply from clerk was that you got the cheapest wash... Sorry, I paid for you to remove bugs from my paint which is what a basic wash should do and the minimum requirement to protect paint... I asked the clerk prior to do a better brush job over the front. I am active duty military and expect way better... Especially when I have received better service for less.

I loooove this car wash. The quality of their equipment is amazing (vacuum, car washing station, etc). I got a membership with them back in April and havent regretted it since and even with my membership I get different choices of washes thats a plus as well. I am one happy customer 🥰

Vacuuming my car before I have it washed was unusual, but, once my car was washed, I just left. Kinda makes more sense. The wash felt a little abusive, but it looked great afterwards.

I purchased unlimited car washes for a monthly fee.

Winter about 3 weeks ago and use my debit card and up it to $17 and got a car wash anytime I wanted to and went back three weeks later and I said my card wasnt any good I told him I had lost my debit card and the bank and replaced it they said they cant do anything about it I said well thisll be the last time I come here and it was bad business

In and out in 10 min, but my car wasnt really bad on the inside for vacuuming.

I go here because its close to my house, but honestly they dont have much compared to all the other places. Theres only a vaccuum. Nothing to wipe down any thing or clean in any way. Then you go through the car wash and theres still soap all over my car. every. single. time.

Disappointed lately. Ive been a member, (with 2 memberships), since they opened, but recently the wash doesnt seem to get our vehicles as clean and no tire shine. The car wash has been sold to someone else and you can certainly tell a difference. I never had a single complaint with the original owner.

Have taken parents car/van here before if they need a heavy vacuum cleaning. You can take a long as needed which is very helpful. Then just drive through the car wash and you are good to go. Depending upon the car wash you choose, it can be pretty cheap. Its well worth it if you want to vacuum out the vehicle yourself.

Got a membership for 5 buck for the first month and im enjoying using it.

The vaccums were weak didnt clean my carpet good, and the wash was not good either my car came out very wet so the dryer at the end sucks. And there were still dirt residue on my car. Not going back. Thumbs down!

I like the unlimited package to keep my car clean inside and out. With pollen season I am washing at least twice a week. So thats 14.99 amonth instead of $120.00. Great value!

I love this carwash. They have great vacuums, a carpet beater, scents and a fantastic wash system that even puts on tire shine.I was so impressed that I joined the club so for a low monthly fee I can clean my car as often as I want. Its quite a bargain if you like a clean car.

No Windex and paper towels to clean windows, the air blower doesnt dry the car all the way! Prices are fine but should provide more items for cleaning use then it would be 5 stars!

Ive used a lot of car wash places and this one has been the best! My car was pretty dirty being white, it shows! Car was sparkling after I got out of there! Definitely reccomend it!

Fast and easy! Pull in, take your time with the vacuum and interior cleaning. Buying your wash is easy and if you keep the receipt you get a discounted wash. They guy scrubs the front and back and the automated wash takes care of the rest. The wash is pretty good to, for me it get sick on bugs and gunk. No spots or streaks, and they recycle the water. Or so the sign at the end of the tunnel says. Very happy with the results of this car wash!

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE, ROBBED ME !!!Firstly there washes are not good and they dont even dry off your car. Anyway, I came here and purchased the monthly plan and I cancelled the plan at the end of the first month due to poor quality of the washes. So after I cancelled the plan I was still charged for the second month and I called them and asked for a refund and they assured me that I would get one. I still havent received that refund, and now I have just been charged for a third month. I called them again and now their saying my name nor car is in there system so they cant do anything about it.

Great deal for the money and save your receipt because they print a coupon to come back for a $15 wash for only $5. The guys are attentive and pre-spray your car. Free vacuums when you buy a wash. Very efficient and even offers Rain-X protection.

The person using the hand brush scratched our car in three places. They said that they use the softest brushes in the tunnel. The tunnel didnt scratch the car, the guy with the hand brush did. Express Car Wash will do nothing to rectify the problem. We were washing two cars at least twice a month there. We will NEVER go back. I cannot recommend them based on this latest experience.

Usually very pleased. Not today paid for $20 was and finished with a truck bed of soap and hot wax. When I brought up the problem I was informed I could run it through again for $6. It took me 20 minutes at home to rinse everything away with my hose.

At this location you vacuum first, then go through the car wash. This set up does not allow for you to re-park and towel dry your car...which I prefer to give the car some extra attention. Otherwise, I was satisfied with finished wash.

I love how the staff cleans the front & back of your vehicle before you go through the car wash. Reasonable prices.

Love that we can vaccum on our own and its free with a wash. Wash used to be $5 but now up to $6. The drive thru car wash washes our car fairly well but we take the time after to detail clean the exterior. Weekend are overcrowded though.

I love the convenience of being right across from the movie theater and in an easy place to get to off the East West Connector. Right across the street from my Ellens cleaners.,This is my go to car wash. They do a good job, have plenty of room to vacuum out your car and friendly staff.

I bring my car here every day to wash I have membership and I must say this car wash has my car super clean and spotless . I must also add that the vacuum is very powerful and u can get in between sets .

I purchased the unlimited plan, which isnt the problem. The problem is the way you handle your customers. I traded my vehicle in, and needed a new sticker, (which is 5 dollars :( but ok) but when I was like just cancel next month. Im thinking I have already paid this month, so I should be able to continue to wash my vehicle. The owner was completely nasty and arrogant. I guess your arrogants and nastiness will cost you this 30.00/month. I refuses to allow especially when I am a paying customer that kind of treatment. So many others.......

Total ripp off. I have been here a few times when it cost only $3, although I purshased $10 car washes because I like to wash underneath the car, it never ocurred to me that I should check under the car and see that it actually was washed . Last time I went I came home (powder spring across the street from the movie theater) and the car was completely dry underneath. I went back to talk to someone, and one of the operators told me that it was not possible because they activate that feature even for the $7 wash in winter and that the car must have dried on my way back. (less that 1 mille both ways and I had not driven the car in two days, so it was cold). So now your are warned, pay only for the basic service because it will be what you will receive anyway or just do not bother at all. The guys beside the autopart store do a better job by hand.Buy the way....I totaly believe the fellow here below that rated it 1 star.
