Had complete exterior wash and interior clean done on my pickpup truck today. The guys did a great job on it. The lady cashier gave me a 10% senior discount (total cost to me was $22.50 out of $25.The employees were all very polite and courteous. Will definitely be going back there.

The customer service was pretty good. The guys washing my car were really polite and quick. They vacuumed and wiped down my trunk which was an unexpected plus. The only problem I had was with the interior clean. They wiped down the dash and doors but they were not shined. Left the steering wheel dirty. I had to shine and reclean the interior myself. Wouldnt really recommend honestly.

I was overdue for my oil change and the dealer was booked, so I got the oil change here and I was nicely surprised with service and perks. Convenient & quick. I paid about the same I paid at the dealer but, I also got a free car wash & vacuum. Steven and David and the rest of the staff were courteous and kind.

Went and got my emissions done, a car wash, and an interior clean. The car was not cleaned well by the car wash but it was included with my emissions so I cant complain too much about it. The interior clean however, was not that great. When I drove away, I could see that the top of my dash didnt look wiped down and my cup holders were not cleaned at all. My car was cleaner in the end, just not to what my expectations were/what I was told was being done.

Quality car wash. My first visit was much better than this one. I believe my paint was chipped by the auto car wash and I wasnt satisfied with the vacuuming they did otherwise its a good place.

I have previously used this location several times and was pleased with their work, but this time I had an issue with a very long scratch on my back door. When I mentioned to the general manager David Gonzalez, he said they did not do the scratch. I acknowledge there was a smaller horizontal scratch on the door prior but the long vertical scratch happened with them. The GM said he would buff the scratch out but was going to charge me. I told him he should not be charging me for something they did. He refused to make it right. Now mind you the car wash system was broken down and they offered to hand wash the vehicles. The GM first lied and said he was the only one hand washing all the vehicles. I explained to him that was not true because I was watching the others people helping to wash down the cars. I then went to my trunk and saw I still had leaves in my trunk so they didnt do a very good job with vacuuming out my trunk either. Before I saw the scratch, I asked the gentleman if they vacuumed out the trunk he responded Yes they did. As I was getting in my vehicle the gentleman had the nerve to ask me if I was still going to leave the tip. Professionalism starts from the top and seeing that did not come from the GM I really couldnt be surprised that the technician wasnt professional either. Will never go back to this business again. The one thing Ive learned from all of this, is that I will acknowledge any dents and scratches with the place of business before I have anyone clean my car again.

This was not a good experience at this car wash. I saw only two people wearing masks. People directing, paying, interior cleaning were not masking and were close to me. My seat was changed which really upset me. The interior was not totally clean. I will not return or recommend. I was trying to support local business, but it was a fail!

Went through the car wash and experienced loud boom on the the passenger side on my truck. Scratches on the passenger side along with small chip paint. Wouldnt take responsibility for it. Wouldnt recommend this place

First I paid for the $27 (I think wash) there were still bugs on the front of my car. Also I noticed the back didnt get a vacuum and there were still some Marks on the inside door area. Also I noticed 2 purple stains on my carpet. WTH? I will never go back. Not even for them to fix what they didnt do. I dont trust them at all. Also the back seat still had dirt and glitter from my customers. I want impressed and this is my second time. First time wasnt as bad but I had only had the car for a week so it was still pretty clean I just had to rinse the Florida off .

Went yesterday for oil change. Austell E/W Connector location.Management seems to have changed (again) and it was a terrible experience. It took forever. No masking by workers, very little masking by customers. No distancing, except that the chairs inside were spread out. Unsanitary checkout: had to hand over the credit card, sign the receipt with a single community pen (ugh!), and the added tip was handed to me as cash to give to the detailers. Been going there for years, but I will not go back!

This was the last time I will take my car there. No masks were used.They have yet to completely and thoroughly clean my windshield even though I have been specific each time. They cater to the police cars and take less time on paying customers.

Theyre rude in the office. They act like YOURE bothering them. No smiles and no real direction on what they offer. I love that theyre fast but almost to fast with oil change???????? I hope they really changed my oil and the few other things that comes with it?????

They do a very attentive job here. From the moment I got there to the time I left, everyone was friendly and helpful. They were all in good spirits and I felt better when I left. Oh, and my car ran more smoothly and looks GREAT too!

I paid $40 for the hand wash and interior cleaned because I have a convertible. They used a dirty brush on the paint and only got half of the top clean. The manager came over to the detail area after I showed him the top and used a degreaser to clean what they missed. He was very rude and didn’t even rinse the degreaser off. They left bugs on the front, water streaks all over the car, missed quite a few spots while washing and a lot of very fine scratches from the dirty brush. I’ve used this place for many years and never had any issues prior to this. After this visit I’ll definitely be looking for somewhere else. The new owners and/or management is absolutely horrible.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. I paid for a hand wash $40.00 for a black car thay was stoll dirty once they finished it. It looked gray. The staff seems to not have a clue as to how to wash a car. I had to point out several dirty spots to them that had not been touched at all. The windows were filthy. I spome to the General Manager who did not care either. He even laughed. Go if you have money to waste. I will not go back nor send anyone.

I have been going to this location for the past 15 years or so. I was actually the 10th customer to get taken care of at this location. I have been bringing all my vehicles and my wifes for all these years. Well, since changing hands to One Stop the service is sloppy and the driveway manager is rude. telling the tech working on my car that he will not be able to please me. I noted that the techs had not taken out the floor mats to clean under and pointed out some dirt still on the front of my car. That I had easily scrapped off with my finger nail. I give the oil change bay guys a 100% doing a very fine job. However the techs and especially the driveway manager. 45%. poor sloppy service the location is 2567 East-West connector Austell Georgia.LJ Russell

I couldnt even tell if the detailers touched the inside of my car, except for the smears resulting from using a dirty lint cloth. Also greasy handprints left outside and all around my car.

We took our Benz to be washed and dried. Unfortunately, the staff did not have time to clean the rims and vehicle properly. When working with luxury vehicles, some take more time than normal to dry. The bad thing is that we were charged for a partially cleaned vehicle.

Be prepared to rewash tour vehiclel when you get home. I forgot why I stopped going there but was reminded when I got my vehicle back. Paid for inside (extra btw) and outside only to discover once I got home that the inside wasnt done. If I wanted to have to clean my vehicle my self I wouldve done so and saved myself some money. Im glad that other car washes have opened in the area.

I had an oil change, and emissions inspection And a full car washed inside and out. Everything was done in under 30 minutes. The car looked fantastic. I like that they had a nice place to sit and wait while I was having the work done. This is a great car wash with friendly people who do a very good job

One stop does a fantastic job for a reasonable price. The ultimate car wash is $30 and includes all of the extra amenities. Short of getting a specific detail they still do a really good job with just the basic cleaning inside and out. If you want to spend a bit more you can have the actual detail and they will power buff out the car and get into all the nooks and crannies but I think they do a good job with everything as is.

Not worth it, spent $20+ for a wash and tire shine, I could’ve done better. Didn’t even get the dirt off my tire.

I had yellow road (construction) paint on the bottom left door of my vehicle. They were able to get the paint off and wax my car in less than 30 mins. My car looks great and the wax job is awesome. Definitely will be returning.

I would like to share my experience today that I had with One Stop car wash. I drove up and the staff was friendly. They asked me what package I wanted. I opted for the $28 dollar package which includes exterior wash and interior clean. They made sure to push my side view mirrors in so as to not get damaged. My car went in super dirty. Came out looking like a gem. Then it was time for the interior clean and vacuum. The attention to detail by the two staff members that cleaned and dried my car was awesome. My car was turned in to me immaculate. Heres how much attention to detail they put in my car, they freaking cleaned my brake, gas and dead pedals. Who does that? Staff that cares thats who. Then came my final interaction with the person who cashed me out, I believe her name is Tiffani Daniel. From the moment I walked in she greeted me with a smile and a welcome how may i help you? I thought i was at chick fil a for a moment considering how happy she was that i was a new customer. She in turn asked me how my day was going, if there was anything they could do to improve my experience there to which I was like nope everything is top notch. She told me about their loyalty program as well. My whole experience was super awesome. To put it to you this way, they are now my new car wash people. I would recommend them to anyone. And here is another thing to note, it was HOT today...and even being in the hot sun, they all smiled. I dont have pictures but will take some the next time I go.

Sat inside waiting for my car and the tv was blaring a program with profanity every other word. When I asked for it to be changed and explained why, I was given a look like - are you kidding? My car looked good, but interestingly, all the change in my change keeper was removed. Wish I had known - that would have been my tip.....

This was my first visit and I didnt know what to expect when I got there. I liked not having to vacuum my own car out like the self-service places. I did get confused on where to go and what to do though. It wouldve been nice to have more guidance for a newcomer like me. At least I have a better idea of what to do next time. The waiting room was clean, but the chairs are in poor shape and they didnt have any coffee brewed on a Saturday morning. The employees seem friendly and they were all smiling and having a good time. Its nice to see people not be miserable while theyre at work. It was also nice that they had a vendor out front selling goodies. Overall, good experience.

I have only been to this location a few times, but every time has been a great experience! Everything from a car wash to an oil change and tire rotation has been quick and efficient. The staff is very friendly and professional. They even took the time to call to ensure I had a good experience. Great customer service!

Now under new management and noticed an improvement in service. Was much more pleasant service. Only reason I cant give five stars is there is always small things missed. However, when you point it out the staff happily fix it so really not a big deal. Excited to see continued positive changes the new management brings.

First timer here. Went for an High Mileage oil changeAbsolutely loved the service that was provided. Price for an oil change was $50 , thought it was kinda high but then I was blown away when they did a full service detail after the oil change! Money well spent for their service that was provided!They better never close this shop down , this will be my preferred choice from now on.

Extremely disappointed on the wash I received on 7/28. I noticed a couple of things when I first got in-sun visors and center console and had them run a rag over those areas. Admittedly, I didn’t give the entire vehicle a critical look. The guys were extremely nice and polite but the quality was terrible.

I paid for a super detail service on my vehicle and there were some parts that wasnt even touched, places on the dash, the center console and even the cup holders. They did a sloppy job you dont get what you pay for, I would highly recommend finding another place.

Their car wash is fine but I will never again have my oil changed there. Instead of changing my oil, they drained my oil and did not put the new oil in. The technician told me that the reason my oil light was still on was because the sensor had not reset yet. I drove the 5 miles home and had my husband check the oil level only to discover it was bone dry. He had to add oil so I could drive it back up and have them complete the job correctly. Thankfully my engine did not seize. Now, the engine splash shield which has to be removed to change my oil just fell off on one side and is dragging on the ground. Clearly, they did not put the screws back in properly. Never Again!

They dont do what they promise or what you pay for. quick service, sure. Quality, definitely not. No vacuum... like they said.. never going back

Went to get my car washed and oil changed before selling it to a friend. Turns out my oil cap was missing. Shop guys sent me to Auto zone to grab one and come back. Very friendly service.

Just took all my cars there this weekend. I am fully satisfied with two out of three. The last car was finished by a new employee and a young dude. Additional training would help as they missed some obvious spots the previous two teams handled without skipping a beat. Overall good experience and friendly service.

******Update 9/17/2019Wanted to come back and update my review from 1star to 5 stars. Ive taken my new car there several times since my previous review and theyve done an awesome job each time. I always get the Premium wash. My previous experience may have been growing pains with new ownership. It has again become my go to spot for a full service car wash. Didnt thoroughly clean the inside of the car. After I left, I noticed they didnt clean between the seat well.

This is a nice carwash easy to find location, prices are comparable, employees very attentative and they do a good job. You drive through the bay then they wipe it down by hand and clean the inside. They offer different prices packages.

Love leaving with a SHINY ride! The 96 hour FREE rewash is a huge plus!!! Been coming here for a while, definitely recommend stopping through....you’ll be more than satisfied!!!!

Service was good. However, I was not pleased that floor mats were an extra $2.00 per mat if they had to be rewashed. There was mud on the mat but not so much, to me, to be charged an extra cost.

This is the only negative review Ive left on here but my experiences here were just so memorably terrible. My car was damaged during a detail the first time I took it here and they refused to acknowledge. Gave them another chance and paid for 100 dollar interior detail. It looked like they just splashed water all through the car interior as it didnt look or smell clean upon getting it back. When I complained to management they were rude and unapologetic. I would strongly advise going elsewhere for your car wash needs.

I said WHAT I paid almost $30 mind you I have been going to (MR. CLEAN carwash the former car wash that WAS THERE PREVIOUSLY). I have 4 from my previous car wash when MR CLEAN was there. Make a long story short the Druggie looking manger called me a thief. Mind you I had just paid FOR A HALF DONE CAR WASH I DIDN’T TAKE ANYTHING I WAS GIVING (PAYING) FOR A SERVICE. THEN THE DRUGGIE LOOKING MANGER TOLD ME THEY DIDNT WANT MY BUSNIESS!!!! I WAS PSST SO THE CARSHIER CALLED THE GENERAL MANAGER DAVID GONZALE AND HE DID REFUNDED MY MONEY. SO IF YOU WANT TO GO A VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, GHETTO COMPANY THEN YES SPEND YOUR MONEY THERE AND PAY A OT OF MONEY FOR A HALF DONE CAR WASH.. Fantastic service as always

This was once my favorite car wash. I think that ownership has changed. The workers were nice but the quality was not as it once was.

I used to enjoy this car wash, but after today I will never visit again. I am a person who inspects my car every time I come back to it after parking, and typically park at the back of parking lots to ensure my car stays away from others. Well I got my car washed here like any other day, as I have been for the past 4 months, and never had an issue till today when after a wash the underneath of my mirror was damaged from the wash, I did not realize it till i got to my next destination so I called when I arrived, and they informed me I should come back, I did so only for them to explain to me there is no way it happened at their facility and that they would not be covering the damages. I have practically a brand new car, and know all the blemishes on the car which are few, and they had the nerve to tell me theres no way their car wash did the damage when it was not there prior to entering their wash I will never give me money to Mr. Clean again, that is for sure and instead will invest in my own materials to wash my car instead.

Darion is my regular detailer he is amazing as well!! Great environment!! I send anyone an everyone there!! Its worth it and they have awesome deals weekly!!

I have my car washed three times a week at this location. I have yet to be disappointed. Reasonably priced and great customer service.

This is not my first complaint with this business.....I am EXTREMELY disappointed with the service and customer service I received at your Austell, GA location on Saturday, February 9th at approx. 3pm EST. I took my my BMW M3 to your car wash and upon receipt of it back I was immediately notified by one of your employees (technicians) that he broke the buttons on my console that control my door locks and hazard lights. The technician that caused the damaged then engaged a female Assistant Manager who gathered the information to complete a Damage Report. I was further informed the information would be reported to the General Manager, David Gonzalez .I attempted to contact David multiple times and I finally received a call back from him today at approximately 1:30pm EST. He advised he was willing to repair the broken console in his shop. I advised, I dont feel comfortable nor confident in his staffs ability to repair my BMW M3. I would prefer the repairs be made by BMW. I will gladly provide a quote to David and/or any other contact with the MCCW Franchising Co., LLC. I try to support the neighborhood business, but if this is the type of thanks and consideration I will be given then I will take my business elsewhere.

I like it here ! Theyre quick and dont try to get you to get other services. Wash is included in the oil change and you can wait to get it if you like!

So-so cleaning, make sure you double check the work. They literally forgot to vacume and clean the inside of my wifes car. They did an incredible job removing some fender scuffs which I didnt even ask them to address.

I came to have the inside of my car cleaned out as it was broken into and had glass all over. getting back into my car the dash still had dirt on it, the windows were still streaked ( the 3 I still had) also a significant amount of glass was left on side of seat between console and seat. this was after the employee was told by management that the outside/inside was unacceptable. nothing like cleaning your car for 30 minutes after you pay to have it done.

This place changed owners again. Came in for my free car wash because it was my 10th wash with them and after it was already washed they told me they changed owners and would not honor the other nine washes I already paid for. Very dishonest. They did do a decent job with the full service wash on my truck.

If you value your vehicle never bring it here for an oil change.. brought multiple vehicles to this location for 3 yrs, and all of a sudden they don’t know how to do a correct oil change, which resulted in my engine being destroyed 8 weeks later.. Never will be back or recommend anyone else to come here BIG 👎🏽 Management did nothing to even show concern about the problem. Reached out to corporate in February & still no response

Ill start by saying when I pulled in to the establishment I had to roll my window down to tell the young man what type of service I wanted. As I waited, with my window down, for the young man to finish with the car ahead of me, I could hear one of the workers complaining about how peoples cars are so G*d D**n filthy and they shouldnt complain when he cant get the car perfectly clean. I should have turned around then!! I opted for the performance service wash and a wax totaling $68. I waited about an hour, my car was ready and I gave a $5 dollar tip EACH to the two men that worked on my car, one of which was the grumpy older man that I overheard complaining as I pulled in. I can kick myself now for tipping first and driving off assuming that the inside of my car had been cleaned during the hour they had it. But, as I drove off I saw all the little crumbs and debris and drink drippings that accumulate on ones middle console—they hadnt fully cleaned the inside of my car. My leather hadnt been wipped down and they merely vacummed the inside of my floors and cleaned my floor mats in the front and rear seat BUT not the back/trunk of the vehicle. I turned around went back and asked that my middle console be cleaned at hr least. The young man that cleaned it was very polite and apologetic, which is why I gave 2 stars versus 1, however I should never have had to tell them to clean the inside of my car after an hour wait and $68 service, not including tip. Go here at your own risk.

I love this place, everyone is friendly, the service is quick and they do a GREAT job!

You know. I was under the impression this place was good, based on the reviews. However, I was mistaken. You might as well only pay for the machine that your car goes through cause thats about as 100% youll get in terms of efforts. The two guys that cleaned my car did a poor job: dirt still on tires, top of car still dirty and unwaxed, body partially waxed, found my left rear-view mirror was displaced and had to fix them myself. This was literally a waste of $22.00. Only nice thing was the young lady that worked on the wash, she was cute and if I werent busy Id have talked to her. If you do decide to still go here, make sure you check that theyve done their job.

I would give them ZERO stars if possible! Their employees steal whatever they find in your cars and then lie about it when questioned! I had $140 (all 20 dollar bills) folded up, on the side of my drivers seat and made the mistake of not grabbing it before I let them clean the inside of my vehicle. BIG MISTAKE. No more than 15 mins after I left I reached for my money and it was gone. Upon arriving back at this sleazy location, & speaking with management, i questioned the 2 Hispanic individuals who cleaned my car & the female was cooperative and showed us she had no money on her person. Her male co worker REFUSED to show us what was in his pockets, ran to his car TWICE while we were viewing the cameras & speaking with the police. & then finally he pulled out his wallet and conveniently had ONLY $120 in ALL 20s just laying on the inside of his wallet...but had a wad of money in his “money clip” 😐 ANOTHER employee even agreed with me & said “yeah this isn’t the first time a customer has complained about missing items with that guy.” They will not receive any money from me or my family EVER AGAIN. I’m angry about the money being stolen - but even more upset at the fact that someone could steal, at their job AND from a customer, and then try to joke about it SMH !
