I needed an emergency detail. Only one section of my car needed to be cleaned and that section was only cleaned. I was charged for the entire interior that was already clean. Simone had went into my center console and opened a package that belonged to a family member. They punctured a large hole to see what was in it. They also went into my trunk which there was no reason to. I called the owner who didn’t sound to concern at all and stated he would talk to his employee. It was probably the owner that did it. The service was not worth $165. I was too sick to find a more reputable company. I layer saw one same area that rated 4.5 stars and was cheaper.

I took my 2006 Volvo s60 into Big Als. My car had these nasty stains in the paint from acid rain and they were literally everywhere from front to back. I had tried the normal buffing processes and tried everything I googled to get them out and nothing. I called in around 10:30 a.m. and he let me bring my car in for a full detail that day! He knew exactly how to get them out! His crew is a hard working bunch of guys who you can really tell they take pride in their work. They spent all day working on my vehicle and made a big deal out of every little detail. My car literally looks brand new and I gave it a nice joy ride around town this evening just because of Big Als work! I cannot recommend this place enough. If you need any kind of automotive detail work, dont think twice. Bring you car here!

This place is amazing..the bad reviews are probably competitors bc I’ve been going here for a year and never had 1problem. Another reason I think the bad reviews are fake is because every time I get gas at both gas stations around there..the car wash places there ask where I get my car washed at and they tell me to start going to them instead. Just try it once and I promise you will keep going back! Best prices and best detailing in the state! Thanks Al.

The service was ok the 1st couple times I went but the last time it was AWFUL. Some of the employees are disgruntle and the loud music is explicit. I think they try but need more experience and guidance . Maybe the regulars get top shelf service and the 1st time customers get just enough. Your windows should not be smeared when you leave nor should you have stains on your car after getting it washed. It is acceptable to have the ware and rare stains but the ones that can come off should not still be on the car. Just a rush job!!!!

Mike and His co-worker are amazing. Not only are they very customer service focused, they did an amazing job on my car today. I will definitely be back just because of these two gentleman. For the people who state it takes awhile for the cars to be cleaned and detailed, please remember that it does take awhile due to the focus these gentleman have on their job!

Experience was not good at all. I had to be there an extra hour to walk around my car to let them know what was messed up. Will not recommend anyone to go there not worth what I spent.

Phenomenal!!!!! And extremely reasonable. The owner is so kind and helpful and he and his team do outstanding work. The best Ive ever had. Dont waste your $ going to a chain car wash with kids who dont care. This guy has additional locations and also does the detailing for the pre-owned cars at Marietta Toyota to be lot-worthy and I bet they look spectacular, as mine does. It looks, feels, and smells like a new car! I couldnt be happier that I stumbled upon this place and will be back many times and will tell everyone I know that this is the place to go for quality detailing at a great value. God Bless.

Very nice on the phone, just never showed up. Had my wife and I waiting around for an hour. He said he could get our boat detailed for us before we left town to our family reunion. He never called to say he wasnt coming. Wont be trying him out again.

Poor customer service and unprofessional. I been loyal for awhile now and thought the moniker service would be good. WRONG. 1st mobile experience, Kenny, was late & made me late for an event. Today he showed up 1.5 he late. Doesnt do a good job. Made me 2hrs late for a paid job. Half way cleaned my rims, front of the car dirty, water marks left on back window and rear view window. Then when I complain about the service and say Big Al has never left my car looking like this, he says well let Big Al do your car then. Rude and unprofessional. To get the job done, I have to go to Big Al personally. Smh.

Came here for the first time to get my car washed and was informed one price upon arrival and before beginning the wash. When it came time to pay I was told to pay a higher amount since they had to do extra. I was there the entire time, if there was something that was going to cost me extra it should have been done correctly, by informing me first and then proceeding to perform the additional service. Big Al came off very bully like when telling me to pay more so I went ahead it did it, although he lost way more money by losing a potential loyal customer. To bad some people just to understand the power of customer service. This is right next to where I work and also where I get my gas before heading on the highway. If youre looking for poor customer service and not truly knowing what youll actually have to pay come time to pay, whether they quoted you or not... then Id come here. If you prefer to be treated like a valued customer seek elsewhere.

Worst customer service ever...initially i called and spoke with Big Al regarding cleaning my car. Al told me some guy named Kenny would be contacting me to clean my car. Kenny set up an appointment for 0830 Saturday morning but did not show until 11-1130. Kenny did a good job at cleaning my seats and carpet, but did not my exterior not clean my windows which he was paid to do. Big Al was notified and here it is 5 days later and we are still playing cat and mouse about cleaning my car...i do not recommend due to be unorganized.

Awesome! They were courteous and very thorough. Im a father of four. Took my family out to eat at Cracker Barrel and they detailed my truck while we ate. when it was finished they delivered back.

When I first got there, I was told to meet at a shopping center. I asked why and they said they were closed down by the EPA. I can see why. They then said that they would have to charge me more even though I had a groupon. When I refused, they said ok we will just do a bad job on your car. They spent exactly 15 minutes on the auto detailing of my car. They used this awful cleaning material that left large white stains on my car and did not bother to even rinse it off. It has taken me three hours to try to get it out. It is still there. Avoid like the plague!

Worst customer service. Extremely rude and unprofessional. Not only was the entire experience terrible but this man told me to “come get this car because I have to go”. Who speaks to paying customers that way? Save your money and your time.

These guys dont mess around. I was lucky enough to find a full detail package on Groupon for Big Als and bought it for my wife as a surprise. I called them and they told me to just come up when I was ready. As soon as I pulled up, someone greeted me, got my Groupon info, and before the ink had dried, they were working on the car. Her car desperately needed a wash, but in addition, we got a new dog a few months back and there were some definite hair and stain issues in the car. I hung around the waiting area for about an hour and these guys worked magic. The car came back looking cleaner than the day we bought it. Even without the Groupon, Ill be coming back to Big Als any time I need detailing done.

Totally disappointed.Not just price from$85 to additional $30 to travel to your location ( which was okay) but also service. He just sprayed the seats, used brush to spread around and vacuum calls it interior shampooing.The 2 stars is because at least he showed up on second day and two hours later then scheduled appointment.

If i could have given 0 stars, i would have. Purchased full car detail voucher off groupon and received a regular car wash..company wouldnt even take the time to understand what happen. horrible service. they are smoking weed while cleaning cars and honestly, my car looks no better. thanks for nothing

They called to say they had finished the wash/wax, but when I got there the exterior was very dirty. It looked like they had used dirty damp rags to push the dirt around. I asked how they could have waxed when they hadnt even cleaned it, and they admitted they hadnt in fact waxed it because they were delayed from rain and now needed to go home (it was about 3:45-4:00 on Saturday) when I got in my car it smelled a little like pot. This was a waste of money and time.

I had contacted Big Als for an auto detailing on a truck came out to cleaning and after he cleaned it my wires for the airbags theyre under the seats were torn up from the from the vacuum cleaner I had to take the truck to the dealership after the dealership looked at it they said the wires were all torn up and had to be replaced I contacted the owner the owner did not want to communicate back to reimburse for the damage that he caused I will not be using this company again

Double charged my credit card and refused to refund me the extra charge. I had to get my bank to do an investigation, for me to receive my cash back, because Al was not going to do the right thing.

They kept my car for 3 hours and then called to tell me that it was washed and waxed. When I went to pick it up, it was still dirty. They refused to fix it or refund me. I should have called the cops. My car also smells like weed now.
