Booking an appointment was a breeze and an organized professional process with reminders of my appt, which I appreciated. He did an awesome job with cleaning the interior of my car and exterior. I had dirt that had accumulated over the years in my carpet and seats and my seats and carpet were looking good as new, especially my visors. He was very punctual, polite, and professional. I would definitely recommend for your car cleaning services.

Professional, polite, on time. Excellent job. Only complaint is, was not advertised that if your service location is outside a certain distance, there is a 20 dollar surcharge. Not a big deal but would’ve been good to know ahead of time when I booked the appointment.

Dont expect a clean vehicle if your vehicle is dirty and has oxidation. AUCTION VEHICLE - According to Johnny the price we agreed on did not include to buff the truck only hand / orbital wax. In my professional opinion (I was a detailer) it was not performed. But, it did include for me to return the next day to have mud in several places cleaned. I could not believe that I would get a call telling me that my truck was detailed only to find it in a condition that I can only describe it as a JOKE... I understand he may have to wipe a spot here and there but, for the whole truck to look CRAZY is totally absurd. To top it off for him to have an attitude about his LACK OF QUALITY is disturbing. Pictures will be provided. They will speak volumes. Btw he called the police since I was refusing to pay full price for the MICKEY MOUSE DETAIL he and his crew completed. ---------AFTER READING YOUR RESPONSE TO MY REVIEW, Its obvious you DONT understand business. Black Owned Business.I called & ended up speaking with Johnnie, the Owner who was tied up servicing vehicles for an upcoming car show. However, even though I didnt have a mobile appointment, Johnnie stated if I came to his location he would take care of me. & that he did. Ive been in a rental SUV for over a month through various elements - Johnnie & Ronnie made the vehicle look brand new. The finishing touch of air fresheners in the vents & the leather seats thoroughly cleaned was worth the $40.While the cleaning was in process, I went across the street to Dollar General to past the time. About a 1/2 hour later, Johnnie came inside with my keys & told me I was good to go. Talk about great customer service & being happy with the outcome went hand and hand.I have now been summoned to set up family members vehicles to get serviced, which will be easy to do on their website. Ill see Johnnie a few times over before heading back home.

I will definitely be pursuing legal action. My door handle was snapped and broken off completely at the time of my service. I have pictures, videos and texts showing him at fault and being nasty and unprofessional about his error. Yes, my handle was not all the way on but it was “securely” attached through a lever leading inside the car on the left side and he snapped and broke it off completely which had to take great force. Careless and not paying attention. I’ve had my car serviced and did Lyft for over a year and never had an issue with anyone pulling off the handle and he complained about having to make up for the situation which he didn’t because now I have an eye sore on the outside of my car and when I do replace the handle, it will be black and my car is silver so now I have to worry about having it painted. Huge inconvenience and poor customer service. Said he would have it painted once replaced then text me to not call him again. I have everything documented and will be moving forward with justification. The nightmare experience of a lifetime. Severely unprofessional with no remorse for his mistake. Run!In response to the owner. I stand firmly on everything I have said and have already started to report you. I will post screenshot of text and video I have. He said he would fully be responsible and gave me his word about the handle staying on then when I text with a question, he replied dont text me anymore and gave a harassing phone call afterwards that I had to disconnect that was recorded as well. Now I’m riding around without a door handle.The glue he used that stained my car to keep the handle on in the meantime came off in less than 24 hours. Leaving my vehicle how it wasn’t before he came and that’s the bottom line. It was how poorly he handled the situation as a business owner. He’s admitted to fault but doesn’t feel to be responsible because of lack of morals. Insurance company has been notified.The owner snapped “off” the door handle. Plain and simple. I have before and after pictures I will freely send to anyone who would like to see. Imagine getting a service for your car and it becomes an eye sore when they leave when all the parts were “securely” attached without falling off whatsoever. Karma will handle this situation as well. I’m just glad I stopped this crazy person from drilling a screw into my door after they drilled a a screw into my handle as if that’s how it was found. Wrong. You damaged something that was completely fine as you incorrectly quoted was like for over 2 years, really 1 but that only means it was securely on attached at the end of the day. Yes! I couldnt be happier. He took his time to clean every surface in my car. That I a big deal being that I have a toddler who snacks in the car. I cannot express enough my pleasure with the work that was done.

I called Atl Vip last minute because a different detailing place cancelled on me after I had driven there. He was able to fit me in same day, arrived earlier than expected, and did an amazing job. I ordered interior detailing and pet hair removal, and he went above and beyond. Not only did he come to me, he immaculately detailed the inside and outside and I felt like i was driving my car off the lot at the dealership again. Pet hair removal can be such a pain, but he did an amazing job. My car looked and smelled great. His prices were very reasonable and I’d definitely use him again.
