Customer service is amazing at this location! Jose is so helpful and got my iPhone working fast! I highly recommend this location if you want fast friendly service.

I had a great experience at this Boost location! The employee working, Derick was very helpful and knowledgeable. I recommend highly this location and I also recommend Boost Mobile as a service provider. Boost has the best internet of all the carriers Ive used. No matter how much Netflix or Hulu I watch the internet never slows down and the Hotspot works great with all my lines having 15 gigs of Hotspot a month I never run out. Thank you Derick for great customer service and thank you boost for quality phone and internet service!

They always want to charge you. Even for asking a question its $25 charged to your account

I have been attempting to purchase 2 phones from the online portal for the past few days. I contacted Boost customer support and was told I would have to visit a store and they would honor my online discount. Per entering the store I was advising the gentlemen on shift I had been directed to come into store and my online discount would be honored. He then got EXTREMELY RUDE stating he WILL NOT honor any online discounts. As I attempted to explain to him I was advised by customer service to visit the store he said to me I was being rude and attempted to kick me out the store. I then requested he get his supervisor on the phone due to the way I was being treated as a consumer and he decided to call the police instead. He then allowed his boyfriend who seemed to be having lunch inside the store not working or assisting customers to speak in a very unacceptable manner to me as well. I thought Id share this absolute horrible experience, and I will also he reaching out to Boost Mobile retail corporate office to file a complaint. Horrible service ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE I have now disconnected my phone service with Boost Mobile due to the customer service provided today.

This company is the worst. You can not reach a live person outside of store; they provide zero support and no way to resolve problems. Their promises are empty; you can spend what seems like hours waiting for attention and hours more waiting for them to not resolve the problem. To say they suck is gross understatement. Not people that you want to do business with. Dont make the same mistake I did; run!

Wow came here with my iPhone and payed for a bring your own phone plan which is the plan 50$ and SIM card like 10$, girls that where working there took at least an hour to sign me up, they did not check if my phone was compatible! I was right in front of them I know that they did not check I was awkwardly standing the whole time and they didn’t even say hey why don’t u take a seat or something, anyways I left the store they where like sorry for the wait I said it’s fine they said in ten minutes my service would be onI waited and never did it come on, came back several times and still nothing not helpful at all they tried but barely, came back again after a few days the MANAGER said that it’s my phone and that I have to go to apple and I did just that nothing wrong was found ON my phone.They did not want to give me a REFUND! KNOWING THE TROUBLE I WENT THROUGH AND NOT HAVING SERVICE ON MY PHONEI DID NOT GET A REFUND LITERALLY PAID FOR NOTHING JUST THREW MY MONEY IN THE GARBAGE!
