I was extremely distraught when I realized I had bugs in a few of the walls in my home. Jeremy from Proof Pest Control came out and verified that I had termites and advised me of their standard solution for termites. Once I accepted the contract they were here the next day to install bait traps in and around my home. Jeremy and Mike were very professional and personable and cared about my uneasiness about having termites. They explained the whole process to me and answered all my many questions. They were very kind and nice and I enjoyed working with them. I also decided to use them for their standard insect control inside and outside my home for the next year. So far so good! Thanks guys!!

Gabe came by today for the first time and everything was perfect. Extremely professional and kind. Took care of everything fast and efficiently. We had a ton of spiders with the wave of warm weather - we wanted someone in fast to get rid of them! They were able to do same day and came quickly.Gave us important information about places in our home that could have issues. Graydon Patience was our technician. We have a new home that backs up to an open space area and we were concerned about mice coming in and we have lots of spiders. Our technician explained what he was going to do and kept in touch with us about what services they offer and asked which ones we wanted.

Dear CEO, yours salesman who go door to door to sell your product are the face of your company and if the face of your company is this impolite, you might just want to file for bankruptcy.Emmanuel was not the friendliest of salesman. It started it off great after the 3rd time he ignored me telling him that Im not interested in their product and ignored my no soliciting sign. He then proceeds to undermine my intelligence because of my gender by saying hell come back on Saturday to speak with my husband because I wont remember anything that he has said to me for the last 20 minutes and would not be able to explain how pest control works. Regardless of whether someone is a doctor or a janitor, you do not get to insult their intelligence because theyre a woman and you believe speaking to another male would get your sale across their doorstep. I also have this conversation recorded on my doorbell so I would gladly send it to your Human Resource department.

The first few appts we still saw some bugs; our window wells are bug free though. Not sure if its because of the current weather (winter). Nevertheless, Jeremy T. provides good customer service and appears to be thorough, comes as scheduled every quarter. No issues with them after a year of having their services.

Initially met Matt who provided me a great overview of their services. As a new Coloradan having moved from California recently, we were unsure as to which pests to watch out for. Matt assigned Gabe to the job who returned a couple of days later to inspect and spray their non toxic insect spray. He also removed a couple of wasp nests that we hadnt noticed. Gabe was responsive and professional and we look forward to working with him.

This is the best pest control service we have ever had. Affordable, convenient, and every employee is knowledgeable and incredibly friendly. Matt was our tech today and he spent half his time here just answering questions about the chemicals used. We have kids and animals so we are always concerned for their safety. He never once seemed annoyed or in a hurry to get to work despite the fact that he has several more appointments today, Friday. Kevin Morgan was our technician. He was very respectful, punctual, and quick with his application. The only reason I know he showed up was because of our ring doorbell camera. We left a note not to ring the doorbell because our daughter was sleeping, my dog didn’t even notice he was in our backyard. He also made sure to re-lock our gate after leaving. I’ve been thoroughly impressed with Proof, we’ve been using them for a year and we have yet to see an insect inside our house. Great work and really happy with this company!

UPDATE:Patti Davidson from Proof contacted me directly to speak with me about my concerns and to make sure I was getting the service that I expected.After speaking with Patti about my issue with how the billing was explained to me when I first set up my contract, she made it clear that there was no intent to deceive me. The misunderstanding was partly due to me not fully reading my contract, and partially on how the contract was explained when I signed up.Patti made sure I was satisfied with the resolution before we ended our phone call.Customer service goes a long way with me. Its important to me that companies want to make sure their customers are at least heard. I do not believe that the customer is always right, but I do believe the customer should be considered and their grievances addressed. I cannot on one hand blast a company when Im upset about something, and not acknowledge when they reach out to work with me.I want to make clear again, my problem was never with the service I received. The staff at Proof has always been pleasant and professional with me. From phone calls to the technician who comes out to the house. Neither Ashley nor Kevin have been anything short of professional when working with me.Thank you, Patti. Long hold times on phone waiting just to speak to a customer service rep. Just trying to make an appointment and hold time was over 30 minutes. This has happened twice.

Gabe stopped by to do scheduled maintenance today and he was totally professional, the service was perfect. Beside respraying the outside of the house for spiders and insects he asked if we had seen anything inside and when I told him we had a mouse that I saw he gave us a bunch of traps for inside and outside. The spraying on the exterior of the house works fabulously, I havent seen a single spider inside since they sprayed. One of my renters reported that they saw cockroaches in their unit. Ithought I would try a different company since everyone before was very disappointing. Matt came out to my fourplex and discovered that there were no roaches, but earwigs instead, which Im not worried about. I was very grateful that Matt was honest with his assessment...he could have told me I needed a comprehensive cockroach removal plan, but he was pleased to tell me it was just earwigs! Kevin did an AMAZING job treating my home for mice! He was pleasant on the phone and I had plenty of time to run home. From there he did a very very through job of inspecting and really showed attention to detail when sealing off holes. He was so patient and really took the time to explain all of the different treatment options available to me to make sure they were ones I felt comfortable with. He was so knowledgeable and made me feel confident with the treatment plan and safe using them around my small dog.

He did a second treatment as standard and took care of some webs he saw on my front porch above doors. Very pleased with service and would definitely refer Proof to my friends.

I would not recommend at all. We had a different pest control for years and switched to proof (mainly because of price difference). Absolutely awful. Bugs everywhere. Inside, outside, everywhere. Bugs we’ve never even seen before. They offer unlimited visits if you see bugs; however when you call you have to wait min 2 weeks from your last visit and to get on their calendar you are looking at another week before service. They are unwilling to release people from their min 5quarter contract, but yet they are not living up to their guarantee. We will be going back to our initial pest control.

Just had Gabriel come to help with a carpenter ant problem; he was very friendly and professional, and even gave me a courtesy call to let me know he was on the way. He was absolutely thorough, checking every part of the exterior of our house, and helping with the room that had the ant problem. He explained everything, answered all of my questions and was very nice. When coming into our house, he donned protective gear which put me at ease. It was a great experience and I am happy we found this company for our bug issue!

I had the unpleasant experience of watching 15 to 20 of Proofs employees come into a restaurant and argue as to why they shouldnt have to follow the COVID19 guidelines, as if they are better than everyone else while my family was trying to enjoy our first meal out in months. They first lied about being together, then refused to leave, called the staff names, and insulted staff simply because they were told that parties were limited to 6 people. The waitress even let them read the packet from the Health Department and explained the restriction very politely at least ten times before telling them to leave. Only about half of them were wearing masks, not surprising since they have been said to be door knocking throughout the pandemic without masks as well. They made derogatory comments about the weight of a waiter and would not leave the store until escorted out by an employee. The female employee still served the first 4 of them even after they berated her, and was prompt and professional the entire time. As if that wasnt enough, they have now left numerous negative reviews on the employees that were simply doing their jobs. I would not want any of the 20 individuals I saw today working for me. I would have expected a company to be compliant with the governors orders, but I guess Proof thinks they are better than the rest of us! Stay away from these guys at all costs. I wouldnt want them in my home working as they clearly have been hanging out in large groups, not wearing masks, and have no regard for the health of others. They may be worse than the pests they treat and there are plenty of better companies for that job anyway! STAY AWAY!

Have used proof for a while now and have had a good experience. When I first moved in had quite a few spiders and a few garage mice but they are always on top of things. Jeremy Thibodeaux is super thorough and really pleasant to work with. Mice are all gone and they always take care of any spiders - they even found the start of wasp nest that I hadn’t seen yet and took care of that too.

Kennedy arrived earlier than expected and finished the job quickly. Even with the current situation, Kennedy sprayed the basement of our house. I was told the spray is harmless to animals and humans once dried and would take approximately 25 minutes. I also asked if it was harmful to snakes because we had some in the backyard, and he replied no. Great job by Kennedy and would recommend to everyone.
