I have been using crouch for about a year now. Not really pleased with their service, as their primary job is to kill spiders, and its the one thing they cant seem to kill. Attached is a sweet photo showing where my bushes wrapped in spider webs. You have one job Croach! Kill spiders!

Our Technician Josh was friendly and courteous. We had forgotten that he was coming a week ago and didnt leave the gate unlocked. But he took care of the front oh house and our full size porch. I figured oh well it is my fault, but I was pleasantly surprised to get a follow up call to say that he would come back and finish! I was very happy to hear that. He arrived today timely and took care of the back and was very thorough! I have been quite pleased with Croach for the last year! We are so happy that we no longer have those icky spider webs all over the house and garage. Thanks to Croach and all the techs that have come to our home.

She was amazing! Found a wasps nest that I hadnt detected & got rid of it, plus noticed insects in the lawn and other places. Spent plenty of time & did a thorough job. Plus very pleasant & industrious. Excellent employee!

Weve used Croach for our pest control for over a year now and have been very happy with their services. The technicians are always very polite and answer all of our questions. They are VERY accommodating. The technician Chelsea was aware of my back yard chickens and ensuring they are safe. Also, since my neighborhood has an infestation I am noticing a HUGE difference. I tried to handle this myself but it needed professional services. The pricing is amazing and it has already reduced the amount of infestation. I have been losing my bushes and lawn due to this. I am now in the process of rebuilding my front and back yard and Croach is assisting me with this by protecting my plants/grass/tree! THANK YOU!

Miles approached us offering their services as we are new to the area he was kind enough to walk us though the pest issues we should be aware of. As we walked around the property we found several wasp and venomous spider nests. Having two small kids I wanted to deal with them and keep them from being an issue. There their rate is reasonable especially considering the non toxic sprays they are. Julian the tech did a great job and reviewed his work before taking off. Would very much recommend their services.

Croach has came out 3 times and I still have more spiders , ants and wasps than ever Its a No For Me! The sales guys was nice but seen less bugs when my husband sprayed.

We will not do business with Croach Pest Control ever again! The technician left the gate open to the back yard. We have a VERY, VERY expensive service dog! Hes highly trained for my husbands disability. We live on a very busy street where he could have been killed easily! There is absolutely NO excuse for this! Fortunately we saw the gate open as we were leaving in the car shortly after the technician left. Fortunately, the dog was in the house with us.

Dylan has been our technician for about 3 years now. He is always reliable, consistent and offers advice if we need it. We have regular service every other month and it is so helpful!

Signed up on the minimum contract of on year. Initially after 1st visit, called back in 2 weeks to get free retreat for the pest which were still there, but was told that there wasnt anyone available for the next week. They finally moved up the timing of the 2nd visit (with $150 visit charge) at which time the pest control amounted to the service person using a backpack sprayer which was not even able to reach the house eaves where the wasps were nesting.When I called to cancel due to lack of success in treating for the pest, the best commitment I could get was to send out someone to duplicate the treatment.When I told them I was not interested in doing the same thing over and over that had not worked; I was assessed a $200 early termination fee.Pretty bad business practice to sell something that was then not delivered successfully, and then penalize the customer for having tried out their service?Just say NO THANKS when the salesperson shows up at your door!

Came out to supposedly perform a service spraying for spiders and supposedly setting glue traps in my garage, keep in mind no one was home and they did not have access to my garage but still proceeds to put in the email that the garage had been completed. Called them four days in a row thinking they might be willing to help due to miscommunication or something but that again absolutely not the case. Terribly rude and some of the worst customer service I have seen in a very long time.

I live in a private community on a private road. I also have a gated driveway. I work from home and some jackwad from this company thought is was OK to ring my call box and interrupt my work day to try to solicit business from me.The Private Road sign means what it says. Yes, the rules apply to you. Your salespeople arent special and need to respect private property. If I didnt have a gated driveway, I assume hed have just come knocking on my door.Put a flyer in the mailbox next time!

Technician (Josh B) explained the service he was able to provide. He gave great recommendations and provided detailed information.

Scammers! Sales person heard all our complains and said that EVERYTHING could be done the way we wanted, but we only need to give him permission to treat our house. He said we could cancel without any fees any time if we do not like it, but we will not want too since they are that good. When it is too good to be true - it is a correct feeling. This service is called bait and switch and signing customers under false pretenses. I was signing the permission to treat the house and he would not shut up. Now I know why, because he open a contract for me to sign for 12 months with a HUGE cancellation fee. Liars! Now I cannot get ANYONE to return my calls and emails to do anything even to reschedule if I wanted to do so. They are CROACHES.

The two employees that showed up for our service were very courteous and professional. They did a thorough inspection and went through their routine, as usual. They asked if we had any concerns about areas that they may not have covered in the past or if we were aware of any infestations. Since the weather is warming we had them spray the basement area in addition to the usual areas, the garage and the shop. They checked with us when they were done and explained where they had sprayed. Good service.

Very thorough. Technician spent a good amount of time (even in the cold) treating the perimeter of our home as well as in the garage. The treatment seems to be effective as we have not had any pest problems the past 6 months.

First off I would like to say Chelsea definitely exceed my expectations! So where this all starts is about 4 months ago I started to notice we have a major mice/rat problem due to livestock food being out for our chickens and ducks. So I bought these rodenticide nuggets I put some of this stuff in triple plastic bags and broke it into powder using a hammer. I then mixed it in with the livestock food (as the bag stated it was SAFE if other animals were to accidentally eat it), and put it in 2 places that I knew the dogs and other animals couldnt get into but still very close to where we had rodents.I was very impressed by the many comments that said it doesnt kill other animals. Like if another animal eats the dead mouse it shouldnt get sick either. I hoped that was true.Anyways, come to find out my partner found the bags of the (CONTAMIANTED) food and fed it to our chickens and ducks! Within 3 days we had 2 dead ducks (one of which looked normal, the other was starting to get plump) and 1 chicken ready to blow like old faithful! Comments stated it takes several days for the poison to work, but I noticed a dramatic decrease in my livestock in just 3 days! I stopped using it after this incident, and now I can see how hiring a professional is always the best option! Because now after a few Croach Pest Control services along with all of Chelsea’s hard work, help, and knowledge the mice and rats were suddenly 90 percent gone. It was like they all just disappeared or were laying low feeling sick someplace…….Anyways, glad to say since then my livestock has been unharmed and this company definitely works for rodents!Thanks again Chelsea!
