They are very precessional and very caring I was with my wife as she had to get braces for her ankle and wrist. The business and staff are very warm in the experience and assisted expedient with the setup of the braces.

Ok so I had been working on a fractured fib for a week already before I got it x rayed and the Dr. gave me a referral for a knee immobilizer but because of my job I couldnt get it until after work the next day. I was unaware that I needed an appointment and was told that the earliest that I could get inWas 2:30 pm the next day. The staff then saw that I was in pain and had to go back to work in the morning and the specialist who makes and fits the braces overheard and stayed late after work and fitted my knee immobilizer on the spot. He didnt rush me out the door either,and all of the staff were very kind and caring about my situation and the knee immobilizer works great ! Thanks again 😊! I cant say enough good things about this place!

Caring, responsive to my needs, and great service

I Went to Hanger Clinic for a new KAFO full Leg brace. I have worn a KAFO brace since the age of three years old. Dylan worked with me on my brace getting the right measurements and sending my old brace so that it would get made the same way as my broken brace. When the brace came in from being made, he took the time to make sure I could fit it correctly into my shoe and he also altered the straps on my knee strap cutting and make them short and stitching them so that they would not come undone. The detail he gave was so important to me a polio survivor. My brace is so important to me as much as my legs are. It helps me walk. I am still working so it is important that I can rely on my brace. Thank you again Dylan for an awesome work.

Hanger has provided my orthopedic shoes and custom insoles for a lot of years. I have always been pleased with their high quality products and outstanding customer service. Great service and products !

I had made appointments two times and both times they called me and said they need to reschedule. They dont even have the ability to check other locations and want you to call the other locations. I have never had such poor service from a medical provider in my life. I would not recommend this place to anyone that works because they will schedule your appointment and call you an hr before your appointment to reschedule. I took the time off work to go to the appointment and now I am missing out on the hours for no reason.
