I rented a 2021 XSR900 and rode 700 miles over two days. The bike was well maintained and the perfect ride for the canyons and mountain passes. Pick up and drop off were quick and straightforward. They let me park my car there for the two days. Id rented motorcycles before but this was my first rental from EagleRider and I will rent from them again in the future.

This is the second time we have rented from the denver location. We went in 2020 and this year 2021. Both times the team was great from pick up to drop off. The entire process was painless especially the second time when we did the early online check in. All i had to do was sign some agreements and off i went. Drop off is just as easy. You pull up and they ask if there is any damage to report. They do a quick walk around and your done. We did become members for 23 bucks a month you get one creidt towards your rental and so much more. This saved us nearly half on our rental this year. We will continue the membership and be trying our other locations as our adventure continues

Whats not to like, riding out of Denver gives you unlimited options to see beautiful scenes. Heres a view from Rt 67 south of Denver. Extra nice because there is virtually no traffic. Road and views all to yourself! My only complaint is as a ER club member I feel I am being nickel and dimed with lots of extra fees and charges at the time of the rental. ...6/12/21 Update did some more rides around Denver - the Peak to Peak highway and a ride up Mt Evans were fantastic. A must do! 9/11/21 more rides outside Denver. Guanella Pass via Grant was spectacular. Gross Reservoir from Boulder was great. Loved Magnolia Rd between Nederland and Boulder.

Bikes were in excellent shape. Service personnel were great to work with. No issues during 5 days of riding and over 1000 miles. Would have been easier on the back with a back rest.

Great experience from the Eagle Rider team in Denver. My rental- 2021 HD Limited- was prepped and ready to go when I arrived, and at the end of the trip, the return was quick and easy. I wont hesitate to use them again for my next Sturgis trip.

Staff were friendly & responsive with special last minute request. While we had a positive experience we did think that a bit more one on one time would have been beneficial when going over the actual operation of the motorcycle. We rented a trike and were unfamiliar with the hand controls. These were covered so quickly when we picked up the trike & there was no owners manual or written material detailing the hand control how tos on the bike. My husband rides a Road King & starting his bike is straight forward We had difficulty figuring out how to start the bike. We started it several times while we had it but there were 3 or 4 times we tried to start it & it wouldnt start. Only after trying several times were we successful! Also we couldnt remember how to operate the volume control of the radio without having to go through a series of different screens on the display. I think if a small bit more time was set aside to even allow one to test drive the bike before you leave the lot would help immensely. All this is specific to renting a trike if one has never ridden one before! Aside from those issues situation our experience with staff and their customer service was great!!

Pickup and drop off was very smooth. No problems at all. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I has reserved a Road King but it was wrecked the day before I was to pick it up so they gave me a Road Glide instead, which was an upgrade to me. It was a brand new 2018 model and ran and rode great. Had a great time riding in the mountains. I highly recommend it.

Eaglerider Denver provided easy to deal with and fast service. My brother and I rented a Street Glide and Road Glide to ride 7 days. His bike was inspected before we arrived to notice a bent wheel, they quickly swapped him to another 2018 107ci Street Glide. I had a 2017 107ci Road Glide. Just be sure to give the bikes a quick inspection and tire pressure check before you leave is my only advice. Both bikes handled 2300 miles with out issue or worry. I would highly recommend this location to anyone. Also no hidden fees or gotcha prices changed from my online reservation.

The staff at the Denver EagleRider were great. The bike we rented was a 2018 Harley Ultra, we own a Road Glide Ultra, so there wasnt a lot of difference there but the big difference came from the staff. We checked in and were out in less than 30 minutes. Checking back in was just as smooth. Kudos to the staff of Denver EagleRider, you folks helped make our mini vacation great fun. If you find yourself in the Denver area for a few days and you ride, check them out, theyre great folks.

Great staff makes this great place great.... they sent a Lyft to come and get us from Union Station and made sure we understood the insurance options before we hit the road. Bikes we rented were champs - no issues despite the crazy weather in the Rockies. Club Eaglerider is a great deal and the folks and Denver did a great job with add-ons to our online booking we picking the bikes up.

Absolutely awful customer service. Reserved 2 bikes 4 months in advance. Planned a whole vacation around the rental of these. Then 3 days before we were scheduled to pick up (the day we were hopping on a plane) we get a phone call saying that they are unable to have our bikes there. Made no effort to make it right, no remorse. Basically ruining the point of the trip. Will never rent from here again if this is how we get treated.

This is probably my 5th or 6th rental. First time having them book hotel rooms. They did a great job. Bike was ready, rooms booked. Mile High Harley in Denver Colorado was where the Eagle Rider was located. Thank you for an awesome 3 days and they even got me a courtesy Lyft shuttle after drop off !

Great experience, first time renting a bike and it was so easy, bike was sitting out front ready to go, they took the time to go over everything on bike, from saddle bags to GPS. Only problem now is trying to explain why I need another motorcycle.

This was my first time renting with Eagle Rider and the staff at the Denver location made check in and drop off a smooth, easy process. I rented a Street Glide which had about 3200 miles on it when I picked it up and ran great during my rental when I put another 2300 miles on the bike. My brother also rented at the same time and went with a Road Glide and he had a pleasant experience as well. Anyone considering renting from this location I would recommend it.

Rented 2 bikes for an over-night ride around the beautiful state of CO. Made the reservation on-line, which could not have been easier or more convenient. Picked up on a Saturday afternoon (along with many others) and the process was efficient and seamless. The bikes (Heritage & Street Glide) were pristine; low miles, clean and tuned. Helmets were included. We rode mostly south and west of Denver and enjoyed beautiful weather and scenery. Checked back in on a Sunday afternoon and the process was even easier. I will definitely rent again (and soon) from Denver Eagle Rider.

Have been riding with Eagle Rider for three years in a row. Have been always very satisfied. Bikes are always in a great conditions and look like new. Never had any problems. Last ride was a 8 days loop in June 2014 from Denver to Denver passing through Yellowstone. Staff at Denver was very friendly and helped connecting my GPS to the battery. A great experience, will definitely return.

The check in process was fairly smooth. I wanted to extend my reservation but was told I had to book a second reservation back to back with my first reservation. It seems like one should be able to extend a reservation if the bike is available. Also I was told I needed to get supplemental insurance which would have doubled the price of my reservation (I was using member points). I would be much more happy with the Eagle Rider rental process if the minimal insurance was included for members at no extra charge. When booking the trip we found that the original dates we wanted were blacked out for peak season and therefore we couldnt use our membership points, however when we adjusted our trip to later dates, (outside of the blackout dates) we were still charged extra fees for peak season, this seemed excessive to us. The free rentals are not exactly free, for a week of free rentals I still ended up paying over $200 in taxes and fees. The 2019 Harley Road Glide had plenty of power, great range, plenty of cargo space and a great sound system. Returning the bike was quick and painless.

5 STAR experience for everything but one thing: waiting in line to get your bike. Be prepared to wait 1.5 hours to get out the door with a bike. There is often a line of people (sometimes large groups) waiting at the door when they open at 9; still they will have just 1 person checking people in at the counter and 1 person getting your bike. If they staffed enough people to get you on the road quicker, I would give them 5+ stars. Beautiful bikes and great crew; just need more of them at peak times.

The guys at the shop were great! Explained all the options and made the rental process easy and fun. Bike was new and ran perfect. First time dealing with EagleRider. Id certainly rent from this location again.The recommended route was scenic and timed just right for us to have the bikes back in time.

We came from Switzerland. We have been riding with Eagle Rider 2013 from New Orleans to Nashville, 2014 from Denver to Yellowstone. That was always great fun with great bikes always well prepared. Overall, a pleasant rental experience that made for an incredibly memorable vacation. I highly recommend paying the extra for a guaranteed availability, especially if youre trying to rent one of the non-Harleys because there are relatively fewer of those. Its a very Harley and Indian heavy shop, likely just because of demand.The only downside I experienced was the unavailability of the bike I wanted because I hadnt bought the guarantee. Thats fine, I took the risk, but I do wish they had called me or notified me earlier rather than telling me for the first time when I showed up to check in. That way I could have done a little research on which alternative bike would suit me best.

The customer service at this location is outstanding. Some of the friendliest outgoing people you will meet. The 4 star rating is due to the selection of motorcycles. EagleRider as a whole needs to offer more than just Harleys.

A great motorcycle rental experience. I picked up an Indian Scout on a Saturday morning for a 2-day rental. The bike was in great condition and ran beautifully. The staff was very helpful and friendly and walked me through the insurance options and what I was paying for. I would definitely recommend.

Generally a good experience. Staff were helpful re items within their purview (prompt service, check in / check out, Lyft ride to Union Station after returning the bike, etc.) but it was not fully clear re my total fees (I was applying a credit from a past rental) and the bike which I was provided had over 30,000 miles and was not in the best cosmetic shape. The bike appeared mechanically sound but the seat heater did not work.All in, I will continue to rent from Eagle and I will not hesitate to include the DEN location in my travels.Thanks.

Picking the bike up in Denver was a good experience. Helpful team which is important as in most cases it is a big deal for riders. Dropping the bike back to San Francisco after a 2,500 mile journey was altogether different. The team there really couldnt give a flying f*** as to us or our experience which deflated the buzz the three of us had from the previous two weeks since the Denver pickup.

Matt and the team at Eagle Rider Denver were very professional. Bike was clean and I had no mechanical troubles over our 3 day 500 mile ride. I will be renting from them again. This was my first time renting in Denver. I have rented half a dozen times now, previously in Fort Lauderdale. Always have a great experience.

Got a Street Glide for a week and rode it all over Colorado. Check-in took awhile due to large Sturgis groups picking up bikes, but the employees tried to be efficient and get people processed as soon as possible. The bike was clean and ready and ran well the whole trip. Drop off was simple and quick and they got a taxi for me in no time.Be sure and check on your insurance. My bike insurance wouldnt cover me on the rental bike so I took full coverage from EagleRider.

I rented a Heritage Classic to spend a day riding in the Rockies. Not my first choice of bike, but I needed something with a backrest for my wife and dont like the bulk of the Electra-glides. The bike had 23,000 miles which seemed like a lot (and I would say it handled like a bike that might be a bit worn out). Upon returning the bike the counter guy pointed out that they would have put a backrest on some of the other bikes like a Road King. Knowing this, I will make a different selection the next time I rent. Very good customer service overall though.

Although we had a good trip, the Denver team needs to polish a few elements to be on par with other locations such as LA and San Francisco - notably support in setting up a trip, attention to clients by mail / phone, walk through on the bike at the start of the trip... They have beautiful bikes and a great concept, just need to polish up a few things.

I am extremely disappointed with EagleRider Denver Rentals and Tours. I had set my reservations 2+ months before my trip, checked on my reservation 3 weeks before the trip and 2 days before the trip. Even though each time I was assured the bike I rented was ready to go, when we got there we found that it had never gotten out of the shop at all so I had to rent a different bike. My alternate bike was ready for retirement and was an old rattle trap. We were on the bikes for 5 days so that got old. Another bike we rented was not ready with the windshield we reserved and paid for and the saddlebags were secured not by buckles but by tie wraps - literally. And another bike did not have a full tank of gas. It took us 2 hours to do the paperwork, and the windshields installed before we could leave in the now-rush hour traffic. Previously when we rented bikes in Raleigh it took no longer than 20 minutes to get in and out with beautiful bikes. Now, thats the way it should be. Denver, take a lesson from Raleigh Ray Price on how to treat your customers.

Rented the 2014 Indian Chief Vintage for 3 days from EagleRider in Denver. My experience could not have been nicer. Everything went great and the staff was super helpful and friendly. Rented from here twice now and the people are exceptional, the bikes are new and the location in the Rockie Mountains is the best.

I went in on a Friday to book with eagle rider as I have not used them previously to make sure it went smoothly. The gentleman behind the counter took over 45 minutes to make my reservation and even left the desk several times and disappeared down the back of the shop leaving me in the middle of the reservation. Eventually the reservation had been made I received the booking email it was for the wrong date! I informed the employee amd he said it is fine and would be sorted on the day. The day came to pick up the Harley and they said there would have to re-book my reservation as I did not show up on the dates (that he incorrectly booked). So my 10am pick up which I arrived at 9.40am was eventually sorted after I had been waiting for over 1 hour and 30 minutes. Because I was just renting the harley for a day this cut out a part the peak to peak highway which was my only opportunity to ever ride this famous piece of road on my trip to Denver. I informed the manager at that time that I had been waiting for 90 minutes and my schedule for the day had been cut he only replied with It will be fine just take the highway and you will make it. I paid to rent the bike from 10am to 5pm and the audacity to respond in that way is hard to believe they have good customer reviews. The only reason I gave it 2 stars was because the bike itself was as described. A great bike and facility ruined by terrible customer service.

My wife and I rented an Ultra Glide for an entire week to roam the mountains and had an excellent time. The staff was extremely helpful in getting us up to speed and on the bike, and getting us on our way.We returned the bike on a Saturday around noon. I realized after we Ubered to the hotel that I had left my riding gloves and Bose headphones in the footwell compartment. I called promptly to have the staff check and they advised that the items were not in the bike. After multiple emails and phone calls to speak with management it was pretty apparent that someone had helped themselves to my personal items. I’m not free of blame here, I shouldn’t have left them in there, but the lack of responsiveness from both their home office and the Denver location was pretty surprising.There should be some sort of inspection of the bike similar to numerous car rental companies for personal items. Furthermore, some urgency from the staff to respond to a customers’ needs.I have used Eagle Rider on a number of other trips, but will absolutely look for other alternatives to rent bikes while traveling in the future.

I rented a 2012 Harley Davidson Fat Boy from Eagle Rider last weekend and was extremely please with my experience. I rode on down to the Garden Of The Gods in Colorado Springs. The bike was amazing, I received several compliments and the service at the shop was outstanding. I will definitely be coming back to rent from them again.

These people are awesome! I have rented motorcycles from this place couple of times and every-time I had a good experience. I wasnt able to write a review till now but I have to do it this time especially because I see consistency in their good service. I have to say they provide the best customer service.Experience to share: Had preferred to have a street glide via online reservation through eaglerider website. And went to denver to pick it up. Turns out they didnt had the model available for that date and had prepared another model. As per the contract terms they are not liable to give the preferred model, still just because it was my birthday they somehow arranged a street glide which i think was not meant to rented (was in a showcase i guess).I really appreciate all their efforts and they totally deserve 5 stars!

We wanted a bike with a luggage rack and the one we had assigned did not have one, without hesitation they took the bike to the back and added a luggage rack!! Talk about service! Our return was smooth and we will be renting at the Denver location again!

I rented a Heritage Softail in Denver on August 4-7. The bike was clean and in great condition, and the staff was friendly and efficient (both when I picked up the bike and when I checked it back in). They had me in and out in just a few minutes. I will definitely rent from EagleRider again.

If youre booking a group should be fine. As a solo rider they jerked me around costing me 2 days out of my weeks vacation. Disorganized and careless operation. After killing half a day sitting on their couch a waiting for my bike to come in watching all the groups get cratered too I finally called it quits went around the corner to local shop and rented a Ducati. Cant get those 2 days back but the ride was worth it.

Staff at check-in, and upon return, were busy, but kept the process moving along and answered every question with the correct information, very happy with them.Eaglerider in general needs to make 1 change, and 1 change only, update your website to only show bikes that are actually available for your rental! Is that really asking too much? virtually everyone I know who has reserved a certain model, has actually got something different!, Unless you request a GS 1200, yup that one you will get!!!,Club Eaglerider in general is a good product, the staff are in general doing a great job, a little patience goes a long way, put yourself in their shoes, smile once in a while, and thank them for their help, they love bikes too!

I had a very bad experience here with shady personnel promising things and then going back on their word later. I attempted to get this resolved with corporate customer service and they were the most rude and unhelpful people I have ever dealt with. I ended up having to reverse credit card charges twice that were fraudulently charged to my card. It was a 6 month ordeal and I highly recommend avoiding.

Booked originally to ride the Harley SPORTSTER 883, however as my group all had big bikes so I couldnt leave myself riding the smaller motorcycle. I changed to Indian Chief Vintage at the last minute. They were very accommodating and very friendly. They cleaned and checked if the motorcycle was in good condition and I could ride. The process was very smooth. I will surely rent from them again.

My wife took care of all the details and reserved a Sportser for me. When I was finally able to ride, they didnt have a sportster available, and I was upgraded to a Street Glide. Nice bike, no complaints there. Downside is that I am not the most experienced rider out there and the Street Glider was much heavier and larger than I had expected. Unfortunately, I dropped the bike and did some minor cosmetic damage. The biggest problem I have is that I didnt have the opportunity to review my insurance information; the sales guy didnt review what my wife had pre-selected, and I didnt think to make any changes given the dynamic changing. So, I will still give them 4 stars because they did a thorough job, even with as busy as they were. My experience on the bike was enjoyable. Downside is that I am going to be out of pocket a considerable sum of money that could have been avoided had I been able to review my insurance options once the bike changed.

Dont even think about a daily rental. This company only cares about the tourists that come in for weekly rentals. Third time Ive tried to rent there, as a local, and its always frustrating. Every time Ive been in there on a weekend morning there are other customers who are extremely frustrated with the slow process, employee apathy and disorganization. Because Ive come to expect this, I actually stopped in the day before my reservation to confirm everything, so that when I arrived early the next day (and waited outside to get in line) things might go smooth. No such luck. The day before, the man at the front counter became argumentative when I simply asked how long (roughly) it might take me to be on my way (if I was first in line the next day). He would hardly look away from his computer and there were no other customers there. I could only assume he was engrossed in checking his inventory for the next day but, after showing him my reservation, he assured me I would be all set the next day. No such luck. I finally got checked in almost an hour after they opened the doors (dont bother considering a third employee during Sturgis week - just do everything the same as you always do) and then I stood in the back for another 30 minutes watching a young man walk back and forth 5 times (from the back garage to the front desk) looking for the Roadglide (they already informed me I wouldnt get an Electraglide because they were all reserved for the weekly rentals) and no one would help him. Finally after I expressed my impatience someone pointed out the bike WITHOUT the backrest on it. I dont have room here to describe how many people I spoke with prior to this that said there was no way that one of there Streetglides or Roadglides would NOT have a backrest on it. They said the couldnt add one and apparently none of the other 40 bikes there were available. When I asked for a refund the man with the attitude told me to just relax and wait some more and he would look into it. At that point I had 4 people waiting on me and so I simply asked him what I could expect. He would not give me any confidence that he could do anything, he just became agitated and condescending while telling me I would just have to wait (even longer). 2 hours later, I walked out with no bike and my hopes of a beautiful ride were dashed. Everyone just shrugged their shoulders like, oh well (this must happen often).

Awesome group of folks. We had a road king and an Indian scout for 3 days. We decided to keep the bikes an extra day (4th) and simply did another reservation online. I called and no need to stop into the store for paperwork. We brought the bikes back after the 4th day and completed the paperwork. Being from New York, Ill be renting again from the Denver store as soon as the weather gets warm again.The only bad part was we froze our asses off going to Estes park at 7am but it warmed up nice in the afternoon as we went through Walden and stopped at the Mansker Station for some wood fired pizza. 2nd time we did the Walden loop this year. Great ride and the bikes ran perfect. Could have used a coat of wax but hey ... outstanding bikes.Thanks to the whole team at Denver Eagle Rider for making our trip a great memory!!!
