Horrible and disgusting. Messiest post office I have ever been in. Everything is literally grimy and filthy. The staff here, especially the manager April are terrible. They’ll lose your package and do nothing about it. At all. This post office is the reason why the USPS should shut down for good.

Recently my packages havent come in. It says that its left in a locker. Which means it was delivered to an apartment complex. This is getting very upsetting. Im not normally one to complain, but this is getting out of hand.

Absolutely TERRIBLE service!!! They held my package for 12 days and USPS customer service put in a request for it to be sent to my home. 2 days after the request was put in the post office sent my package to the mail recovery center in GA- NOT my address. They closed out the ticket and said the issue was resolved. When I saw it was resolved I immediately called USPS customer service and they had no idea what this post office was doing or what was going on. I drove 45 minutes to this location for them to tell me EVEN THOUGH THE REQUEST WITH THE ADDRESS WAS GIVEN ON THE 14th, THEY SENT IT AWAY ON THE 16th COMPLETELY DISREGARDING THE FORWARDING ADDRESS. Now they’re saying “It takes a really long time for them to send your package from there” and “good luck getting it”. Absolutely UNBELIEVABLE!

One of the best local postal services locations around. They were able to get my package to me when they had a mix up on delivery. The wonderful gentleman who works in the office personally retrieved the package and delivered it to me at my home. I really like the care and attention to details they do for us customers here! Hands down I am happy customer to be living on this route. Thank you again whoever you are, bless your heart!

I took a package in to be sent off. I asked Marc if he could put an extra piece of tape on my package, and told him it is tapped,but I noticed it had a little opening that I didnt tape. He grabbed the package and said this is tapped? And opened the part I missed,and said if I can open it,its not tapped. Really rude guy.

July 16th 2020, at 11:45am front desk lady African American, age around 20s to mid 30s. Really need to work on attitude. Not sure if shes having a bad day, but needs to be more professional.Not everyone is going to be experts on how mailing is suppose to be packaged. Her job as an employee is to guide them if necessary.Tell her to cheer up, I know it is stressful times but everyone is in the same boat. Some worse than others.

I respect the postal service and i want them to survive what they are going thru. But how tf is my letter important enough to not be left in the mailbox but not important enough to attempt to deliver to my door? But ok leave me a note letting me know its now time to play catch the mailman if you can for your kinda sorta important envelope. Pay these people more, Hire some help or fire someone.

I’ve had a package sitting at this location for 8 days!!!I had to go there in person to pick it up because they were never going to deliver it! I had the package mailed from Ohio to Denver on Dec 2nd it’s now Dec 23rd and it hasn’t left this location in 8 days!! This is absolutely ridiculous!!! I will attach a picture as proof!

Joshua and Luz are rock stars. They’re professional and always willing to answer any questions or concerns I have no matter how busy they are. Luz with short hair is so unprofessional,rude and snappy especially with people who are not very fluent in english, when herself has a huge spanish accent, rolls her eyes at you, and is just so unpleasant. Makes me want to vomit. Luz if you hate people so much do not work in customer service.

I have had 17 years of favorable experiences at this post office. The line can be rather long depending on the day and time but the post employees are always friendly and professional no matter what though. Not that I mail anything anymore but if by chance i do need to send something i always go here instead of my 80010 post office on Dayton because its closest.

Paul the manager was extremely rude when I contacted him about an empty package received at my door. He tried to say because I am an apartment complex that a neighbor must have within 5 seconds ripped the box open and stole the contents of my package. Then he called me a liar and told me I was out of luck. Absolutely rediculous!

Riddle me this?? Why is there a sign on the door both sides, that says limit 4 people in the lobby when neither the male or female persons behind the counter enforces that? When I went to the post office today and today is August 19th there were 6 people standing in the lobby. There was a a young guy and a younger girl working, I want to say her name was Elaine or Elena but they were both working and not even caring that there are 6 people in the lobby, why have a sign on the door that says 4 people in the lobby, if they are not going to enforce it!? So I stood outside and waited for three people to leave before I went in there so that I was the fourth. Its crazy that people dont look at the signs on the door and its even more crazy that the employees dont enforce the very rules, I saw Elena or whatever her name is chastising a man for exact change because the door says you have to have exact change when you come in but theyre not chastising the people that come in when more than four people are in the lobby Yall need some help!

I have filed complaint after complaint about the mail delivary. I have informed delivary and yet my mail is continuously missing or delivared to the wrong address. Our mail carrier is a joke. The delivary is ALWAYS after five pm and most of the time after 8 or 9 PM. Your answer Sorry we cant control the outsourcing. Maybe they are stealing my missing mail. Will that get the postal inspectors attention.

The staff are nice and helpful here, which makes waiting in the usual line bearable. However, I believe most Colorado post offices must be understaffed; it is not uncommon for items to get lost or take an extra-long time arriving. There are no electronic self-service machines. Still, this post office is a good one.

Its so tough on P.Os these days. This one typically has 1 staff member at the front desk handling the line. The reason I give 5 stars is because this is so common in most locations, that I now rate on the service. The person is usually friendly and helpful even with 20 people in line and helps each one as best she/he can. Ive figured out Shippo so now I can just drop my package off and be on my way. But this location, at the least, has friendly service and reliable package processing, which is what I need most. And yes, front counter staffing is very low, but like at most locations anymore.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE ALL 3 TIMES... Visit post office 3 working days in a row for held mail that I put on hold and come to find out, my request for held mail card wasnt even in the back to hold mail. So I spent time for no reason the last two times I visited looking for my held mail, when the mail want being held at all. Black lady in here is rude to people. They only have one person working at a time, when they have two one leaves within 15 minutes of the new person arriving. In addition they don’t give you tape to tape up your box you just bought from them!

The mail man is never consistent with pickup, the random days he comes here he drops off mail and when i have numerous packages needed to go out he says he parked far away and he will be back. He NEVER comes back, I have to call the post office and complain and they have another person come. Its not that hard to prepare when you pick stuff up. PARK CLOSER! How hard is it to pick up mail, I feel like they need to clean house and fire people. Im tired of calling multiple times a week, do your job or go work at Mcdonalds

I have now been here 4 days in a row and have not been able to mail my package. I have gone at multiple different times of the day and each time there is only ONE person working. At least 6-8 people waiting in line. So unless you have 45 minutes to an hour to kill, go somewhere else. I will never return to this location again. Do yourself a favor and go to a different location

I’ve had a few issues since I moved to aurora and all of which have been resolved until now. I moved apartments and I haven’t been receiving any or my mail since November 2017. I have tried to call multiple times and I can never get ahold of an actual person. My husband went into this office to get answers and were told I should have no issue getting my mail. I know I should have mail somewhere because my family has sent me thing. I have left voicemails at any office in the area asking to call me back and I haven’t had anyone contact me. I’m extremely frustrated and I don’t know what else to do this is a huge issue and I’ve started emailing customer services because no one can seem to give me a call back or help me.

The agent was very rude to the patient that was in front of me. He was confused about what he was doing and because it was close to 5 p.m. almost time for her to get off she was trying to rush him alone and instead of helping him it just made the process much longer because he was very confused about what he was doing. Where is my mail? I pay postage to have it delivered on time.. This mailman is absolutely incompetent, I check tracking: it says out for delivery at 10:48 AM it is now 5:30PM NO MAIL YET and your office is closed?
