This is a very clean laundromat!!! Shortly after arriving, I noticed an employee out sweeping the sidewalk and front parking lot! Who does that anymore??? There are lots of washers; they range from medium to huge! I believe all the dryers are along the outer walls; you only have to pay 25 cents for 1/2 hour of dry time! You need to have an employee unlock the bathroom door which is a good thing. It was super clean in there!!! I dont usually have to go to the laundromat, but Blue Kangaroo will be my first choice when the need arises!!!

Clean enough, attendant appears to be doing drop off laundry, so is using random washers and dryers which makes it hard for patrons to socially distance at times. I guess it depends on when you go. But if you want to be around older Spanish ladies speaking maskless and loudly on speaker phone this is the place for you.

Its okay I like that they close late, yet they charge way to much for anything you can buy, even the washing machines themselves; I would suggest bringing your own detergent and supplies,

This place is okay. Ive never really had a good experience. About 90% of the washers and dryers are usually working. In my personal experience, the staff usually never speak to me or greet me. And in return I usually dont interact with them either. There are times when I try. On some days Ill try to say hello but most of the time staff look at me and then look away without acknowledging my greeting.Overall I use this location because of the convenience, and the quality of the wash and dry. I dont really recommend though.

We tried this location because our usual laundromat, Auroras Best, was closed. We arrived and were greeted by a man throwing up in the parking lot. We went in and it was stiflingly hot inside, even at 10 PM. Change machines were barely functional. The dryers tumble at such a high speed that a few of the straps on some of my clothes tore. While not the sketchiest laundromat ever, its not the best. To its credit, it was clean, brightly lit and there were staff on site.

My washer broke and felt loss, ha. I took in my clothes in and a kind lady at the service desk was very helpful (4/14/18). I had never used the wash and fold svc but I think I will do that whenever I have to. She did an amazing job.

The downside here is its very humid and can be hot. The A/C doesnt seem to be doing its job here. The price to wash clothes is crazy. But to dry is cheap. I highly reccomend washing youre clothes beforehand so you can dry them if you have that option. Also, be ready for the heat in this place...

The workers were very very rude to me on 2 seperate occasions. I dont use the laundromat often but when I do I bring a lot of clothes so I spent over $400 both times and its not like I took up all the washers, took a whole wall of driers, or demanded the workers stay after because of me I got there at a reasonable time started at a reasonable time stopped washing 15 minutes before last wash and was not the only person there and they were all but literally physically pushing us out the door while my and 2 other families were still drying clothes. As I was standing in front of my running dryers folding clothes and the employee said to me You have no time to fold its time for you to out. I was very very unsatisfied with the customer service.

Machines are good,usualy busy on weekends but never had to wait or had a bad experience.

Advertised as free dry and was advised by the employees that this is not the case. Sometimes the coin machines will dispense a free wash coin but thats all. Should have gone to laundromat on Galena where its a free dry.

Usually over crowded with kids, throwing soap and whatever else on the floor, none of the attendants speak english really well at all, the bathroom Im afraid to go in, and all thats ever on is the spanish soap operas, its only saving grace is the WiFi

This is the second time where my 20$ bill has gotten stuck in the change machine....in 2 seperate locations. The worst part is that the on site staff does nothing about it...just takes down your info and say they will call you when the owner is available. Both times Ive had to catch the owner myself (5:00am) and both of the times the owner denies this happening. I will be contacting the BBB because this is just ripping off customers!

It makes me a comfortable laundry because there are enough dryers and washing machinesBut the staff that works there is not very pleasant, and more than one lady who is in the morning I ask for something and has a bad attitude, stop by and ask for the gifts given so I dont like to go in the morning because is when is sheShe has to take care of her job because she is an employee but she feels the owner 😈

One of the best laundries, all its employees are very attentive and very friendly, they keep the place very clean. I recommend it.
