They have workers there who were very helpful. If you become a regular, you get a card and you put money on it to use it to.turm.on the washers. But I was a new so they turned on the washers and dryers for me. The big washers were big enough to wash 3 quilts and blankets at one time.I got a lot done in one hour.

Out of all the laundromats Ive been to in the area, this has been the best one by far. $9.24 takes care of washing and drying all of my clothes, the staff are incredibly friendly and eager to help, there are TVs and the laundromat, and drying time is included with your wash.My only two complaints are limited parking and a lack of toilet seat covers in the restroom (which is limited to one person at a time), however neither of these will prevent me from coming here again. Its very clear they care about their customers.

My Clothes washer gave up today mid load. So first time Ive been to a laundromat in a long time. Thankfully the workers there were very helpful in getting me started and explaining the various options. Place was clean, all were wearing mask, equipment well maintained. In and out in an hour with clean dry clothes. Will go again as needed.

Only laundry mat I use, always clean and has enough machines. Majority of people in masks, onlya few times have people been maskless but they are usually given a mask by a worker. I feel pretty safe doing my laundry here despite the pandemic.

I have a laundromat right around the corner from my apartment but I go to Auroras Best in the next town over instead because its clean, cheap, and their machines are always working and theyre never understaffed.The only trouble I have is with parking. The lot is often full and can get over packed, so if youre uncomfortable with driving in tight spaces or getting your car out of tight spaces, its likely not going to work for you.Other than that, wonderful and I prefer to go here instead of anywhere else.

I had to come because my drier broke. The attendant noticed I looked lost so he helped me with my drier needs. The place was super clean when I came they were taking out the trash outside which is awesome cause every store has the trash outside over loaded. I like it because they are CASHLESS it’s all by credit on the cards. They also had a&e on so that’s a good channel lol. And vending machines, atm, drop off is 1.25 per lbs. and it’s free dry when u wash. It’s also next to the elote place. There’s also lots of plants 🪴

Owner is very rude and sarcastic. So I was loading detergent in small washer and the tray had a crack in it and I didnt notice until it was pouring. Nice girl comes over to help clean up and he comes and takes over practically pushing me out of the way and Im handicapped with a walker and as Im explaining he keeps saying way too much detergent over and over basically calling me a liar. Need to get some customer service training and some calm down meds or something

I have been doing my luandry there since 2009, with a two year break while I lived in another city. Great people working there. Great location. Great prices. Plenty of parking spaces. Plenty of vending machines and seating along with two round tables. Good entertainment factor and relaxing.

I have only been to a few laundry mats in my life and they are always dirty and the machines only work half of the time. I must say today is the exception the staff is very friendly and helpful beyond my belief. The machines work outstanding and again the staff helped me from point a to point b. Oh and the cleanliness is top notch. A+++++ IF I COULD GIVE 10 STARS I WOULD.

I liked this laundromat a lot. The place was very clean, and the machines were in great shape. Its a bit expensive though, but as far as laundromats go is one of the best Ive been in.

Close to home. Convenient card system to wash. Larger sized washers can easily fit 2 king-sized comforters and room to spare. Free dry is awesome. Facilities are extremely clean (attendant was even vacuuming as I type this).

I have been going to this laundry may for7 to 8 years. One thing I love and no other place can say the same ALL MACHINES WORK!!!! The staff and owners are awesome. Love the card system i hate that i dont have to pump quarters I the machines. Even if i use the dryers and i feel my clothes or one load needs an extra dry they put there card in. Cause is free dry. Cant find a cleaner laundry mat around....

Free dry with wash? Cant be beat, washers are a little pricey but compared to what I pay at other places its more than made up for with cheap and free dry

Great place to go, for those times you need to wash something big like a comforter, your washer is broke, or weekly laundry. They use a card system, so no need to worry about change. The rewards program is nice benifit too. My favorite is they have TON big machines, not little ones. Laundry is done in a much shorter time.

Staff is excellent. I use the wash and fold service that they offer and they did an amazing job. Seldom in over 5 years have I not had my laundry ready same day. Absolutely recommend!

First time here - OMG !!!! I needed a huge machine to wash my pillow top mattress cover - I dont think I have ever seen as big of a machine as the one I used here at Auroras Best Laundry. At first I thought it was a bit pricey at $18.69 until I found out the price included soap, oxyclean, softener AND 20 dry cycles!!!! This is also the cleanest laundromat that I have been in in years. I highly recommend Auroras Best Laundry and know I will be returning when I have items too big to fit into my washer at home!!!!!!

Aurora best laundry is not complying with the proper regulations, at the moment most of the people here do not have their face masks on and others are only covering their mouth but not their nose and nobody is telling them anything because the same employee has spent most of the time without in face masks.
