Amazing! I went to this shop with a big project. I needed to walk out with a dress that day within my budget. I’m not a small girl so I was afraid that I might not find anything at all. Well boy was I wrong! They had an amazing selection. The team was so nice to and helpful. They didn’t rush me and allowed me to put on and take off as many dresses as it took. Of course it turned out to be the first one and the dress had pockets!!! Perfect for my beach elopement that was a last minute decision for us. Thank you so much for all of your help.

Davids Bridal is a box store, it comes with many perks, including great customer service and discounts. My friends and I went wedding dress shopping for my best friends wedding. After 7 hours and a couple of boutiques we ended up tired and critical browsing through an overwhelming stack of dresses at Davids Bridal while we waited for our appointment. To my surprise the staff was sweet, genuine and fun. She brought back the needed excitement and enthusiasm. With her knowledge and expertise what seemed like never ending dresses that all looked the same quickly turned into a fashion show of amazingly different opportunities to make my friend smile. The boutiques were great, they had champagne and a smaller selection of quality dresses, but I will never go back because of the pushy service and fake interest. The woman we worked with at Davids was not pushy and she was honest, helpful. The dresses at Davids do seem a hair less quality, but for the service, half the price, ease of alterations, exchanges...it could be we just got lucky, but I would at least give them a try. I only gave them 4 stars because there were not enough chairs for our whole party and they do not offer you drinks, not even h2o.

I love love David’s Bridal!!! Rebecca was the best she was understanding of my Insecurities and my Indecisiveness... She was very patient and help me choose the perfect dress at the last minute I didn’t even know my dress size and she found the perfect size the first try!! She also help with my shoes and choose the perfect Vail.... I am so excited to be eloping in a David’s bridal dress and I will share more pictures after our nuptials so that all the soon to be Brides see my beautiful pick... The ENTIRE STAFF was amazing and treated each bride amazing!!! Also I was so in love with my experience I’m getting another dress in January for the big wedding next year at the Aurora Colorado location!!!

My first experience here was great. Someone (I believe her name was Jen or Jennifer--she deserves 5 stars) helped me the full time, even though I had my mother and cousin there to help me.When I went to pick up my dress, it was a different story. No one helped me at all. I was trying on my dress, and had no one there to help me zip it up or check the fit from the back. My dress was wrinkled all down the bottom, had a snag on the shoulder, and had a dirty spot on the butt. It looked used, honestly. Not happy with waiting so long and spending that amount of money, just for a dress that doesnt even look new.

Ladies, if you visit this Davids Bridal location, ask for Sarah B! She was FABULOUS! She was kind, made jokes with us and made us comfortable. I went to look for my wedding dress with my 3 sisters, best friend and my mother. She made a connection with each of us and we had a great time with her. She needs a pay raise! Love you Sarah! Lucy (alterations) IS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I just love her so much. I recently found out I am pregnant and she has done nothing but help me through this time, making sure my dress is perfect and FITS PERFECT for my big day. She has made me feel so comfortable and beautiful during this magical time in both realms. I cannot thank her enough as she has gone above and beyond to fit me in her schedule to make sure that the dress continues to fit, up until the last two weeks of the wedding. My daughter and I were in Denver in July specifically to go Wedding Dress shopping. We had gone to 2 boutiques on Friday and 2 more appointments for Saturday; the first of which was Davids Bridal. Upon entering the store I was disappointed because it was set up so differently from the boutiques. However, Sarah Bennet changed my enter perception. She was so accommodating and worked with my daughters hopes and dreams of her perfect wedding gown. It was a great experience and my daughter said one of the gowns at Davids was her #1 choice. We then went to the final boutique, and it was a great experience where my daughter found another #1choice. We went back to Davids for another try on and we were helped by a wonderful lady named JAN. She was so enthusiastic, even though it was late, and again my daughter was treated with the best customer service. The next day, which was a Sunday, and we were going to Garden of the Gods, my daughter said, Mama! Ive decided which gown I want! I was sure it was going to be from one of the boutiques, but based on the GREAT EXPERIENCE we had with Sarah and Jan, and the uniqueness of the gown she decided upon, we ended up going back to Davids before we left for our hike and I purchased the gown.THANK YOU SARAH BENNETT & JAN!! You BOTH are such assets to the company and you both completely turned initial perception around because of your EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

THEY ARE SO AMAZING AND HELPFUL! I have to go to by brothers wedding in Florida in October and I few weeks ago I found out that I was the Maid or Honor. I needed a dress fast. They not only helped me find my perfect dress but they wonderful ladies at alterations made my dress even more perfect and promised that they will have it done before I leave for Florida. These guys are the best and make all of your stress and worries disappear.

I came here and received the BEST customer service by Cheyenne!!! She was helpful, attentive and sweet!! I was able to get what I needed at a great price and left out quickly. Came In for my first time trying on bridal dresses and worked with Sarina she was so nice and had great customer service. All the other employees were also very welcoming and the store was clean. Walked away with a wedding dress Im in love with! Definitely recommend going here!

They may not be the quaint, personal bridal shop youre used to, but they do a very good job of giving each customer special attention. A large selection of bridal gowns, traditional and modern, as well as a full spectrum of colors and styles for maid of honor, bridesmaid, and some mother of the brides dresses as well. Custom tailor in the back (Lucy is very talented), and they do cleaning and alterations on previously bought dresses from outside their store as well.

Jordan was absolutely amazing! She was very knowledgeable and helpful. I will definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a dress. Top notch customer service!!!!

I previously had an excellent experience with shopping for and purchasing my wedding gown, but I went this weekend with my bridesmaids to find their dresses. Sarah was fantastic and so attentive, even when she had two parties simultaneously. She was able to find a dress everyone one loved that would arrive well in time for the big day. Came in to find a birthday dress and Cheyenne really helped me and my friend find a perfect dress. She brought over a dress that was completely out of my comfort zone and it ended up being the dress that I chose! The 2 ladies was just perfect and made us feel comfortable! I bought my dress at a bridal consignment store and brought it to Davids bridal to be altered by Lucy. Lucy was very patient the entire time, which was several appointments. I was super nervous about asking her to add sleeves to my dress but she did a wonderful job and I am super happy. One thing I will say is that alterations were a bit pricey at $600. (I did all my alterations at one appointment). Overall, I had a great experience with in alterations.

David’s Bridal presents a vast array of style, color, & size of bridal shoes. I popped in real quick and within minutes had found a few pairs I really liked! Jordan was super helpful in giving me feedback and ideas on each pair, asking me questions along the way to discover the best pair for the big day! Our wedding is outdoors and she took that into consideration from her experiences with the bridal parties she so graciously serves each day. Oh my god this location was so nice! Everyone here was so nice! The red head at the front desk, Cheyenne, was so amazing, she helped me to where I needed to go and set me up with my amazing stylist Sarah! She found me the perfect dress and was so attentive! The manager, Danielle, was also checking up and helping me out, making sure that I was well taken care of. Then Estefany and Ashley helped check me out at the desk and made sure I was part of the loyalty program and everything. I would absolutely recommend this place to others!

Review for 2 separate experiences (Aurora, CO location)8/22 Experience as a BRIDE:I scheduled my bridal appointment to try on dresses with a few friends and family (7 of us). This would be my first time looking at and trying on potential dresses for my wedding next year. I received the email confirmation for my appointment and subsequent appointment reminders and confirmations. I arrived at noon as scheduled. I was assigned, Jordan. As we looked around and I picked out a few different styles, I was informed that I was limited to 5 dresses only as my visit must be limited to an hour. This was news to me. A time and dress limitation was not communicated at any point when booking or in subsequent emails. So, we had to use more time to try to quickly eliminate and limit to 5 styles to try on. I felt rushed to pick and then to start trying on. I had brought beverages (champagne non alcoholic and alcoholic) for my friends/family. I was informed that it’s a liability and we could not consume alcohol in the store, which in my own past experience with friends who were Brides at DB, was not a policy previously. At this point, 2 of my bridal party stated that they had done a dress appointment at DB (other locations) they had champagne and had 2-4 hours to select and try on various dresses. Now, this may be a new COVID protocol, but my bridesmaid appointment (see below) was not limited in time or dress selection/fitting either.As I tried on dresses, Jordan was very helpful with clipping and adjustments. However, again, I felt very rushed to get from dress to dress to stay on time. She inquired, “is this the dress? Will you say yes today?” On several instances, which I am sure is her job. I said, this is my first time and not likely as I want to try on more than 5 hurried dress selections and wanting to try dresses that are my size for truer fitting. Once it became clear that I wasn’t “saying yes”, I felt even more rushed and hurried. As our time was “done”, she needed to clean up the room. My family/friends and I talked briefly about the dresses (likes/dislikes). I quickly tried on my bridesmaid dress that had arrived as well. At this point, our group was asked to move out of our seats to a back corner of the store because another bride is scheduled and needs that spot. Overall, the experience was not what I expected. It was rushed and I felt pressured to have to choose a dress. I could have been better prepared had I known about the time and dress limitation and policy change for beverages during this appointment. Although, I was able to identify a style I liked and disliked, the experience itself has led me to not setting up another wedding dress appointment or considering DB for my wedding dress purchase.8/4 Experience as a BRIDESMAID:I was needing a bridesmaid dress for a wedding that is one month away. I scheduled an appointment and the staff member who was assisting me was excellent. She was very helpful in finding the dresses, fitting/clipping and checking what dress could arrive on time. It was a rather seamless not rushed appointment.

My wife and I went to David’s Bridal today to find her a wedding dress.Because of international travel restrictions, my wife and I cannot return to her home country anytime soon. This also means that her closest friends cannot be present while she is trying on these beautiful dresses today!We made an appointment with Jordan and I have to say that, I was so relieved to have her help. She was sincere, patient and genuinely interested in finding the right dress for my wife. Without her support and keen eye, I do not believe my wife would’ve been able to find what she was looking for today.The environment and people present at David’s Bridal, from my limited male perspective, was inviting and full of optimism. A few lovely ladies who were also trying on dresses for a special occasion, were very supportive towards my wife’s dress choice. It was really a memorable moment seeing them cheer on my wife and making it vocally clear that they supported her in her final dress decision.These are trying times with COVID, and preparing for a wedding without those closest to you is for sure challenging, so I just want to thank David’s Bridal and Jordan again for helping us truly make the best of a not so perfect situation today!!

Omg! Let me just say the customer service was phenomenal! I had Sarah Dillon helping me and she did a great job! She was so bubbly and just the sweetest! She helped me select style choices for my bridesmaids and even went above and beyond to ensure the dresses selected came in the colors I wanted and would ship in time. She even showed me a wedding gown that I saw on my Pinterest, and wasn’t pushy at all. She has such a kindred spirit, and let me tell you if you go with Sarah D. you won’t go wrong! ☺️

It was my first dress shopping experience and it was better than I could have hoped for! My stylist, Sarah, took my inspo dresses and picked a few she thought I would like. Every dress was beautiful but one stole the show! When she brought out the veil and accessories, I really felt like a princess! She went out of her way to make the appointment great! After not having the best experience at another David’s bridal, I needed to exchange my dress. Angelica was absolutely amazing and made the experience so wonderful! Sarah helped our entire bridal party and in one day we found the brides gown and all of the bridesmaids dresses in one trip. The bride was pleased and relieved that we had a successful trip and got all of the dresses taken care of, the bride lives very far away. Sarah treated our bridal party with respect and dignity and delivered a level of professionalism and customer service you dont see much anymore. She felt more like a friend to our party and made all of us very comfortable. All of the other staffed seemed friendly as well and there was a good selection of gowns. I would definitely recommend this Aurora location. We had not a single issue and had a happy time.

She went above and beyond to find my sister her dream dress, calling 7 different locations trying to find the right size in stock, then squeezing her into an alteration appointment same day so she doesn’t have to drive 3 hours next week to get measured.She is fantastic and we adore her!

Anna was very helpful, patient and professional. Im petite and skinny so it took longer to adjust the dress than usual, she was patient and not rushing me at all. I like that they dont push me to buy any dress, instead she wrote down the price of the dresses I liked and let me think about it.Though the store doesnt carry all the dresses of the website but the staff willing to tell where you can buy them.

I had a wonderful experience at the Aurora, Colorado Davids Bridal location. Angelica was fantastic! She was knowledgeable, kind, patient and knows what she is doing. All of the staff here were so wonderful to work with! Had an appointment at 9:00 am and was attended to right away. I was here to try on bridesmaids dresses and was helped by Angelica and she was SO sweet! She found me a nice selection to try on and was so helpful throughout the whole process, especially as I am on a time crunch, she made me feel very comfortable, which can be difficult when trying on dresses. Lucy helped me with alterations and I thought as I am short on time everything was very reasonably priced. Very impressed with the whole process! Thanks David’s bridal and staff!

I cried a little bit when I came across the most beautiful dress in the world, the dress that I have decided I will get married in! Angelica was so so kind and so helpful, great taste in wedding accessories, and several people passing by told me just how stunning the dress was, and they told me I looked beautiful! But I ordered it, and I am so psyched that it will be my dress!

Not only one, but three employees showered me with attention and suggestions that helped me feel confident in my dress selection. I just want to say that we were unimpressed, the customer service was bad and they were not helpful in the least bit. My maid of honor found her bridesmaids dress and the consultant tried to sell us the floor sample that had rips, makeup, and was dirty! We needed help with sizing and they pretty much told us that we were SOL. I wouldn’t recommend any David’s Bridal to anyone, it’s unfortunate we have to even use them for bridesmaids dresses.

I had Anna as my consultant. She was such a wonderful help and so patient as I tried on what seemed like a million dresses. David’s bridal had a great selection of dresses and I was easily able (after a hard decisions between two dresses) to find my dress! ❤️ Definitely recommend coming for your wedding gown or whatever you occasion may be ☺️

Hanna was amazing! This was my second time coming to David’s Bridal to find my wedding dress. Since my first time, I had tried on 20 dresses that all left me feeling very “eh”. Hanna was so patient with me as I was determined to find “the one” and not settle for anything less. I went to DB because it had the dress I wanted. Although the dress was beautiful and I got it ordered, the service was not the best. It was not personalized at all. There was one woman helping to brides with appointments, me and another lady. I received no helping trying to find the dress I was looking for. I was told you have to just look for it. Luckily I found it. While I tried on dresses, the woman was too busy helping the other bride, that my 8-year-old daughter was the one helping me put in dresses, zipping them up and flaring them out so that she could take photos. The woman even stopped in the middle of ordering my dress to ask someone else to check me out because she had to still help the other bride. There should be a person assigned to every bride in the store helping find dresses and helping the bride try everything on. Again, I got the dress but the experience was not nearly as special as I thought it would be.

Jordan was absolutely amazing! She had a great sense of who I am and what I wanted to look like as a bride, and she made all of my dreams come true!

Sarah B and Cheyenne M are the best from the from to my appointment. Cheyenne when I walked in was very helpful and directing me where my appointment was going to be and she showed me the show room and then Sarah was unbelievably fabulous at finding my dress I cried and everything on the platform something I never do they just made it so special and then you have Danielle believe is the manager or she was really really awesome checked me out at the register and they were phenomenal and kept me laughing all the way through the whole entire appointment I cannot wait for my appointment with Lucy and alterations to make my dress fit me perfectly thanks Davids I would recommend this location for everybody

If I could give you guys 10 stars I would. I had my first appointment yesterday and Sarah was the one who helped me. I need to express how special Sarah made me, my appointment, and my experience feel. She was absolutely amazing. She had me laughing the whole time, she was honest with me but not a mean honest, she took incredible care of me and my guests, and she truly made my experience of finding my dress effortless. There arent enough positive words in the world to describe what a wonderful human being Sarah is. I found the one and she had me crying happy tears when I got to ring the bell. I wanted to hug her at the end for everything she did for me. She went above and beyond and I would highly recommend her and this store. I had gone to Park Meadows in the past and no one there was friendly. The Aurora store made me feel welcomed and I even had all the employees come over and fawn over the dress I had decided on. Whoever trained these women gets a gold star. And Sarah deserves the highest raise possible. Thank you Davids Bridal for making me feel like a princess and treating me like a queen.

They had such a good selection, and I went in with less than three months before my wedding day! I tried on a total of three dresses when I found my dress. I wanted quite a few alterations and was worried about getting it done in time. Lucy at alterations is INCREDIBLE. We were on such a time crunch, she was able to do alterations in only two weeks... and then when we came into the fitting room change a couple of things we had the finished dress the next day. I got my PERFECT dress, and I couldn’t be happier. I definitely recommend David’s Bridal in Aurora, CO!!

I was about two months out from my wedding and needed a dress. I found one that I liked and we ordered it, and everything up to that point went smoothly. Hannah was super sweet and great.BUT I never got a call, email, text or anything when my dress arrived. I had to call to ask if they had it yet. When I went to pick it up they informed me that if I needed it tailored it was a minimum of two months out, which was not what had been told to me when ordering the dress, and they acted annoyed to have to help me. I definitely wouldnt recommend and am upset that Im stuck with this dress now.

Had a amazing time with Sarah Bennett helping us find the perfect dress for my daughter’s wedding. It was very enjoyable.

It was just OK. Their selection is pretty basic. They didn’t have much in the way of classic or boho looks. What really threw me was their dressing rooms. There was gum on the walls and looks like they haven’t been cleaned in a while. Given that’s where brides spend the majority of their time, I’d suggest a full upgrade to bring this store up to par with competitors.

Jen was amazing and quite helpful. We were hoping to find a sales dress and unfortunately they did not have any but she did show us quite a few bridesmaid dresses. I highly recommend asking for her if you do need to shop for a dress or bridesmaid dress.

She listened very well and she was very accommodating of my requests. I wore my dress April 1, 2021 and it fit me like a glove! Thank you, Lucy!

I was NOT looking forward to dress shopping - I figured it would be overwhelming and awful. I was wrong! Sarina helped make the afternoon so fun and enjoyable! She helped me find dresses to work for my body type and my budget and then expertly helped me narrow them down! I thought there was a zero percent chance of finding my dress on the first try, but I was absolutely blown away by the options and found a dress I LOVE!

Jan was amazing to work with! I am personally not very glamorous and the whole bridal section with all the dresses was so overwhelming. She was able to work with me to narrow a handful of choices down and I ended up buying the first dress I tried on! She noted a lot of things to consider on each dress that I wouldnt have considered. She was patient and assisted me with getting in and out of everything. So nice and not trying to pressure me into something I didnt want. The experience was surprisingly lovely for me

Very unhappy with this location store was not kept tidy. Bathroom was a mess. I can tell the young lady that was helping us was new I feel that another associate could have helped her more instead of putting her down in front of customers. I felt bad for her.

Every time I walk in, everyone is always super friendly. Also I loved that they could do alterations at the same place!

I worked with Danielle and had an amazing experience. She was attentive offered suggestions for dresses I might not have thought of. Gave great and honest feedback. She made the appointment comfortable enough that I was able to stay honest on my opinions. She was there the whole time to help me with zippers and hooks. I also really appreciated that her body style was similar to mine. I felt that made me more comfortable trying on dresses with her and really showed in her expertise on dresses that would flatter my body style. Overall I left with three great dress choices that I will come back and choose.

Worst experience of my daughters life. Fist time we went in my daughter the bride was told nothing her size on rack and to check clearance. We Left! Second time we went for maid of honor and mother of bride dress. Showed up 20 minutes early for appointment and 50 minutes later no one assisted. Was told 2 stylist would be available. Most gowns we looked at on clearance and the new rack had same dress I bought over 3 years ago for a wedding. Selections poor! Service never happened. Lost our business for bride gown first visit and second visit 2 dresses. IF i could give zero stars I would.

Long story short. Jordan was my consultant. She didnt ask what I wanted, rushed our appointment and made me feel like an unwanted bride. She ended the apt at 30 mins. Kept telling me I was running out of time, made me get out of dresses fast. Danielle took over for our bridesmaid apt. I didnt even know jordan was supposed to help. She didnt set us up, just told us to find fitting rooms that were open. Danielle was so kind and friendly. Actually helped us, looked to see if the dresses we liked came in the color I wanted, so helpful. Needless to say, book your apts with Danielle. Not jordan.
