I ordered an s21+ ultra 256g on July 24 and waited until Aug 3 when I got the call the phone was delivered and ready for pickup. I was assured the day I ordered that I would qualify for the $300 July switcher promo and have a confirmation email which states this as well. When I arrived to pick up and activate the device, Alex the store manager failed to recognize I elected a $250 deposit on the phone and believed that the rep who placed the order charged the incorrect price for the phone. Instead of taking a moment to verify the details, he quickly cancelled and reentered the order. This cancelled the $300 promo.Alex then proceeded to enter a new order and tried to pull my credit a second time. I had to stop him and ask him to use my prior credit pull to prevent my credit from being affected by his mistake. Alex went on to try and complete the transaction by explaining I would now qualify for a better $500 promo. It was not until I asked for more detail that I found out this would only pay for cancelation fees from my previous carrier (which I have none). This meant due to his poor attention to detail, Alex took a $300 gift card away from a new customer.I asked for him to reinstate the original order and he could not. I asked for a bill credit and he could not accommodate it. I asked for a few additional accessories to help numb the sting of the lost $300 and all I was offered was a phone case and a waived activation fee.After waiting two weeks for a backordered phone, I walked out with no new phone at all. Go Wireless lost out on a $1250 phone sale, I lost out on a new phone and Verizon lost out on a loyal customer. It is really a shame Alex and his team were unwilling to do anything to rectify something that was 100% their error.*UpdateI reached out to the email in the response below. They asked if I would like the district manager to reach out and thanked me for the opportunity to make the situation right. I replied that I would like that. I never heard from the manager. This company puts on a good show but truly could care less about your business or doing the right thing.

Went into surprise buy an iPhone. Told me that if I buy 2, it’ll be one get one half off. Failed to mention that we need to get another line to be apart of the promotion. Later realize that I’m being charged full price for both. I call them asking about it. They accept full blame and say that employee is no longer employed but they can’t do anything about it. Go to an official Verizon retailer store not this Verizon wannabe store

Hands down the best customer service I’ve ever had! Isaac completely took care of what need to be fixed, I wasn’t receiving any voicemails or txt on a brand new iPhone....with a few calls to tech support and it was good to go!!! Highly recommend Isaac!!!!!

If you order anything in store dont expect it to be on time. The staff is pushy and they dont seem to care about most of your phone problems. Honestly if you want to switch to Verizon just use the website. Better deals to be honest, one of the guys tried charging me for a phone that was free online.

DONT GO HERE!!! PLEASE! You need to go to an ACTUAL VERIZON STORE. I ordered online at verizon.com, selected in store pickup, and it told me this was the closest store so I went there. The guy does a bunch of stuff on his screen for 20ish minutes, then says ok here are your phones and I see that one is an open box. As in both security tapes were cut and the phone had finger prints all over it.I will save the details, but basically he REFUSED to give me a sealed box. It even said DO NOT ACCEPT IF SEAL IS BROKEN I tried to not accept it but he refused. I mean, he was literally going to call the cops if i didnt leave.GO TO A REAL VERIZON STORE!Man, what a terribly unexpected experience.

We had to wait, which is understandable, but when we went to ask some questions about getting our kids flip phones they didnt seem much more knowledgeable than we are. I am sure flip phones are not what they are usually asked about so it might have been a tough question, but Id hoped to walk out with them that day and ended up going home to order myself.

They are not faithful. My wife bought a new iPhone for me 6 months ago and the guy told her Do you need Protection Plan for $16 and my wife said no thanks. He went to talk to his co worker and came back and asked her again, are you sure you do not want the Protection Plan and my wife said yes I am sure. After 6 months we noticed that they have added Protection plan were charging us $16 a month which means they stole $96 from us which we can not prove it. But if you buy something from them make sure you check your account the next month to make sure they are not stealing from you.

I stopped by at 5ish on 06/09. Two employees there. One was helping a father and daughter that seemed to have problems setting up a new device, they left super happy. And the other helped me. I ordered a phone online through Verizon, and I spent at least an hour on the phone with Verizon customer service. The employee at this location took the time to help me get my device activated. There seemed to be a lot of problems. He figured everything out like a NINJA! Even though he most likely didn’t make a dime from helping me, his customer service and hospitality were the best. I would highly recommend this location to any Verizon users, or any who want to switch. They were amazing!!

Me and my family was amazed with the support we received from these Version employee especially these two unique outstanding employee Tyler Lewis and Froy Rwz and their manager facilitating on the phone. Despite the complexity of the situation they spend more than 5 hr to complete all within that day. We came here for family plan deal coming with each line from different service providers and transferring our old numbers too. And the old service providers and the network somehow drag the transfer and account setup and initially we are told it is gone take 2 to 4 days for everything to succeed but these gold employees Tyler and Froy call 100 places and they made everything successful. What I was amazed is not because they made the phones working but their ethics for serving other is unique, and very devoted, bright mind, helping to the point, very patient and excellent team spirit. We are impressed, we will recommend others to visit this store for great service and a big saver on the deal.Thank you,Robel.

I did not leave the store without any question in mind. He speak so honestly and extremely nice. Back in December 2018, my dad and I decided that we would get the new iPhone 10+ promotion (buy one get one).We were helped by Ashley, which we loved! She had helped my dad and I out, and made sure we understand everything before we left the building. She didn’t just say, “I think so” to questions I had, but she doubled check everything for us and even took the extra mile to help us complete everything we needed to do! She has such a great attitude and personality. Literally what you’re looking for in customer service!Since that visit with Ashley, whenever we come back we always look for Ashley!Just recently, we went back in for a new promotion on the newer phone for my mom and brother. Ashley wasn’t on the clock at that time. But we had met a gentleman name Mason! The conversation we had with this person was just GREAT! He is just full of energy, he has a great personality, and his attitude literally just lightens up the room!My mom is a brand new Samsung user now, and the amount of questions she had for Mason, and the amount of patients Mason had was ASTOUNDING! He didn’t just answer all of my mom and brothers questions, but he always helped us do things that were once told to us at that location, “no we cannot do that here you need to call them yourselves.”Based on my family and I experiences with Verizon Wireless and Go Verizon, we have never met anyone like Ashley or Mason. Because of this amazing service at Go Verizon with these two, my family insists on going to Go Verizon and meet with either of them for any help!

Hi,On Sunday, November 3, my husband & I went over to the Hampden and Tower location for a required upgrade on our old cell. Mason S provided us with excellent service in selling us a A50!! He is very knowledgeable, patient, friendly, courteous - did a fine job of juggling/acknowledging other incoming customers as he was assisting us with my new cell😊!! (He was on his own that day..) I went to upgrade my phone Saturday 5/5 and Dianna was able to get me all set up with the phone and have it ordered. She told me the phone would arrive in the store Tuesday or Wednesday, but that I would receive a call. I never received a call so I decided to call the store Thursday after work. Dianna was working again and was able to let me know the phone was in the store and there mustve been some miscommunication with contacting me that the phone was ready for pick-up. She stated it was almost time for her shift to end, but that she could stay a little extra to finish closing me out. She took down my pin number so by the time I got to the store the phone would be ready for me to sign in and transfer everything over. You have no idea how amazing that was and how much time that saved on both ends (Im a new mom and needed to hurry and go pick up my baby)! She ended up staying an extra 30 minutes to help me finish upgrading my phone and made it one of the BEST experiences Ive ever had with a rep at this store by far! Dianna definitely went above and beyond! She had excellent customer service and was an amazing multi-tasker. While my phone was transferring she was able to help a couple other customers out with their quick problems. She was very knowledgeable with the products and was willing to give great advice about products to myself and other customers. She definitely gets stars in my book! I really appreciate everything Dianna! Thank you again!

My husband and I came in to this store with the intent to pay off devices on our account and purchase a new iPhone for our daughter. When we first walked in we received a very friendly welcome by a young lady named Ashley. After waiting, the gentleman working in the back of the store named Stephen asked what we were there for. He was helping two separate customers and my husband told him we didn’t have a problem waiting. He quickly responded and asked again what we were there for. My husband responded that we needed to pay off our devices and ask questions (about our bill and a new cell phone we wanted to purchase). Stephen was the rudest customer service agent we’ve ever come across. He made a big deal about us paying our devices in cash. He told us it was a process that he didn’t have time for. He made smart remarks back to my husband after my husband reminded him that it was his job to help customers. He complained that he hadn’t had lunch and that he needed to leave because his girlfriemd was waiting for him. He was so rude and condescending to the nice young lady, Ashley working with him. She was newer so she needed to ask questions while she helped with another customer. We got there at about 4:50 and left at about 6:05. My husband told Stephen that we wanted to purchase a phone too but that we could see he was too busy (and it was very clear to my husband and I that he didn’t want to be there or work.) He cussed behind the counter. He complained to us about using all his change. He complained that he had to do much more work after they close the store at 6 and that we didn’t understand. He actually suggested we come back at 4 on the next day he works to buy our phone because later than that would be too late even though the store closes at 6 (on Sunday - probably later on the weekday.) At 5:40 he began yelling across the store to Ashley to lock the doors because he didn’t need anymore customers coming in. She continued to take care of her customer and ignored him and within ten minutes of closing he complained about the two new customers that walked in needing help. Ashley, however, greeted each customer with the friendly pleasant voice she greeted us with and helped each of them while she handled the same customer she had been with most of the time we were there. Ashley was never overwhelmed and handled each customer that came through the door with ease. She was amazing! And when we left, she unlocked the doors for us (as it was past 6) and personally apologized. We told her thank you and we appreciated that and told her we’d be back Tuesday (the next shift she said she’d be there) to buy our new phone from her.We honestly have never felt so humiliated receiving service from any business before. Stephen was only concerned about himself. He made so many digs to us as he did transactions to pay off our devices that literally left me speeachless.

I typically go to Verizon store however I was at Starbucks and I stopped by Go Wireless to talk to them about purchasing a new phone that had more gigabytes. I use my phone for business and take a lot of videos and photos and Im always running out of space. I purchased the Galaxy 9 note. The store manager Eric help me with everything and explained everything to me and was extremely wise. Every time Ive come into the store for minor things like my screen breaking Nikita has always been very helpful and willing to help me immediately replace the screen. They have recently hired a wonderful sales person by the name of Ashley. Not only is she very knowledgeable probably more knowledge than most people Ive ever met dealing with phones but she has a fantastic great Smiley personality. Nate the district manager happened to be in when I came in and we talked about different ways for me to utilize my phone for my business . Thank you Nate . This will be my go to the store from now on. Everyday I go to Starbucks I wave to the people at GoWireless they are like my family now. I know that sounds weird but its kind of like cheers where everybody knows your name LOL

While it is nice to have a physical store to check out phone and talk face to face with a person, dont expect much expertise here. The store employee recommended I call Verizon to get my questions answered - they didnt know enough basic details about plans to help me.A few minutes looking at the Verizon website or talking to other Verizon customers will make you just as much as an expert as the Verizon store employee I encountered.Also, the phones I was interested in were not in stock, so I pretty much wasted my time by visiting here.

This has been the third phone I have purchased from this Go Wireless location. Colter has helped us each time we have come in. He is very courteous, very knowledgeable, and always tries to do what is best for the customer. He was able to get us new phones, set them up, and explain the options available. He even offered to come in on his day off to help us. He never rushes you and is willing to answer all of your questions completely. Top notch customer service.

Really disappointed with this store and Verizon. A bit of a long story. I purchased a Jetpack for internet while I was on the road travelling for a few months. I was told when I purchased the Jetpack in the store that the data was truly unlimited - that there were no limits and more importantly to me, no data cap (no reduced speeds after a certain GB amount of usage) - so I signed up. After using the service for a couple weeks I received an email that I had used up my 15GB limit. I could still connect, but that the speed would be reduced. This is exactly what I asked the employee about when I purchased.Now, there is a 14-day trial period, so if I returned the Jetpack within 14 days, then I wouldnt be charged an early termination fee. I didnt get the notification about the throttling back after 15GB until the 14th day, so I didnt get the device returned. Verizon then charged me a $175.00 early termination fee. Despite numerous calls to them they refused to rescind the early termination fee.I am really unhappy about this. I was misinformed during the original sale, or I never would have purchased the unit. Corporate then refuses to work with me to cancel the early termination despite their sales staff giving me the wrong information.My experience with Verizon has been horible.

Ive been in here several times in the past year and every time the staff is super, great fun and friendly. Im not a tech person what so ever and theyre so helpful explaining and never laugh at questions I feel silly asking.My first visit, in Nov. 2016, I went in late Sunday night to purchase a cell for work. I had to wait 30 min or so for help (during the holidays its expected), but they didnt mind staying past closing time at all to answer my every question I could possibly think of.

The first time I went in the guy working was very helpful and listened to the problems I was having with my phone. He had to reset my phone, so when I got home and the next day I started having other problems. I could no longer receive or send messages. After a couple days I went back in. This time the same guy was there and greeted me with whats the problem now?. Then interrupted me when I tried to tell him what was going on and said, I have another customer, why didnt you go somewhere else?. When I tried to ask if he knew what was going on with my phone again he interrupted again saying, I cant help you. You need to go somewhere else. I can only turn on a phone. Nothing else. He then listed off a bunch of other locations and told me to have a good day. I will not be going back. Customer service is a joke here. Who talks to their customers like this? Im pretty disappointed I didnt get this guys name for the review. I went to another location and told them what happened and even they were appalled that a rep talked to me that way. Save yourself time and just go to a Verizon location.

This was where I usually went for Verizon service, as Ive been with them for almost ten years. The last experience was so hostile, Im not sure Ill be back. Diana stopped me at the door as I entered. Standing in the doorway, I sheepishly explained that I needed someone to help show me how to download photos off of my new Moto phone. She said she couldnt show me without going on my laptop. I tried to explain that the phone doesnt show any files available for download when connected to any computer, but she cut me off, telling me to take my phone to Geek Squad at Best Buy. It seemed odd that a Verizon dealer wanted me to take my phone to another business, but she seemed to want me out of her store as soon possible, so I gave up and left. Very condescending and unwelcoming.UPDATE: I did indeed take my phone to Geek Squad, and after a 20 minute wait, they showed me how to download the files. As I suspected, it was a very simple procedure that I wasnt understanding. There was no reason why a representative from Go Wireless couldnt have helped me. Austin the Go Wireless Store Manager reached out to me and allowed me to express my negative experience, which I appreciate.

I am a new Verizon customer and if it wasnt for Mason I would not be one now. My phone was not even two months old and I started experiencing issues. Not receiving or sending text on a random basis. Verizon Corporate office was not helpful for two weeks and several long nights on the phone with their so called tech support. Mason stuck with me through it all until it got fixed. If you have any Verizon issues, phone or billing dont go to a Verizon store and expect it handled, go see Mason on Tower and Hampton.

Dianna and Austin are great! My first experience with Dianna was beyond expectation. This location can become extremely busy and cause the customer wait time to be a bit daunting however Dianna and Austin are excellent with multi tasking and assuring all customers are greeted and waited on in a timely manner. The internet went down while on my visit and Dianna not only gave alternative options but created an atmosphere of comfort while we all waited for the internet service to reconnect. Diannas customer service was exceptional!!! I will return to this location as long as Dianna and Austin are on duty!!

Went in for an upgrade to my phone. They didnt have what I wanted in stock, but the store manager, Colter, offered to go pick one up on his own time, off the clock. He called me when he had it ready and even got me on a plan that would save me some money. This is my 3rd phone from this location and they are always helpful and knowledgeable.

My phone totally died this morning wven though it had a charge of 82%....i went to this location for help! They were really busy....i had a bit of a wait....but my turn came and I was helped by Isaac. He was marvelous!!! He got it working, he said maybe it would die again...issue was the battery. He helped me so much! Sent me to ubreakitifixit....they sent me back to verizon...Isaac was still there. He helped me again.... did more than he has to....took time with me and I left there totally satisfied!!!! He was very pleasant amd extremely knowledgable. Thank you Isaac!!! Youre the best!!!

Went in today to upgrade our account and get new phones and the manager on shift was very deceitful about available deals. He gave us one price, and at the last minute told us that the price expired five days ago, and our price would not be much more and glossed over it like we would just go along with it and it was some kind of oversight. I dont think so! Know what youre looking for and be aware of shady practices if you go into this store!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE!! The manager is unbelievably cruel to her employees in front of customers. She berates them about “her cash” droor being short and that she has to “personally” take care of their “mistake” by putting her own money in the droor. She was cruel to me because I called earlier asking about if they match Best Buy prices. I decided to show my loyalty by going in to the Verizon store. She started to argue with me that she KNEW who I was and her employee Nikita called to tell her what I was trying to do. She was yelling at me as if I was trying to get one over on her. My question is this, “Since when does it matter that I want the best price when I’m going to spend close to a $1,000.00 in a store. Why does she care?” She was too upset over her “cash droor because she couldn’t stop counting it the whole time I was in there. The thing she didn’t realize? I was in her store not at Best Buy. I decided her treatment wasn’t worth it and I walked out.

This is the first time Im sad after leaving this store. This was my favorite place! Brand new phone doesnt work and no help towards a solution! Just makes me sad with all the money we invest in this company! Oh, well time to use my sons old flip phone and pray I get a replacement thats newer than older this time. So heartbroken!
