This team is so awesome! They show up on time, they are efficient, polite, and detailed. Their quality of work is superb! I use them monthly and they do the detailed work I am unable to do.

I paid for the initial deep clean and set up biweekly service. They were here for a fraction of the time advised would be needed for the initial clean, and the inspection after the supposed deep clean advised all was completed. That was not the case. An appointment was set for someone to come out to view missed areas that were part of the listed cleaning, and when no one showed at the schedule time, I called to see if they were still coming. I was told they forgot and would reschedule. Someone finally came out, and made a list of all the missed areas and asked for the cleaning crew to complete during the scheduled cleaning. Unfortunately, not only were most of the items on the list not completed, but the kitchen that was on the rotation for the normal cleaning (that should have been completed during the deep clean) were not done. I called the customer service manager that came out and documented all the missed areas advising of the fact that I spent 384 for the initial cleaning and another 135.00 for the 2nd cleaning and I expected the work paid for to be completed and I would be canceling further service, and she had not had the courtesy to call me back. If you are concerned with quality service, consider all other options

First clean with TCA today and will already recommend. Friendly staff from the office to the cleaners. App makes it easy to pay, schedule and get notifications. Very happy I contacted them!

I used The Cleaning Authority for about six months in 2021. Their prices were excellent, but their actual service was inconsistent. Sometimes they missed things, and I provided feedback, and it got better. At the end, they changed teams after we had another disappointing experience, and the new team did a worse job.If you dont really care about your house being really clean, just kind-of clean, then The Cleaning Authority is a pretty good deal. But if you care about things really being cleaned consistently well, I cant recommend them.

The team who worked at my house, Sharece, Ashley, and Eddy, did a wonderful job. They were professional, diligent, knowledgeable, and most of all kind and caring. It was a pleasure to have them in my home, and their work was outstanding.

Ladies did a beautiful job cleaning the house. There were three that came and they coordinated all the duties amongst themselves - who was doing the bathrooms, who was doing the dusting,who was dry mopping and wet mopping the floors. They were very professional and friendly. I would recommend this service and the price is right! Good job ladies.

The TCA team has been very good to work with. They’re attentive to things I point out, work fast and efficiently, and do a great job. They’ve also been accommodating when I needed to change my cleaning day, and have provided consistency by sending the same team each time.

Have had them for about a month and so far so good. Are they perfect, no, but they do a good job. Id say they error slightly expensive, but they do treat their employees well from what I can tell.

Had our first clean today and it was excellent. On time, professional, and a very clean home.

They went above and beyond to do special things we asked - dust a hangin light fixture, clean orange residue out of corner of shower - and also searched for an expensive knife they heard we had lost, even searching in our outside garbage bin. Wonderful! But then after they had left Phil found there was still debris not vacuumed up between the coffee table and sofa. So I loved their spirit of effort but one little spot was missed

The cleaning crews are always friendly and do a good job with my 4 bed 3 bath house. It usually takes them 1.5-2hrs and they sweep, mop, dust vacuum and do all bath rooms! I really appreciate the attentiveness to my kitchen!

The owners son is unprofessional and is flat out dishonest. I was over promised and never delivered and he made every excuse why the crew never showed up and then scheduled me a completely different day and time and no one bothered to confirm. I would NEVER recommend this company.

I had a post-remodel deep cleaning. The Cleaning Authority staff arrived and got to work. They were very polite, conscientious, and did a great job. I glad I called them, and Ill be having them back regularly!

The cleaners are very quiet as they are cleaning. They provide the overview of what they will be cleaning that day. The only thing that I feel detracts from the service is having to introduce new people each month to the house. It would be so much easier if the same people were able to come each month. I have started requesting the same cleaners for consistently. I will give kudos for flexibility of scheduling - my schedule can be difficult and they are always able to accommodate.

We have been using Cleaning Authority for about 6 months now and are satisfied overall. Weve had a couple quality issues over the months, but Management was very quick with their response and resolution. We requested that Lorena/Flor/Rosa be assigned as our regular clean team after they did an amazing job on re-service, and since theyve been doing the cleaning, there have been no problems. They do quality cleaning and pay attention to detail!

I have been putting off hiring a new cleaning crew for months- but my house has become a disaster zone since previous cleaning person stopped coming Ste covid hit and I couldn’t put it off an longer. I was embarrassed about the state of my home, and I also have a... unique... style, and have a lot of stuff that could be offensive to some. I had nothing to worry about! There was no judgment over anything, the state of my home or anything in it. I was at ease immediately having these ladies in my home- covid precautions taken(I’m very high risk), and they actually enjoyed some of my decor others may be offended by. They were happy, positive, pleasant people with upbeat attitudes and great personalities (when we chatted for a few minutes when they were done). They did a phenomenal job, working around my clutter (I’m in the outdress of reorganizing like, everything!), they were extremely detailed, and re-cleaned a couple areas simply because my tiles and counters tend to leave streaks after products dry- instead of settling for, “ that’s just the way it’s going to be,” as well as discussing with me what products have been used in the past to avoid streaks. I could not have been happier with the team sent- Keysha and Jeannie, then the quality control, Kat. I totally adore the team assigned to me, and am so happy. I feel like that is something that was considered after my walkthrough/ estimate with Ryan, and it feels like he chose a team that would be comfortable in my home, and that I would be comfortable with. I also want to note here, that I’m also really impressed with what I was told by Ryan about the company’s reaction to covid and how they have ensured that their employees are taken care of during this difficult time. I was told that they laid off no one, that even though their # of homes decreased the employee’s paychecks did not even if they are cleaning less homes, and that they are in no way pressured to come to work if they don’t feel well or may have been exposed. This was really important to me, I really wanted to support a locally owned business that was supporting their employees, and if this is all true I feel like this company went above and beyond to support & protect their employees- and clients, by adding extra sanitizing steps without extra charges. Beyond “Just” cleaning, there is an unspoken service provided here- in a time when I don’t leave my house and have no visitors, it was nice to have safe face to face interaction with other (really cool, happy, upbeat, interesting) human beings... not only do I have a really clean house, but I also feel uplifted and a little more engaged with humanity. I truly couldn’t be more impressed! I also wanted to note that pricing is beyond reasonable, and much less than a quote I got from another service years ago. The first 2 cleanings are slightly more, not much, to ensure a very clean canvas for them to continue on. You can also say, for example, my guess room doesn’t need to be cleaned often, so they will eliminate the cost of that room from regular cleaning, but will provide the cost for cleaning that room when you want to add it on (for example, I think my guest bed/ bath is like $10). I think it’s also great that they sign a regular team to your home, so you don’t have different people all the time. Also, they have a very specific and extensive check list to go off of, so you (& they) sideways know what’s to be done and what to expect (including things like wiping baseboards and door jambs!). They also have a rotating clean schedule with 4 rotations, so each time a different area gets a little more attention, things that don’t necessarily need to be done every clean. Having had someone clean for years for me in the past, without a list, things could be inconsistent, missed, forgotten for months... that’ll never happen now! I knew that I’d be happy with the results, but I am actually crazy impressed, and I really couldn’t be happier!

Xiomara and Estela showed up on time and did an amazing job cleaning my home today! I am rather particular and was so impressed with their work that I have requested they be our cleaning crew regularly. Ed is also great at making sure we are satisfied. After trying a few cleaning services, I am thankful we have found one that strives to meet our expectations.

We started with the Cleaning Authority after realizing our previous cleaners were being mean to our dogs. All of the Cleaning Authority staff has been nice to our pups which is the most important thing to us. After our first cleaning, the Cleaning Authority lowered our bill (unheard of!) In general I would rate our cleanings as an 8 out of 10 but this week Xiomara and Estela did a perfect job. I only wish we had the same cleaners every week but either way we trust the Cleaning Authority.

I loved my experience with the owner that I met with initially and the two women that came to clean my home! My home was spotless! Best I’ve ever seen actually. My only disappointment is the lack of communication from the scheduling department. The first appointment I had to call twice to get the actual date of service. And still have not received a call back from them to switch my second cleaning date.

I appreciate the care Cassie & Tiffany take while in our home. I also like dealing with a nation-wide organization that provides a well-trained, screened and insured staff. The team is always responsive and flexible.

First cleaning was horrible. They came back that day to fix the issue. Gave them a second chance and the cleaning was horrible again. They do the extreme bare minimum and do not provide what is promised on deep clean rotational days. I would not recommend this company.

I contacted these folks because I live in a home with a big dog and two roommates. We all work and the dog tracks in mud and sheds, and every time the cleaners leave, our home is very clean. Shouts out to Teneil and Jordan, as well as Lydia and Jesus, who showed up early today and rescheduled because we werent ready for them. TCA makes it super easy to move cleanings, reschedule, and they are very clear about what exactly they will do each time they visit your home. Its honestly taken a huge responsibility off me having them clean for us, so thanks to yall.
