I just want to give a shout out to American Maid Carpet Cleaning and their House Cleaning Division! I called 15 different companies in the area since I had an urgent request to clean one of my rentals, which was left in a really bad shape by the tenants, with extremely dirty carpets, dirty bathrooms/kitchen and all you can imagine! It was so bad that I couldn’t even show it to some prospects and interested parties. Erica, the owner of American Maid, was the only one that got back to me within a few hours, and she answered all of my questions and set me up with carpet cleaning and a thorough house cleaning within 2 days. They did an outstanding job!! They were hard working, professional, efficient and respectful of our place. BUT most importantly, the old carpets look like NEW again and the house is incredibly clean, sanitized and looks amazing!! After all the cleanings were done I signed a long-term contract with a great new tenant! Thank you so much Erica and American Maid! And by the way: Erica never over-charged me for the short-term appointment booking. And their prices are so reasonable, way below what others charge in this area. I told my realtor to start using and recommending this company to all of his clients. I know I will recommend them to everyone I know. I have never had the pleasure to hire a Veteran owned business before, and I am so glad I did!! Punctual, professional, hardworking, attentive to details, fast, these vets really earned it! What a treat to come home to a super-clean house! American Maid truly exceeded my expectations and my house smells so clean and fresh, and not like chemicals. This company did not miss a single detail, and my house just sparkles from top to bottom! I would say that, compared to the other cleaning companies that I previously hired, American Maid is the best deal/priced out there, especially for the amount of cleaning that they offer every time (plus hotel-style towel folding in each bath). Ive used other carpet cleaning companies before but none of them compare to American Maid Carpet Cleaning! My old carpet has found new life after being treated right by their technicians! My wife and I have used other cleaning companies in the past, and they just did that, a mediocre job of cleaning, dusting and tidy up our place.. then a friend referred us to Erica at American Maid, and only then we noticed the difference!! We bought a place where every bathroom has severe hard water stains, and all of the previous cleaning companies said that there was nothing they could do about it, and recommended that we get new shower doors and glass. Erica and her team showed all of them how to properly clean a shower and glass doors (the pic I am attaching doesnt really do justice to their great work ethics and efforts). Were blown away at how American Maid trains their employees, and were extremely pleased with the constant quality of their work and attentiveness to the smallest details that you simply wont get from other cleaning companies! American Maid is the absolutely BEST cleaning service around!! I have literally gone through about 3 different cleaning companies in the past 8 months, all of which performed a deep clean of my house, BUT American Maid was the ONLY ONE that thoroughly did the job right! Erica and her team came to clean my house, and they were amazing in every detail, from the ceiling fans to our kitchen cabinets, to streak free shower doors, shiny counters and mirrors, I mean WOW!! I’ve never had a cleaning company point out to me that most kitchen cabinets (and bathrooms too) can eventually get covered in grease, dust and dirt. But as soon as they were done cleaning them, ALL of my house cabinets looked brand new! And I LOVE that this company guarantees that the cleaning team that cleans your house will be the same EVERY time! No other company in Denver does that. Wow, these vets can sure hustle! They really exceeded my expectations! Consistent quality cleanings due to their policy “you keep the cleaning crew you’re happy with”, punctual and always finish on time, incredibly competitive price for what you get and incredible customer service. I mean, what a gift to leave for work knowing that your house and pets are in good hands. And then come back home at the end of a long day to a sparkling and incredibly cleaned place. American Maid has been cleaning my home now for a few months, and I am so grateful that I have found them. I like the concept of keeping a consistency with each “cleaning team”, meaning you will get the same cleaning people (usually two people) all the time, unless you are dissatisfied and then they will send you a different team. I also love the fact that a manager with 15+ year of experience accompanies each team that comes into my home, that gives me a level of confidence that allows me to give them a key for access, whether I am home or not. We live in Blackstone, and we have heard horrible stories from some of our neighbors dealing with unethical cleaning companies. American Maid is professional, insured and bonded, they truly know how to clean and sanitize your home, they’re extremely courteous, they’re always on time, they’re great with your pets, and they always exceed my expectations! As a US veteran myself I was so pleased and amazed to see what this company did for my home. My wife and I went through 3-4 big franchise cleaning companies in the past several years, and the problem that we have seen is that you get 1 or 2 good cleanings out of 10, and it is because it comes down to the individuals that clean your home, and NOT the company that you hire. We kept asking these big franchise companies to please send us the same cleaning crew, and they all said that it couldn’t be done. So, we fired them all and hired American Maid, they ONLY company that will guarantee to send you the same cleaning crew to your home, that way you get the same great results, peace of mind and your pets get used to them (by the way, my pets love my cleaning crew!!). We also love the fact that this company and their workers actually love what they do, and that maybe is what sets this company apart from the rest? Let me just say.. first time in a long time I didnt sneeze or cough after a cleaning company came to my house to clean!! I came home and just kept saying, Wow!! because everything was so incredibly tidy and clean, nothing was missed, nothing was broken! Even my pets were calm, lol!
