They use environmental and allergy friendly natural cleaners and get many things clean that I cannot. I have been a customer with Castle Fresh House Cleaning for going on 7 years. As a company it has expanded and evolved. They really know their business. I have always been please with their attentiveness and responsiveness to any and all concerns. I am very satisfied with their cleaning services and well trained and friendly employees.

I have been using castle fresh for a couple of months. They are always on time. They call twenty to thirty minutes before they arrive just as a reminder. They do an outstanding job. Recently I had a surgery and am not supposed to lift more than six pounds. They were so thoughtful. They set things in my house in a way I wouldn’t have to lift things. I appreciate their thorough and great job. They always exceed my expectations.

It’s hard to find reputable, professional house cleaning companies that serve the foothills, so I’m very happy to have found Castle Fresh! Brian answered all of my questions when I called and was able to find a time for my house to be cleaned in a tight timeframe. The housecleaner was on time, professional, quiet, and thorough. Brian was amazing with regard to providing information about their service, pricing (Very reasonable) and being able to customize/accommodate my needs. Katie was punctual, very pleasant on the phone, did a wonderful job, and I appreciate her hard work. I would have given 5 stars if it had not been for the cleaning product leaving the flooring somewhat sticky and not as clean as I would have liked. However, I would still recommend Castle Fresh highly.

Castle Fresh House Cleaning is the best cleaning service around. I have gone through about 3 different cleaning companies, all of which performed a deep clean of my house and Castle was the only one that went above and beyond. Angel, who cleaned our house was amazing in every detail, from the ceiling fans to our kitchen cabinets. Angel addressed to me that our kitchen cabinets were covered in grease, I had no idea. Once she once done, the cabinets looked brand new. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a spotless home.

This house cleaning was my attempt to show my appreciation of the hard work that my wife does for us. I and even more importantly, my wife, was very pleased with, Catherine, the Castle Fresh person, sent to make that surprise happen.She was a great time manager. She consulted with me when she first arrived (on time) to confirm what were the priority items that must be done by the end of her day. Two or three times during the day she gave me quick updates as to what she had completed vs what yet needed to be accomplish and if she thought she had enough time to finish the tasks she had committed to complete. At my real world job, I wish I had paid consultants that were as conscientious in giving me project updates.Catherine never sat down for a minute. She practically ran from task to task. Her attention to detail was wonderful.I cannot swear that all of the Castle Fresh employees are the same. This was the first time that I had used their service. Kudos to Brian, her manager, for recognising her talents and hiring her.

We have just recently started using Castle Fresh. This month, Ann was our cleaner and she was amazing! She was friendly, fast and so thorough. Fingers crossed that they send her again 😊

We booked a deep clean of our small rancher for $170, when the cleaner arrives, halfway through the house says well need to pay more to complete the job. The person we talk to says it will be another $40. Brian states that we agreed to 4.5 hours and it would take more than this, and claims this is in the job contract. When we looked, it says a certain amount of time. I have never used such a shady cleaning company! When I pointed out that this is an incredibly sleezy and unethical practice i have never come across before he states that the Amazon generation doesnt believe they need to pay for anything. I have been paying and generously tipping people working on our house all week as we get it ready for showing and this is the ONLY company weve ever worked with on the house that has prompted me to write a negative review. Absolutely crooked business, find someone else.
