Customer service here is great! Im a new hot tub owner and Jasmine has helped me on multiple occasions to ensure I bought the right chemicals, as well as guided me on how to administer and the timing of each. My hot tub has been crystal clear ever since. Highly recommend!

I bought a two person jacuzzi from Steve. He worked with me over several months to get me the jacuzzi for my tiny house. I ended up with a mobile home instead and it sits perfectly on my patio. He was patient and nice as I kept coming back to check on things before I moved. I was still able to get the sale package that had all of the accessories to get me set up and into my jacuzzi in one day. I bought my jacuzzi and it was delivered in May. I am thankful for their continued support of being a first time owner. The staff answers all of my questions. They are very knowledgeable.

Nate was phenomenal at helping us pick out the perfect spa. He explained the details so that we could make an educated decision. Once the spa was delivered, there was an issue with the operation. They got a technician out the next day to fix it. Customer service at its finest all the way around.

Very friendly and helpful staff

I don’t remember the name of the young lady that helped us but I went there with questions about my above ground pool and she literally spent a half an hour explaining everything to me even though they don’t really deal with pools at this location. She said she researched things herself and helped me step-by-step to understand what my pool needed and why. This was honestly the best customer service I’ve ever received anywhere and I will never go anywhere else for my pool supplies and chemicals!

I walked around the store for 10 minutes. It looked like only one person was working. No one made any attempt to wait on me or even tell me that would wait on me.

Steve and his staff at the Aurora Spa Brokers are the most professional and knowledgeable people in the Denver Metro area! We love our spa and it has definitely improved our health. This Spa Brokers has been amazing. We bought our unit at the end of 2017, 2 weeks later it showed up and could not more pleased. It has been great having this convenience. Steve & and most recently Travis has taken care of every stupid question we have ever had. We were so impressed we took our friends there and they are now like family. We have an above ground salt water pool (seasonal) and will get all our pool supplies here as well!

Awesome. Steve was very knowledgeable and we almost killed him. We had a old bottle of spa chemical and he opened the bottle to smell it and it about killed him. It smelled like ammonia 10mg. The whole time we were there he was hacking and gagging and still was able to give us the knowledge and chemicals we needed to take care of our spa. Go see Steve and buy a spa and tell him the people that almost killed him by chemical poisoning sent ya! Hell still be able to help ya out through all the hacking and gagging. Also, you may already have a spa but you wont be able to walk out of there without wanting at least 6 different items from there. BEAUTIFUL SPAS, OUTSIDE FIRE PITS TO SET UP BY THE SPA. Its a water lovers heaven.

Nancy and I bought a hot tub nearly a year ago. We have been extremely pleased with the hot tub and service. Travis took the time to find out our needs and make sure we got the perfect unit. Four months into our use, we developed an allergic reaction to the bromine. Julia and Steve worked with us trying different levels and sanitizers till we were able find the right levels. The three of them were always positive and happy to see us. We highly recommend the three of them to anyone considering a hot tub or needing a problem with theirs.

When I bought my house in 2004 it had a spa out back that the previous homeowner purchased 6 years earlier from Spa Brokers - so I contacted the Aurora location on Abilene and the rest is history. The exact SAME person has come out to service my tub when I needed it all these years and the SAME person has helped me in the store too. All their staff is extremely knowledgeable and it seems like been there forever. In 2015 I finally had to replace my tub after almost 20 years and AGAIN they were Johnny on the Spot. They helped me select a comparable new tub (at a great price) , took my gazebo apart, hauled off the old tub, installed the new one AND put the gazebo back together..........I wont go anywhere else. I send all my friends there for tubs AND fireplaces and more. Go see TRAVIS today - hell help you pick the perfect tub, etc., give you a great deal AND be around later when you need something else.

We moved to a rural setting with well water and the house we bought has a hot tub/spa. After more than a month of attempting to get the chemicals balanced, my neighbor told me about spa brokers in Aurora. She said go there, they will test your water and tell you what you need. I did. Unfortunately I had to drain the hot tub as I had pretty much chemicaled it to death. Now after probably 5 visits with Julia (I am sure she is sick of me), I got the ok to go in the tub today!! We went there this weekend after going to the Location on Quebec Street earlier in the day. With the exception of the girl at the front desk the guy named Travis and the Bald guy walking around the store were not friendly at all. Not only did they not even acknowledge us when we walked in the store, but when we asked about the outdoor saunas Travis sarcastically said they start at $7000, and didn’t offer to even explain anything to us beyond that. It’s like if we were inconveniencing him. I felt like he assumed we couldn’t afford it, yet we payed for our Marquis Epic hot tub in cash go figure. That really bothered me because we didn’t get treated that way at all at this store on Quebec St. We will definitely not be coming to this location ever again. We will stick with the store on Quebec Street as every one of their folks acknowledge us and answer all of our questions and don’t judge us. If you want a wonderful experience and knowledgeable staff go to this Spa Brokers on Quebec!

We shopped at several fireplace stores and our electrician recommended this Spa Broker store. We visited the store one afternoon and Travis showed us around and educated us on the best options for our home with a fireplace insert. Travis made our decision easy, all of our questions were answered in an intelligent and helpful manner. We are looking forward to the install this Thursday. While we were waiting for the order to be written up we shopped in the hot tub section. Travis pointed a smokin deal on a unit which is beautiful and included a towel warmer. The tub was delivered a few days later and Im so excited to get in for the first time. We spent quite a bit of money that day and have had no regrets, we are so happy with our purchases. I want to thank Travis for the excellent customer service he provided and thank him for helping talk my husband into the hot tub!We had started at Lehrers who provided no service. They sent a someone to give us a bid but he never sent it. They totally dropped the ball. Their employees were too busy talking behind the counter to even say hello or attempt to help us. Spa Brokers had a guy out in a few days and the total bid for everything was over $1000.00 less than Lehrers. AND our insert is more beautiful than any of the options at Lehrers.
