Super fun. Not as clean as Id like. The equipment all seemed in great shape. Im not too jazzed about the foam pits being covered, its definitely not as safe or fun. But we had a good time. You need to Vegan and healthy food please! One staff member was nice. The rest are young kids and dont have much as far as customer service.

Overall a good experience here, but encountered two frustrations. Some recommendations to make the customer experience better: 1) tell customers when checking in that they MUST purchase specific defy socks and that you cannot use other trampoline park socks. Just asking “do you have socks?” isn’t specific. Not having to get back in line to get a pair would make for a more satisfied customer and be more efficient for everyone. 2) try to have adequate staff available to cover the attractions that need a staff member present or post times when there will be a staff member covering the attraction so customers can be aware.

Very clean and tons of fun! A tad expensive, but totally worth it! My kids (4 &1) had a blast. We’re going to do the monthly membership so we get the most bang for our buck (starts at $20/month with a 3 month commitment). Equipment is all is great shape and very well maintained. Only downfall is there is no outside food or beverage allowed (other than water) so you have to purchase from the snack bar or eat before/after. Overall, a great, fun, safe and well maintained place. A lot of the trampoline parks around town are not very safe, but DEFY does a great job. Try it out, kids and adults will all have fun.

Kids had fun but the rules and regulations suck. We arrived with trampoline grip socks and were told we had to spend more money and buy THEIR trampoline socks when they were literally the exact same socks, just different color. The staff were blowing their whistles for everything from staying on the upper part of ramp trampolines too long to having half their activities closed. Wont be returning, we will take our business else where.

If I could give this place zero star I would. We came here for a little Birthday fun for my daughter and her cousins and friends. We stop by on Sunday to check if we can bring cake and just to have a seating area for Wednesday evening and was told that was fine since Wednesday is usually not busy. We came today and was told we can’t have my daughter cake here because we did not have a confirmed birthday party on the list. We were treated really poorly. Don’t tell us one thing and say something different when we get here. We asked to speak to the manager and was told they weren’t here. This was the worst experience we had for our daughter Birthday. We had to tell her she couldn’t have her Birthday cake here. Very disappointing it was store brought ice cream cake and unopened. I was not offer an observer band and couldn’t get in to see my daughter. Had to go to the front to get one. The front was really rude and asked if I signed a waiver um yes I did when I signed my kids waiver. On another note there was no staff to man the jumping area. Only 1 staff at the entrance. Again disappointed we couldn’t enjoy the full area because lack of staff and some station required staff assistance. In respond to you getting back to me.We were not offered the outside food fee. This was not mentioned either. While in the jumping area there were other patents who did not have the band and was in there.

It states the following in the email sent by DEFY when you purchase tickets, Gripper SocksFor proper grip and hygiene, gripper socks are approved/required footwear at DEFY Denver for $3.00 per pair and are yours to keep and reuse (assuming good condition and grips intact). It does not state that you MUST purchase DEFY branded socks and that they will not let you in with gripper socks from a different trampoline park. Then when I addressed this, the staff was rude.

They added a new slide which is awesome for the kids, but how can you enjoy it after paying for it when they put a sign in front of the slide saying staff needs to be present to use. Then staff it so it gets covered so kids can use it. I only see 2 staff members for the entire area, one watching the gate and 1 walking around to keep an eye on 100 or more people. This place was sooo much fun and as for a 26 yearold, I felt like I was 15 at jump street again. With the exception that Defy had so many more activities and more of a trampoline experience than I could have thought up. Basketball, obstacles, Robin and a hoop. Foam pits everywhere. I saw all ages there and everyone was so nice and all around looked like a blast no mater where youre standing. Not to mention the staff is so friendly and welcoming to all new comers to the park. I had a membership from this place last year. (Aurora, CO). After 3 months I cancelled the membership and the monthly charges stopped. Today, looking through by bank statements I noticed I was being charged again since February. (my last charge before that was when I cancelled which was November of 2020). I called and spoke with the manager, by the name of Jay I believe and explained what was happening. He asked me to go online and request a cancelation of the membership. I told him that I wanted a refund for those months I was being charged after I had cancelled and that they were not authorized to continue charging. He sounded surprised when I asked for the refund and said he can not refund the money. I tried explaining to him what had happened and he began talking over me and did not let me continue explaining and he hung up the phone on me. I proceeded to call corporate and I clicked all the options the automated service gave me and not one person answered or the recording said that the voice mail is full. So not only did they commit fraud by charging my credit card again after I had cancelled and they had stopped charging, but decided two months later to charge again, but they hire completely unprofessional, inexperienced, rude teenagers (it sounded like a teenager) and corporate is no where to be found. I cancelled my credit card and filed a dispute for fraud. Great job Defy!!!!!

Everything involving foam blocks is closed, as well as arbitrary items staff deems to be closed. The big air mattress was not roped off, but we were told off for using it. Employees were very concerned whenever I moved my mask to catch my breath, but took theirs off to talk to each other. Dont get me wrong, I wouldnt wear a mask if I had a choice. But I wasnt given one and employees should be held to the same standard. Trash scattered throughout the play areas, empty bottles and wrappers.

I often come here with my children who are 5 and 7 years old. Last week I decided to join my kids in the jumping session. When we came in I found the most fun trampoline and launched myself into the sea of foam cubes. It was a great jump right up to the moment when I realized that my phone flew out of my pocket and now is resting somewhere in the depths of the foam cubes. Luckily for me a staff member, Nathan, was standing nearby and asked me what happened as she saw the frustration in my eyes. I told Nathan about my dilemma and he swiftly jumped into action roaming through the cubes trying to find my phone. After a little bit of time I lost hope and made peace with the idea that I will most likely not find my phone. As I was getting out of the foam pit Nathan called my name and as I turned around he was holding my phone in his hand. I could not be more happy at that moment and grateful to him for his help. So we always come here I realize that its not just about the fun times but about great customer service and friendly and helpful staff members like Nathan.

Summer COVID review:We visited during the 9am little kid hour, the first session of the day, a few weeks after Defy re-opened post COVID closure. That’s $12 per kid. However, everything with foam was closed: obstacle course, foam pits, zip line, pseudo-slackline, and any trampolines that jump into foam. Basically, only trampolines we’re open with no discount in cost. The whole place is marked up with arrows for crowd movement although we were the only ones there. It would be very restrictive if there was a crowd and it was enforced. For safety, they do temp checks at the door. No masks while jumping were required. Many mats were dingy and there was one employee who vacuumed the entire hour we were there, as one point having the cord on the trampoline my kids were playing on. I found it really weird that the contactless water bottle filler was closed along with the drinking fountain. The kids had a blast though. I smiled and nodded and jumped, but we won’t be back.

Great deal if you get the Groupon and want to have some fun with friends. $13 for 90 minutes and you’ll be lucky if your body even lets you jump for 90 minutes lol. Only reason I won’t give 5 stars is because even though they don’t have any other Covid precautions (masks, distancing, etc.) — which is fine because I’m vaccinated and don’t mind anywhere I go — they still had the water fountain closed off. We asked if they gave out cups of water at the cafe and they told us no and that we had to buy a water bottle. So we each bought one. As we were leaving, there was a table of kids drinking water from clear cups and we asked if they got them for free and they told us yes. That kind of annoyed us. If you’re going to close the water fountains, at least give out free cups of water and don’t have different policies for each person who walks up to the counter.

What a great spot. This indoor trampoline park is cleaner and offers far more to do than others in the surrounding area. The staff are great to work with, unlike at many similar locations. It was quick to get started and not overly crowded (a mix of it being a newer location, a weekday, and a large enough facility that there was room for everyone). You pay for the amount of time you want to jump/play, plus $3 for their super grippy socks that come in a variety of colors (and are reusable, so you only have to pay for socks once). There are trampolines, a dodgeball court, a large pillow to jump into, plus lots of foam block pits with activities - tight ropes, zip lines, swings, trapeze bars, a climbing wall, rings, aerial silks, and even a Ninja Warrior Course type space. Definitely something for everyone! And the best part is that there are couches scattered all around the facility so that parents have a comfortable place to sit and watch their kids if they arent jumping! High marks for that. We jumped for 60 minutes ($16 per person over the age of 7) but would have liked 90 minutes. Pricey, but fun. Splurge once in a while and check them out.Definitely recommend.

It was okay. I was a bit weirded out by all the new rules, and all of the foam cubes are covered up which was annoying. The ledge where you can jump down on to an inflatable mattress thing was apparently out of order. Also the water fountains are closed, forcing us to pay for water, which isnt very cool of the staff. And whats with the name change? Spider monkey was a way better name. One more thing. It took a really long time for the staff to check us in, and by the time we got our wristbands on and our stuff in our locker, we barely had 30 minutes left to do anything. I used to like this place, but now its just annoying. Needs a whole lot of improvement.
