Moved from a large competitor. Much nicer gym. Super cordial desk staff. Better equipment and more amenities. Glad I changed to VASA.

Superbly clean, friendly staff, lots of branded merchandise, food trucks and smoothie stands outside. I absolutely love this location.

This gym is not a bad gym. The problem most machines do not have a weight stack pin because they get stolen left and right. I ended up just leaving. I was excited to join this gym, but it has been two months and this is frustrating because you can’t use most of the machines. Staff will tell you it isn’t their fault and they are ordering some more. This is the first gym ever where I have had this kind of issues.

Its a really nice gym with good quality equipment. Only downfall is that it is a zoo during peak hours.Expect to wait for a lot of equipment. Overall for the price, youre getting a great gym with some good added amenities, but please be aware how busy it can get in there.

I know this gym has been getting a lot of shade due to the pins issue. But they say they ordered new ones. Can’t really be mad if it’s the same VASA customers stealing them. They kept their word & the gym has all new pins now. Great staff, & equipment is always clean.

Been a member for 2 weeks enjoy the classes and the equipment and how close it is to home. And the flexibility of hours.

Really just starting here, so far so good, love the amenities, spa, massage chair. Only wish the pool and basketball courts were bigger. Especially since they are the main things that attracted me. One full court, and a 3 lane pool doesnt go that far

Please please get an assault bike like the ones in other Vasa... both springs location have them and they’re terrible as a gym, you are better than them. Clean and friendly, however, need assault bike for cardio. Please for the love of Buddha

Pretty well maintained, all the equipment is pretty much new and decent quality. One machine had a detached cable. Nice, clean interior. The reason for 4 stars is that even when it wasnt very busy I had to wait for bench press and some other free weight equipment. They should get rid of half of the cardio machines and use the extra space for for free weight equipment.

This gym has all the free weights, and machines that in my opinion anybody would,or could need. Plus the staff is very friendly, and helpful. I enjoy this gym 100%.

The gym is huge with lots of work out options and is very clean. I’m using a trainer, Stephen Clements, and he is absolutely wonderful. I have an injured shoulder and he is taking good care of me and my situation during our workouts AND he made them fun and not boring. I highly recommend him and the gym.

Missing all their weight stack pins!!! Now all the other options are crowded. This is ridiculous. I’m rehabbing an injury, and I need the stability of those machines. Why outs out only this location that has this problem? Unacceptable, they need to find a solution.…as of 8/21, the pins have all been replaced. This is a good gym otherwise!

Like the facility but they don’t clean the showers or lockers very often. They have plenty of staff but none are consistently keeping the locker room clean. There’s COVID variants among us and they need to assure its patrons they’re making a noticeable effort we’d appreciate a cleaned facility.

Great facilities and friendly staff. They have a wide range of classes for anyone of any fitness level. My husband and I are obese joined the gym to lose weight and get in shape. We feel part of the gym not judged or put down in anyway. VASA says all inclusive and they mean it. Cant recommend them enough.

This is a good gym and its clean. The real problem is all the hidden fees that they have in their contract. They gonna charge you after you have joined $80 for deposit, why do they need a deposit with no refund? And if you want to quit be ready to pay $25 + the next month even if you dont go and youre trying to cancel the membership at the beginning of the month you will have to pay it. Practically be ready for ridiculous charges to your account.

Great place but the mens locker room is a train wreck! Always dirty and many broken showers and I have never seen it clean.You would think with all that is going on if VASA was concerned about health they would clean the locker room.Has me thinking of joining a different facility!

The amount of stuff you have access to including 5 squat racks, a pool and sauna, for $10 is insane. Also very easy to freeze or cancel your membership on the app. It’s pretty crowded during peak hours but it’s a great deal

This Vasa fitness is such a great place to workout. I love coming here because it is such a good environment to be around. The staff is very professional and extremely friendly and always help me when I have any questions or need any help. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a starting gym.

23 machines were missing pins for close to 2 weeks! Customer service there is a complete joke! Front desk personnel hardly greets/speaks to you and if you complain about missing equipment (pins), you are pretty much told, oh well then leave!!! Finally have pins now, but still such a lack of customer service!

I had an exceptional experience with customer service in trying to resolve a financial issue. On two occasions, both Paul and Brielle with extremely accommodating and eager to help. Excellent experience.

I’ve been coming here since September 2020 and this Gym reminds me of being just at home in Arizona. They didn’t have any VASA’s out in AZ when I decided to move to Colorado, I was in search and VASA has made it super easy and have been very accommodating to all areas of my workouts and training. I highly recommend them. They have all the equipment that you could ask for and what sold me was the weightlifting area.

A good gym with a good staff. The classes are solid. The reason it gets a 3 star rating is because the gym is so unbelievably crowded that you have to wait a long time to do the stuff you want

Started out great, now lots of failing equiment worn out material on seats and benches.. no weight stack pins for equipment.. spin bikes with dead batteries in displays...machines with error codes... not sure whats changed lately..Prolly heading back to 24 hour fitness..

This vasa is wonderful. However, it’s constantly busy. Super packed, it’s ridiculous. There’s almost always a line for cable machines, weights, and cardio.If you don’t like large crowds, be prepared to wait. Lately, I have noticed a decline in working equipment and misplaced equipment. It’s frustrating.

It’s a nice gym and everything, it’s just SOOOO PACKED it’s ridiculous! The classes are nice, sauna, steam room, etc.. I recommend this to anyone. But if you don’t like large crowds, don’t go there!!! It opens at 5am and it’s already busy!!! All the way until closing.

Staff need to keep accountability of metal pins for machines. Seems like we as customers are fighting over pins to be being able to work out but then there’s a a lot of us not being able to because of lack of accountability. Please fix this issue vasa, absolutely love everything else

Way too crowded!!! I get there at 5:45 am and EVERY squat rack is taken and every free bench is taken - you have to adjust your workout EVERY time you go. If you are hard core - DO NOT JOIN THIS GYM.

Awesome gym, went with a friend who was already a member enjoyed everything about the gym. The facility clean and wipes easily available. The only con would be they got rid of the day passes so my friend had to pay 16.00 to change her membership so I could come in.

I started going to Vasa as a new years resolution (I know, I know cliché). However, I didnt really enjoy going and felt intimated by the equipment and people who appeared to be experts in the gym. I started training with Shemeika Cuba early spring. She has been nothing but encouraging and supportive of me! I am happy to report that after my most recent physical I am no longer pre-diabetic and I have been given approval that I am healthy enough to start having children. Im so grateful for Shemeika for pushing me.

Ive struggled with my weight most of my life. The last year has been the toughest of my life with my home breaking. Vasa has provided me with friends and a way to let out stress. My body has transformed and for the first time in my life im not ashamed to look in a mirror. This place is amazing and i encourage everyone to join.

The reason why I gave this rating it is not because they would not fantastic but in reality there is no place that is a five-star rating it skew the statistics and affect the bell curve time yeah I took four years of statistics and analytical measurements. Yes hey gave great customer service the facility is well kept up and clean with that its nothing thats above and beyond what is in THERE job description and I dont expect anything less. Side note the rating I was trying to give to them is a 3.5, but there is one employee there that deserves a five-star rating and she knows who she is with that shes going to get something very nice in return for me.

They didnt let us use the free day pass and essentially rejected us by asking us to pay for a few hours. They initially said the occupancy was the issue. However, after we offered to pay they said they would let us in. Claiming occupancy would no longer matter. Seems as if they wanted to make a few quick bucks.

I like the staff and facilities. The Personal Trainers are also super friendly and the evaluation comprehensive.

Great gym overall. I wouldnt recommend going between 5pm - 9pm as its gets really busy and you usually have to wait to get on any equipment

The cleanliness of this Vasa was in very poor condition, especiallythe showers. Majority of machine wipes were missing wipes, the mens bathrooms had cleaning equipment still in the stall, and the shower had ANTS and God know what those other BUGS were. Too bad I cant post pictures. Other Vasas I have been too were in great condition, but I would recommend avoiding this one till the cleanliness improves.

Excellent customer service and professional advice

SCAMMERS! They charge you an additional $50 once a year as a rate lock in. I have never heard of a company doing this. I never agreed to this. I am disputing the fee with my bank and leaving this scammer gym. I never attended anyway as they never offered the courses I need such as water aerobics. So I want all my money back and I will get it. Stay away from scammers. They steal from Disabled Veterans. Sickening.

This place has everything! Classes, lap pool, cardio movie theater, and a friendly staff. Its what Ive been looking for for years!

Be careful of this place. I was about to sign up and noticed they have a fee called Rate Guarantee that they charge after you have joined for a few months. They also charge you if you quit before 6 months are up.I really dislike gyms with hidden fees.

I like the how the environment is and how the trainers care about your goals not just in fitness but in life.

The staff is very friendly, the gym is very clean, I love watching movies when Im on the treadmill, and theres plenty of equipment even when theyre busy

It’s not a bad gym , But the main problem is that most machines don’t work because they don’t have the thing to put heavy weight , And it’s a heavy issue because they do nothing about it .

Highly recommend! They are amazing at keeping the gym spotless. I love how they provide extra sanitary stations, there is always a worker walking around cleaning and its very important especially because we are in a pandemic. They take that very serious. They are following all the pandemic rules ( you can say lol) by always wearing a mask, social distancing and keeping everything clean. Overall, I do feel safe working out there and thats a lot to say only because we are in a pandemic.

Great variety of equipment and very innovative concept. Beautiful people all over... Great place to decompress but.... I think they have sold more memberships than they can handle (space wise). Dont get me wrong... Staff reps are pretty friendly and professional but if you show up anytime between 345pm and 830 pm you are definitely going to be waiting for awhile to use the machines. . Way overcrowded. More than any other gyms Ive been at. This is the only reason Im giving it 4 stars...

When are you going to implement a rule about phones im getting tired of waiting on machines because im in there to work out and dont hop on my phone after each set. Be nice if your employees enforced this rule and made people get off machines if they are playing on theyre phone. I spend half my time waiting for machines because of this.

Awesome gym. Very clean and amazing staff.

The amenity spaces need some work in this gym. The tanning room in particular. The floors are always DISGUSTING, especially the actual floor of the tanning bed which is very disappointing because a lot of people don’t want to wear socks in a tanning bed. I’ve gotten to a point where I bring my own wipes because there are none supplied nearby, there are no paper towels so i bring my own to lay down on the floor.

Instructor Erica for Pump is incredible! She personalized the class for our needs and challenged us in the best way. Thank you Erica! Definitely coming back.

I LOVE this gym. Originally, I joined because I really liked the cinema fitness area and I liked how much space there is to stretch and do floor workouts. Then, I started doing some of the many classes they offer, and let me say I became inspired to work out harder and push myself. Yes Karen! Fitness is by far my favorite instructor. She builds such positivity and community in the class. Her kickboxing class is THE BEST if you like high energy, fun workouts to awesome music. Literally the best thing about Tuesdays and going to the gym in general

The staff /Karl was very communicative and helpful when I needed to figure some things out with my account. This is my favorite VASA gym not to mention it’s super close to home! The environment is very clean and friendly.

The staff at this location is amazing, the management has done a great job navigating through these awkward times and doing their best to keep members and staff safe and healthy. If I scheduled a 60 min session I expect to get my full session not to be kicked out and told to re enter rudely by an employee. I pay $20 dollars a month to be told when and how long to work out. I’m seriously considering ending my membership and going to planet fitness, they do not treat their customers this way. Give me my full work out or lose business!

Very clean on the inside with friendly staff. Some of the cleaning items arent working but they have wipes as well as bottles so you can still disinfect.4 stars as my friend I go with is having a hassle with billing.A very relaxed atmosphere and the music is not all pop or soccer mom oriented. Definitely enjoying this gym as an alternative to 24hr fitness. Has the same amenities plus some for a cheaper cost if you dont need the red membership.The parking situation is amazing. Huge lot. Even when this place is packed it doesnt feel like it.

Staff is very friendly! I love that they have many cleaning stations and that masks are enforced. Makes going to the gym more comfortable! They were able to help me re activate my account and help answer questions I had about my account. Highly recommend this VASA location.

This is the most amazing gym I have been membership with, but the only problem I am seeing is that some people trying to use many equipment at the same time. Also, they never finish on time, they just set on there and trying to chatting or playing with their phone. This makes me upset because I don’t like to be selfish. I can take myself as an example. Every time when I workout I always consider the other people who are waiting for me to finish up. I never play with my phone during gym time . Even I never talk over the phone . In the gym, the time is only for workout no for something else. That is my understanding.Thank you VASA! I have special thank for those of who are working this location. Yo’ll are my best and lovely. Never feel I am in the gym but I feel like I’m in home.

This gym have everything you need great customer service and not too packed of people.

No one at this gym wears masks, and those that do wear them wrong. No one that works there reinforces this law and asks people to put them on. What a shame, terrible.
