Great folks, great job, great price point! After having a few other folks come try and fix our water routing/roofing issue, these guys came out and solved the core problem. They did a great job fixing a couple trouble areas and repaired a couple tiles while they were up there as they completed a full roof inspection. Their cost was excellent compared to other quotes. I highly recommend their work and will definitely be reaching out to them again as needs arise in the future.

Very good company. I worked with Jesse to handle hail damage to my roof and home exterior. Jesse coordinated with my insurance company, county inspectors, answered all of my questions, gave me options and communicated very well. 4th Dimension subcontracted our company for a project and has not paid us. The project was finished, the homeowner was happy, but it has been over 100 days with no payment. Unfortunately the homeowner is now liable for the outstanding amount or a lien is put on her property. Make sure payments are made to subcontractors or you will be on the hook twice for payment!

I highly recommend that you consider using a DIFFERENT COMPANY for your roofing needs. 4th Dimension came to my attention with great recommendations, but I ended up fighting with them for several months over shoddy work. Given their great reviews overall you have a good chance of not having any problems, but if you are unlucky and run into problems you are in for a real headache. I’ll let the pictures for most of the talking, but in shortThe work was greatly delayed with little to no communication (they missed at least two projected start dates and failed to inform me on the changes, citing they were “very busy”)The original crew broke several branches on my tree, and then tied them around the trunk hoping I wouldn’t notice (see photos)The original crew tore out my flue vent for the water heater, creating a carbon monoxide leak inside my house (see photos). I was not informed of the problem but rather luckily found it while performing my own inspection of their work.The original crew also failed to add flashing to multiple locations on the house, or used different colors (see photos)To their credit, 4th dimension did promptly send out a QA specialist to find and correct the flashing problems. I had already fixed the broken vent since it posed a dangerous safety risk, and spent time removing and disposing of the broken limbs since I was unable to wait for their response. Furthermore, I found out later that their QA and inspector were incorrectly schedule for a different house originally, and had I not found the issues myself and called the company immediately those issues would have persisted for months without being caught and corrected.Where they failed:Their business office is by far the worst set of individuals I’ve ever tried to work with (tried being the important part). I made multiply phone calls and sent multiple emails with absolutely no response. However, I would received emails from them asking for my “prompt” response to final payment and other details. I worked through my agent (who was very helpful) to try and resolve the matters and was told I would received compensation for my time, expense, and frustration. However, much to my frustration all I received was a $50 gift card and a thank you letter (not an apology note). When I pushed that this was insufficient and asked for just time and materials costs I incurred (a couple hundred dollars) they cut off future communications with me. My insurance paid them over $13,000 for that job, and they offer referral awards of $500 or more, so to denied my simple and reasonable claim was appalling.

I would most definitely recommend this company. They put a new roof on my home and I was amazed! AJ & all his employees were very professional, personable and able and eager to answer any questions I had. Also with any insurance questions, their service department was very helpful and very professional! What was most amazing is that his guys cleaned up EVERY day. Unlike other companies, there were was no roofing paper left anywhere, on my lawn NOR my neighbors! AND MOST impressive is that they had a machine that found and picked up all the nails. So when they left, not only did I have a beautiful roof, I DIDNT have ANY mess to clean up. They are an amazing company!

Our sunroom suffered hail damage and as a result needed replaced. I called 4th Dimension Concepts, and Eduardo came to the rescue. This project was complicated in that it involved many different types of work, as well as insurance requirements and issues, in addition to layers of overlapping timelines for the various parts of the project. Eduardo had the knowledge and expertise necessary in bringing all aspects together - which he successfully accomplished (I am so impressed!). Eduardo educated me as to the high quality of the product used, the process to demo the existing damaged sunroom, and the process to build the new sunroom, as well as maneuvering through the insurance requirements and issues. I was kept apprised from start to finish, in fact I am happy to say that day-to-day updates became the norm. Our project was not an easy one given the extensive work performed by various skilled men; however, Eduardo made it fun, he ensured the project was a smooth running process, and was present and reliable every day from start to finish. The project is now complete, and the sunroom is beautiful! I have yet to see a sunroom - or any room - that is as fabulous as this!! I recommend 4th Dimension Concepts, and am grateful and appreciative for Eduardos managing of our project.

4DC replaced the roofing on my large house following hail damage. The performed the roofing work in on day by using a large crew in good weather. Their thorough inspection also found damage to the gutters, windscreens and some painted areas, which they coordinated reimbursement directly with the insurance company. The project lead, AJ Trujillo, was exceptionally responsive and was able to explain the project in great detail. I would use this company again.,

My first insurance claim. I had my roof and gutters replaced. AJ came for an estimate, and explained all the steps. He took it all the way from the beginning to the end. Would not do business with anyone who drives like he does... he almost side swiped a van, then cut us off and almost hit the car in front of us that was stopped at the red light... swerving in and out of traffic... if he drive like a jerk I cant imagine doing work with him or supporting someone who treats others with such disrespect and lack of concern for their lives.

They set up fans and promised to replace any damaged areas. I wonder if their restoration efforts will bring back the original look? Now, the gutters. The company had given me the option to choose the color of gutters and downspouts. This was great because of the two-tone color scheme I plan to implement with the exterior paint. They are almost done. Really? Wrong color of gutters. Owner stated he will replace the gutters. At this point, it would be pointless to discuss the pictures I uploaded. I have been told to never accept a gutter that sheds water on a roof due to premature deterioration of the shingles and build-up of moisture leading to mold/mildew. I will maintain a 3-star rating until the work is completed. I do hope they come through. I will keep you posted. As a consumer, these first-hand reviews are valuable and provide insight to a company.

I used 4D based on a recommendation for hail repair and every single step of this now 10 month process has been so unprofessional and difficult. Im currently waiting for my deck to get rescheduled after 4D completely no showed a scheduled appointment. Its now been five days and Ive heard nothing from my project manager. Theres a long list of unacceptable performance from 4D that I look forward to sharing in detail when were finally done. Simply put, I would never recommend 4D, especially for insurance claims.

We were extremely happy with Eduardo Pulido. He always responded quickly and worked hard to keep us happy and to try to keep the project on track. The company worked very well with the HOA and the insurance company. Where this review loses a star is primarily due to the time it took to try to complete the small things associated with this project. Also, when certain subcontractors did not completely finish various tasks, others, less qualified, were sent to finish them, and in the end, we wound up finishing a number of small tasks ourselves. (My husband thinks this should amount to 3 stars, but since wed give Eduardo 5 and the company 3, Im giving it 4 stars.)

We have been waiting for a whole year for them to finish our paint job. They are so Slow. We had a problem with our bill they tried to over charge us. It caused us a great deal of pain and anguish. Our Rep Edwardo was fantastic, the company he works for is not so fantastic

I am so please I chose 4th dimension concepts to handle my roof and gutter replacement. They were knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Julian assisted with my insurance claim and they followed through by providing accurate line item assessments that were realistic. My insurance adjuster even agreed that they did an excellent job communicating - which makes the process smoother for all involved.Their crew does things right the first time (I read all the manufacturers installation recommendations and am familiar with code requirements) not only did they do the correct thing, they often did the best practice installation.

Eduardo was simply fantastic. We originally had him take a look at why our gutters were plugging up from hail so badly. He looked at our gutters, noticed hail damage to roof, and gutters. We contacted our insurance company, and Eduardo worked with the adjusters very professionally to make sure that they covered a complete job. This job included a upgrade roof, upgrade gutters all done in a nice, timely fashion, with care taken to clean up, etc.Eduardo also explained all questions we had about roofs. This included proper roof ventilation. The roof replacement also included increased roof venting, larger roof caps, etc. Further discussion with Eduardo and his team led us to have 4th Dimension add two more gable vents, increasing the intake air into the attic. This resulted in a more balanced attic, translating into more comfortable temperatures in the upper level of our house.We are quite happy with our new roof, gutters, and attic ventilation system, thanks to Eduardo and 4th Dimension.

What started out as a simple estimate for drip edge, turned into a brand new roof for the same out of pocket money. I really didnt know any better and had decided to give up on trying to get my insurance company to pay for a new roof. The product they used looked great, they upgraded many of the things they did. Sad to say my parents recently sold the house but because of all the exterior work they did, my parents were able to sell the house for much more.

I had an outstanding experience with this company and would recommend them to anyone looking to get siding work done on their house. I regret not consulting them from the get go on a hail damage claim I had from June of 2018.My insurance company originally only agreed to pay for one side of the siding of my house. My original contractor refused to do just one side and I consulted numerous other contractors prior to 4th Dimension which seemed very shady.Upon reaching out to 4th Dimension and speaking with Derek Weldon, my confidence was restored. Derek worked directly with my insurance carrier and in the ended this resulted in all 4 sides of my house being replaced with new siding and furthermore, the siding used to replace my old siding was an upgrade over the original vinyl siding that was on the house when we purchased it! Going from being convinced I would have one side of my house completely different looking than the other 3 (since the original vinyl siding was very faded in color due to the sun) to having the entire house re-sided is an amazing experience in my opinion. Not to mention (again) that the material of that new siding was an upgrade over what time as originally on the house.Very shortly after the work was completed, I had numerous neighbors compliment how the house looked and one even commented on how it looks like it should be on HGTV. After talking with several companies about installing a new roof we went with 4th Dimensions Concepts and am so glad we did! Heres my experience. After doing my diligent research pertaining to roofing companies, I narrowed it down to two companies. Mind you, I had various quotes, including one from Blomquist roofing who quoted me around $6k. In the past, he had done roofs for me and I believe they were adequate. However, I wanted a large professional company to handle all my install/repair needs on my mothers home. They are doing it all, they are installing asphalt shingles and metal roofs, gutters, windows, etc. I decided to go with 4th Dimension Concepts due to their charismatic approach in promising to make my home a priority. After dealing with the nightmares involved with an insurance company, 4th Dimension rejected to do the scope of work at the cost they estimated. Then, I was delighted to hear they accepted to honor our contract, especially when dealing with a nearly $30k deal. Cha-ching.Now, I was nervously anticipating work to begin on a job that had me procrastinate due to a possible negative consequence upon completion. You see, I was hit with a hail storm about 2 years ago. Yes, there was extensive damage, but thank God there was no damage inside the home.Then, I get the call that work will commence sooner than the start date. Whoa, here we go! I believe most people would agree that it is a nerve-racking experience because you can not know the outcome. Yikes! They begin to tear off the roof and gutters on July 12, 2019. Next day, time to lay down about 19 SQ of shingles, not massive. Mind you, I am paying thousands more out-of-pocket $$$ to install the Malarkey Windsor Hail Resistant shingles. If possible, you want the best for your home, right? Im not sure if they are certified to install this type of shingle; however, they promised to provide an expert installation by their best crew.Theyre done. Thats it. With an expected 40% chance of rain, what could possibly happen? Well, when it rains; it damages. I will post some pics.After discovering the damage being caused to a freshly painted interior, I freak-out. Come on, only natural, right? So, I contact the roofing company. I state that there is water entering the house and causing damage. Since the purchase of this home, it has not seen a single leak since 2001. Im thinking, lets get the roof covered; I believe the insurance company would send someone with tarps to minimize damage. So, the roof installer shows up and decides that the water has entered the home due to lack of gutters. In other words, the gutters they removed the previous day. Okay. Now what?Well, its July 14, 2019. I havent heard from anyone. There are no covers on the roof, there is damage, and I sit here thinking there is still a great chance of rain.In all fairness, I have posted a 3 star review. Why? Not sure where this is going yet. I believe that I should give them the opportunity to correct a mistake in their timing, ordering material, or lack of communication, or whatever. I am waiting to see what 4th Dimension will do. I notified them that I will begin a social media campaign to keep them accountable. The time is ticking and my home is the one paying the price. Will they live up to their ratings online or will my home be a victim of negligence and questionable advertisement? We shall see. I invite 4th Dimension to respond to this review and I will keep posting as events unfold. On July 14, they inspected the damage; they added L-flashing to cover the exposed areas and guaranteed gutter installation the following day. Okay, they are taking responsibility. Hired Eduardo to paint upstairs hallway and master bedroom and the ceilings for both. Sloppy job. Old color is still visible where the walls and ceiling meet, and in several places the wall paint is on the ceiling. Some parts of the ceiling were missed altogether. Along baseboards he either didn’t paint all the way down or got the wall paint on the baseboards. Very unhappy with the end result. Emailed him about my disappointment, and though he responded, there was no offer to rectify the situation.

AJ did a great job cleaning out our 10 unit HOA complex gutters which hadnt been done in several years. He did everything himself, answered all my questions and kept me updated on what he was doing and when the job would be finished. I was devastated with the hailstorm damage to my home and dreaded working with a roofer because of stories I was already hearing about! With 4th Dimension Concepts, Trey Willeford took the time to explain what would be done, the types of roofing that was available and basically held my hand through the entire process! This is the 2nd time that I have used this company. Pleased to say the follow up and customer service to ensure that things are all done right has been great. The field representative, Eduardo, has been very easy to work with and made sure that my jobs have been handled to my satisfaction from beginning to end. All other folks at this company, both in the office and out in the field have also been pleasant to work with. The final important piece, is that they have a local office and are a local based company serving the whole metro area. Do not hesitate to have them come bid your job and know you will get the kind of service that one expects for a big home project. This second time of using them, I also had them do new gutters and painting of the house in addition to the roof. Could NOT be happier with how all has turned out!

My house was damaged very badly by hail in June. I called my insurance and they came out and gave me a estimate. When I first got my insurance paperwork I did not understand what the insurance was paying for and what they were not. Daniel from 4th Dimension Concepts came over and helped me completely understand my paperwork. I felt very comfortable with his presentation and knowledge. He pointed out that my insurance had missed some damage. But he was able to go back to my insurance and make sure they paid to replace the missing damaged items.
