As far as a shipping store they are as good ss Ive been to. Its has a Notary also but he must be part time as I was in there Thursday@3 and he had just left and wouldnt be back till.following Tuesday. The person I talked with while not unfriendly , came accross as having a dry sense of humor if any at all.

I shipped my items on 3/11/17 they arrived 3/17/17 in this condition. I am appalled that my items were handled with such little care. I have been working on trying to get a claim for the past month and the store does not respond to me at all. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a UPS store. DO NOT SHIP THROUGH THIS STORE!

I sent an urgent package of medications to my parents in Chicago who had to extend their stay due to a death in the family. It was guaranteed (& I paid for) next day delivery. My parents didnt receive their medication for 3 days later. I would call the UPS store daily as well as track the package online. The store would continue to promise same day delivery. They promised me a full refund. 1 year later & I am still waiting on my refund. They have horrible communication skills. The $ comes from UPS, I think this store pocketed it.

I love this location. Great friendly and dependable customer service. I visit this location On Havana Street about 3-5 times a week. Every visit the staff and ownership are always friendly, welcoming, and warm. They are very helpful and great at offering the wide variety of services. The business improvement district I work for has a PO BOX at this location. It is very convenient to get my work mail. Often when I receive any packages Raj at the UPS store will send an email notifying me that I received a delivery. In addition, UPS offers so many convenient services: UPS shipping services, Packing services, Office/packing supplies, Mailbox services, Copying (B/W and Color), Faxing (send/receive), Document finishing services (laminating, collating, binding), passport photos, AMAZON drop off/pick up, document shredding, and much more. Another great perk of this location is that it is located in a large shopping center with a VERY LARGE parking lot. If you ever need to find a UPs Store with a great staff that is reliable then check out this location On Havana Street, near Havana & Florida, in the shopping center near the Aurora Costco and behind Dennys.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. I went for international Shipping, I was worried about having my important documents not getting there on time. Avoid at all costs! There are others close by. This is the only UPS store in the area that consistently tries to charge me for my free Amazon returns. These people are scam artists who will do anything to nickel and dime you instead of doing their job as a service provider for Amazon. They will still try and charge you even if they know how process your return for free.The old guy who runs the place is the worst, and the apple doesnt fall far from the tree with his grandson and granddaughter. I have seen him do this to old ladies with no remorse. The business practices of this location sicken me

I guess it was my fault for letting them seal it..... I sent a friend of mine a necklace he accidentally left here on a road trip. It arrived fully sealed and everything. However, the entire necklace was missing only the pendant was on the inside. It was inside a second bubble wrap bag inside the packing. To me the only explanation is they stole it and shipped what they thought was the least expensive part.

I had an artist in Aurora ship 3 pieces of art to me in Florida. I specifically asked her to use a UPS Store because I knew theyd do a good job. Paintings arrived in perfect condition!Great customer service-they let me pay for packing and shipping costs over the phone.This location represents the UPS Store brand wonderfully. I have been going to this store for about the last 3 months and have had the best service EVER! I had lost my tracking number and the young man pulled it up online for me immediately and gave me all the information I needed. Each time I mail a package, the service is smooth, speedy, - overall flawless. I highly recommend this UPS store!

Efficient service with friendly faces!

Went to mail important document via courier service. I was charged almost $20, for what they said would be UPS courier service, only to find out that they went and shipped it via USPS, using a $4 service, but charging me $20. They definitely miss represented their services as courier service, when in fact they are using USPS, which I could’ve done myself. Four calls for them have gone unanswered, it is been over a month, and I have not seen a refund. Corporate filed a complaint, but is unable to refund me. Worst customer service ever, do not recommend the store, their customer service is bad, and their business practices are dishonest. I will update this review if someone from the store reaches out to me to resolve the issue, but I’m not counting on itEDIT TO ADD: Went in and the manger was rude, unhelpful, and unapologetic.

Ive been a customer for over a year now. I receive my mail here and I can always trust that it is delivered and sent out US mail and USPS delivery to my home is lost and never received. These guys have awesome customer service, friendly, knowledgeable are awesome!

With my own eyes I saw an employee at this store spot a kid $3 to cover his shipping because the kid didnt bring enough money. I havent been to this location too many times but every time I have gone in the employees treated me well and got things done.

Dont try to have packages delivered here using My UPS. Package was refused when driver attempted to deliver it here, they said they had no room. For a package about the size of a loaf of bread. How can a huge store thats largely empty have no room for a small box? I can understand if I was having a palette shipped. This was nothing important: just my MEDICINE being shipped from a mail-order pharmacy. Thanks, so much for the convenience of My UPS.

I had an issue returning some Amazon packages. Rajiv was kind enough to alert me of the mistake that Amazon made with my return labels. He stayed past the closing time to solve my problem. He saved me money!The best customer service ever.

Fast, friendly, no hassle, but it was just an Amazon return so .... still not having to wait is nice. I think Ive maybe waited once and that was for less than 5 mins.

Terrible experience. Paid to have a picture packed and shipped. It was sent with almost no packing materials and ended up destroyed. Then it took over 6 months and repeated calls and visits to the store to get them to process the insurance claim. I will never use them again and if you want your packages to arrive undamaged, I would recommend you dont either.

I’m calling to ask a question and somebody with a broken accent keeps on hanging up on me every time I call it’s going to voicemail now and every time that person answers the phone they asked me what I need they go silent for a minute and then they hang up the phone I don’t think he could speak English and I really don’t think he should be working there this isn’t fair to me because I don’t have a car I don’t wanna go all the way to the store to ask a question so now I have to go to FedEx or another company because some dude doesn’t want to answer my questions some guy doesn’t want to take my phone call that’s unprofessional

I had really great customer service here. Not only was the staff incredibly friendly and helpful when I was frustrated by a missing package, but they tracked down my package and had it delivered back to their store within 30 minutes. They then gave me a curtesy call to let me know my package had arrived back at the store. Gold stars for these guys!!!

I had to fax some pages and it went off without a hitch. I got polite service in a timely fashion and was on my way.

Always late and forgets to put items on there trucks. How can I sign something if yall are never on time with sending out our packages out. Cant expect me to be home and to sign when I expect the package to come on the day it said it would. If your really looking forward to something getting delivered on the date of needed or even on time. Id would go with another choice besides ups. Try Amazon.

I came to this location to have a single page notarized with a stamp. Every other UPS location charges $5 per notary stamp except for this location, they will charge you $5 PER signature, not stamp. Avoid this UPS store if you are trying to get a document notarized, they will try and hustle you. Any other UPS store or bank will do better.

Constantly bad experiences at this ups. They charge to print stuff, never have stamps, and aparrently dont do regular mail here either. Maybe Raj is just useless but all other ups locations print stuff for you and have stamps. (2nd time in a couple weeks they had no stamps.) smh im just gonna drive the extra couple miles to a different location. This one is utterly useless.

Complete & total ripoff. I could have gone to the post office & spent a fraction of the price for the same length of time, and the post office would have been just fine. Lesson learned. Not going back.

Worst customer service ever. Stopped by to ship 2 items for return to Amazon and pre-paid shipping for both items before arrival. Rep pretended to not understand that I had already pre-paid and only needed him to retrieve the shipping information. He then said I needed to pay 250% of the price I pre-paid to mail items. I was directed to one of the computers where he was watching the news so I could log on to a personal account to print off postage myself. I declined and was able to retrieve the postage on my mobile moments later. He then tried to charge me for use of the computer and then turned down my debit card and said not to worry about paying for a computer I didnt use. I do believe he changed his mind about payment in an effort to avoid the cc processing fee and would have pocketed the money had I paid in cash. Stay away from these terrible business practices and take the time to go to another UPS.

Every time I order a package and the shipping is done through ups, it’s a mess. My package always says it’s delivered and then it’s no where to be found. I have to call the facility and then either an hour later or the next day my package shows up. This has happened 4 or 5 times now!

I cant say enough about their fast paced and very informative printing service. Will be coming back for more.
