First American Title Insurance Company did a great job of getting edocuments to me on a timely basis. As the seller, when it came to closing, they dispatched a notary to our location out of the state the week prior to the buyers closing date. Then, they were on time with executing the buyers closing and wired my proceeds on time as well.
