I worked with Tony for a while trying to resolve some computer issues and thought things were good.The last time I reached out I was having trouble with my email and it was creating serious problems for my business. Tony did not fix the problem and then completely disappeared. The last thing he said was he would call me back that afternoon. Weeks later he contacted me with an explanation for what happened. By then I had already found someone else who did fix the problem (which turned out to be partially caused by Tony to begin with). Im stunned that an IT person would think it would be acceptable to a business owner to not have email access for weeks. At the very least he or someone else with the company should have let me know they could not help me.As a result, I cannot recommend this company.
