Nayeli is the most incompetent teller there is extremely dense.So I went in to cash a money order that I PAID FOR from western union they scanned it called to confirm that it had not been cashed so they were able to do that waited about 20 minutes and they said they couldnt cash it because I didnt sign it. Like first of all theyre are more than enough pens for me to sign it there lol. Anyways ended up taking it to a different money tree in Thornton where they cashed it within 3 minutes. So idk what the hassle was. Side note my money order had been slightly damaged and I was going to use it to pay rent but because it was damaged it wouldnt go through the scanner at the leasing office which is why I took it to money tree to get the cash off it. They must have thought I stole it because they were asking me all types of questions why I got the money order how it got damaged why didnt I use it to pay rent blah blah blah horrible service and very discriminatory 🤣

Elgin was very professional and personable. He was very friendly and helped myself and husband with questions we had. I would recommend visiting this location.
