I took my 8 year old car in for a full detail and it feels BRAND NEW inside! Chris, the owner, helped me with an issue that I had and went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied with my experience at Stream Line. Chris is knowledgeable and explains the services thoroughly while not being condescending. I don’t know much about auto detailing so I was relieved to work with someone who had the patience to explain the services that would make sense for my car vs just upselling me. I HIGHLY recommend their services.Pro tip: Good work takes time, so manage your expectations in terms of wait time. I was able to drop off my car and get a ride home which I would recommend if it’s possible for you.

These guys are GREAT!! I recently returned for a car wash when they accidentally swapped out my two front floor mats with another vehicle. They were very apologetic and promised that they will make everything right.I agreed to wait over a week to see if the other vehicle owner would return the floor mats, but they did not. Chris, the owner, promptly order me another set and everything was corrected with 15 days!! Great customer service and conflict resolution!!BTW, their car wash services are very thorough with very competitive prices. Ive always been satisfied with their detailed work. I will be a repeat customer for life!

I feel like the workers were trying really hard and working hard but all in all, my car was not clean. I paid 75 plus 10 tip and the exterior was clean but the interior was in worse condition. I have ivory interior and there are now foot prints that wont come out. Plus, there was still 2 dog hairs on the dash that I notices when I went in so they dont wipe down the interior. Not worth $85. I asked the owner for half a refund because now I have to get the footprints out of my carpet, he ignored my request. Wont be returning.

I have never met a more friendly, dedicated and cohesive team who truly does stand by their services. Their prices are affordable and you leave with your car looking as gorgeous as it did the day you bought it because of the hard work applied by these individuals. Between myself and my family, we are here easily two to three times per week and am always greeted by staff with the utmost respect and kindness. The owner, Chris, is incredibly knowledgeable, as well as approachable and I absolutely wouldn’t trust anyone else with my car other than him and his amazing team. He also has a hail damage repair shop which made my car look better than it did when I drove it off the lot. If you want to be truly valued as a customer, and a person, don’t go anywhere but Stream Line.

Great car wash. Employees are courteous and will pay attention to details. Especially if there is a spot you ask them to focus on. I went back for a rain check within the 48 hours and they were just as thorough the 2nd time around. I go here often. Awesome management and staff!!

It was a very cold windy day today. However the service was still good and they took their time to explain how the wind would affect them drying process. They even had me check the car before paying. Great job, good customer service!

Brought my car to get a wash. A very helpful young lady took my desired wash package down and escorted me to the building where I could pay and wait. Total was 30.95 with cash given back for tip. Now I wait, wait was about 25 to 30 minutes. Not bad since I expected a full interior wipe down and vacuum. The Gold Package its self is 24 95. The wash was a good wash concidering the car had gone 3 weeks without a wash. The interior got a mediocre clean and the glass could have gotten more attention. I will be back but will be more vigilant to make sure I get what I pay for. The total tip was 10.00 with spare dollars out of my wallet. Dont just give up your tip get what you pay for and ask for the service you expect from a professional car wash and detailer.

We paid for the diamond package cleaning ( around $80 ) and it was not worth it. Areas of the vehicle clearly not vacuumed. And other areas were not touched at all like the center consul. It looks like they just wiped everything down and cleaned it all off but did not get into the cracks and crevices. I don’t feel like I should have to pay what we did for the cleaning service then I have to go home and do more cleaning. They said it would take a full hour to do the full cleaning which It did not. Quite frankly I will not be bringing my vehicle back to them for their service.

You guys really need to do a better job at drying the vehicles. I am always left with spots all over & it’s never fully dry. Use more towels if you have to. I see the workers using the same wet ones to try & dry everything & that’s not going to work. I try not to be a pain & ask them to dry it better, but it’s just getting old & I don’t even want to deal with it. Also, I am always left with all these white towel fibers caught in small places around my car. I always have to pull them out. Use better towels or get different kinds. Ones that are darker in color & that don’t leave all these fibers everywhere. Oh & just be careful. This place is pretty close to me so I keep giving them a chance since they are pretty nice, but the quality just isn’t the best. They also don’t put on the brochures that they charge you extra for the basic wash & the amount of that charge if you have a bigger car. Make sure the girl that creates the receipt mentions that every time. I’ve been charged different prices for the same thing. It’s not officially listed on your pamphlets.

So I am not understanding why this place is not rated higher. I have my car here for the platinum service. The guys working on my care have hit and cleaned every area of it inside and out. Even placed like the door frames, the back cargo hatch as well as the hydraulic lift casings in the cargo hatch. They are thorough with vacuuming and cleaning the interior as well. I have been here many times before and return based on the quality job they do for the price they charge. Will be back for a full wax and detail as they have great prices and service for that as well.

Though it you a little time, they were fabulous and affordable. Attention to detail, well worth it.

I initially came to go to the car wash next to them but decided to try them out. Come to find out they hand wash their cars & I was left with no streaks & a perfectly washed car. It was fast and cheap!

Can’t say enough about this crew! The owner Chris runs a tight ship and his main team member Manny always makes sure things are done right. If he doesn’t approve they’ll re-wash your vehicle immediately. They’re also one of the only places that will wash your motorcycle by hand and air dry for a price that can’t be beat anywhere! Try getting your machine washed at a Harley dealership and watch your beer money go down the drain with the dirt off your bike. I’ve been using these guys for years and they never disappoint!! I like the fact that the car wash system is touchless and uses high pressure wash and hand dry for a little extra cost they clean your wheels and tires.

One of my wheels had horrible brake dust on it. I mean this stuff was caked on (neglect on my part I know) but Manny got it looking like new again. Great customer service! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Showed up at 4:11 and I was told “we are closed” when it clearly says they close at 5. They ended up taking my car in but I honestly feel like the car left dirtier than it came in. I hate paying for something and not getting the service. It feels like they are just running through the cars and not really caring if it’s clean or not. This is my first and LAST time and I promise I’ll tell everyone how poor of a experience I had here. Very disappointed especially because it seems like a family/small business which I love supporting. I even did a little research so if Chris the owner is reading this please look into your business. While also writing this review another customer was furious at the quality of work on his Benz....NEVER COMING BACK!!!!!!!

I gave this place a second chance (2yrs later). They did a good job on both cars I choose the platinum and the silver 18$ package. I feel the platinum 34$ was not worth it (hence the 4 stars)

I have gone here before and had pretty good service and my vehicles come out looking good. This time I paid more for a super interior clean only to fine out is really no different than the normal top of the line wash, just $25 more in price. They dont clean the seats unless they are leather or unless you pay even more! Also the interior cleaning is spotty with areas that are not cleaned well at all! Infact the back seat has hand marks from the workers that cleaned the car! I will not be going back!

I have taken my cars to stream line for several years. They keep my cars looking excellent. I appreciate the sense of urgency to get my car finished as quickly as possible while maintaining a high attention to detail. Stream line has a great core team that is always courteous striving to provide excellent customer service.

Do yourself a favor, and just look for some place else. Terrible job on my cars. Paid $75+ to get my car cleaned, and yet theres dirt on my floor board, my cup holders still had cleaner in it, fibers from the towels everywhere, the entire back window and panel werent even touched, other windows had streaks, and thats not even everything. Had them check it twice, and they only touched up minor things everytime. Worst way to spend $75+ and waste 2 hours of my time.

I brought my vehicle in only a month after purchasing it. There were no scratches on my vehicle at the time. When I left, there were multiple scratches on the paint. It looks like the towel they used to dry it had something on it that was scratching the paint. After bringing my vehicle in, I was told that the owner would call me. After over a week, still no contact from the owner. My suggestion is to never bring your vehicle into this place!!

Not bad, but not great.They are polite and nothing has ever been stolen. the two negatives are that Prices are a little high for the quality that they preform and they lack an attention to detail. I will go back because they do an OK job and they are local, but if someone else opens up close to my house that does a better job I will go there.

This was the biggest latrine that I ever worked for. Giving them 1 star is a massive exaggeration of what goes right there. Supervisors used to tell me to slack off if the biggest cleaning package was not bought. The shift lead got promoted by getting the other co-workers high, it gained him the approval to get promoted after the previous shift lead quit. The owner thought it was funny to dump roof water with mineral sediment from the shingles onto his employees. He has other problems that indicate his horrible sense of humor. Other employees complained about me, taking too long, to clean the car. It took me 10% more time to do twice the work. Moving a vacuum quickly gets loose dirt up fast and moving it slowly gets embedded dirt up more quickly. That was way over their heads. On days I had off, twice as many complaints came back about not cleaning the cars well enough. On days I worked, I put up with whining about me finishing the job and by no surprise the tip box was mysteriously containing twice the amounts of tips. The only requirement to being a cashier/lead/store operations was to be a pretty girl. No experience on a register, leading other people or leadership duties were considered. Having bad friends that told her to act irrationally was of no concern to the owner. Being good at leading other people and being in charge are of no concern to the owner. Neither was understanding job duties of the cleaners. Other employees told me that they would get me promoted if I agreed to do stupid things on their whims. I didnt fall for that. Other employees often came in high and as often as a few times a week, were no calls, no shows. A four and a half foot Mexican employee that used Yes instead of yes or no, kept touching my butt intentionally. Informing the owner lead to him making jokes about sexual harassment. I broke up a horseplay between him and the second biggest guy that worked there, while they began to knock things off the wall and in front of the register. The girl that was hired for being pretty, did nothing most of the time. No firing of these people ever occurred while I worked there. It is quite obvious that I didnt stay long.

These idiots scratched a brand new vehicle of mine and tried to claim they didnt. The video even showed it. See you in court. The pipsqueak of an owner tried to be tough and theatening while I was leaving. Short guy complex much? There are many much better carwashes close by. Honest ones.

This place is a joke. They advertise a price on their website, yet try and charge a different price when you actually go there. The lady attendant said the prices changed. Ok i get it, but youre still advertising a lower price and should honor it. She said she had to sell whats on the sheet. I asked for a manager to see if theyd honor the online advertised price. She said they dont have a manager working today. Bologna. I have never worked a retail job or any other job like that, that didnt have a manager or someone onsite that could make these kind of decisions. Cheats and liars. I would not waste your money here.

A year ago I took my car in. Exterior wash was fine, inside windows were terribly streaked. Through a series of events, was unable to take it back. Decided to take it in this year, and the same happened, even when the cashier said she would check the windows personally, which she never did. Will not go back. Dont waste your money, unless you want the outside done correctly.

Giving it a 5 star because I always use the same guy Julio and always does a supergreat Job!! Other than that not too impress with service. Employees are not friendly specially when you first arrive and asking which service you want. I dont know wabout now but in the past the had a lot of kids working and I always had to complaint about the service. This was until I found Julio of course.

They are always going above and beyond every time I go there to get my car washed. I moved from the area and now its a little far but I still go to them.

Took longer than I expected but did a good job

Never going back to this place again I got the Gold package for my car I told them to clean the inside well because it was dirty I paid 25.00$ the guy told me you’ll get an armorall on your tires this that didn’t get that on my tires, on top of that took the change from the cop holders saw water stains when I opened my door didn’t clean the windows well I called and complained the guys just says sorry about that when I knew damn well he wasn’t sorry he could of offered a another wash on them just so they won’t loose a customer but looks like they don’t care I suggest that no one should go to this car wash we all work hard for our money it not fair when people like this steal it from us

Nice personable staff. This place had my car looking very nicely inside. They didnt do the trunk which I just assumed for what I was paying. All in all its legit.

Absolutely terrible service and no sense of time management. Charged me full price for a detail when they admitted that they only worked on it for an hour and didnt even start working on it for two entire days while it sat in their parking lot. Plenty of promises from management to call us back to talk to us, plenty of promises that it would be done when it wasnt. Same experiences as every other reviewer on here - clearly they havent learned anything.There was still residue from an old sticker on my back window that could have easily been removed with some goo gone if the job itself wasnt put off until the very last minute and then rushed along in under an hour. Not worth the time or money or inconvenience of not having a car for three days for a detail on a car that wasnt even dirty to begin with.

Told me 65 over the phone and then 100 when I drove here. Crooks. And then the guy has the nerve to threaten me and spit on my car on my way out.

An hour and a half to get my car washed and there was no cars in line ahead of me to go into to actual washer. Management should get all of the what appears to be children in check and actually working. For $25 and 90 minutes I could have done it myself, saved money, and I would have made sure there was no bugs left on the car.I wont be coming back here until there is new managers or more employees that actually know what they are doing.

I went to this place numerous times and every time I Specifically informed the attendant that I wanted my rims to be clean; Premium package... Every time i had to ask the attendant to redo my vehicle and clean the the rims and vehicles interior to the level i paid for... I informed the owner/manager about the multiple incidents of inadequate service hoping service would change however when I went back the following month i received the usual inadequate substandard performance.

Great service. Did an amazing job cleaning my truck and removing countless scratches. Will gladly use them again!

Went last week great job! The next visit was not the same .. Revisited on 8/23 a.m probably one of the worst interior jobs I have ever had done We paid over $30 and still visible dirt and grime on arm rests. Damaged to shift nob.

Was promised too be out of there in 30 minutes. I ended up there for 90 minutes. When I asked for $5 courtesy discount for wasting an hour of my day owner said, that its not his fault, they had something wrong with machine, so no discount. Not even an apology that I had to waste an extra hour on Sunday and ended up being late for very important gathering!

Ive been going to this car wash for years, theyve always done a pretty good job. The last 2 times they all of the sudden changed the prices that were posted and added for things that I previously didnt pay for. The first time they told me that I had to pay extra for my car being a big car, its a Subaru! The second time they told me I had to pay extra for dog hair. Ive had my dog for 7 months, been coming here that whole time and they have never said anything about the dog hair. I will not go back!

Quick, detailed wash - inside & out.

I would have given Streamline a 5 star until there was an incident in May. We normally take our Chevy 3500 HD to the car wash because we loved the way they cared for our truck. That changed on May 22 when an employee crashed our vehicle into another vehicle. We have tried to be fair with the car wash to get the repairs made on the vehicle.Unfortunately they have shown that they lack responsibility and ethics. Now we are being forced to seek legal counsel to get our repairs completed.Its really sad and unacceptable business practices.

Poor management!!I had a monthly membership and asked to have it canceled during the summer. It has now been 3 months and the money is still being pulled out of my account. I have been in to the carwash multiple times and called many additional times. Not only has there been no managers on site to deal with the issue, I have never had a manager call me back. It is completely unacceptable and unprofessional to have management that clearly does not care about its customers or financial obligations.I had originally planned to reactivate my membership in the winter but will not be returning to this car wash once I get my money back.

Poor service made me wait for over an hour for a simple car wash

40 minutes for a full wash— and there was no line- $40- smart mouth owner- there were 5 kids available-only ONE was really working, the rest were playing and goofing off. Paid $1.50 per car mat extra and all they did was hose them off. Won’t go back!!!

Been going there for years. The new owner is a good guy but his prices keep going up but the quality keeps going down including scratches on my paint job that. Now you have to pay extra for what should be standard for the prices being charged. Time to find a new place

Car was somewhat cleaner than when I took it in. They missed so many spots I ended up cleaning it myself anyways. Not recommended.

Exterior wash is fine. Interior is slacking. First time I took my car in, they didnt put my WeatherTech matts back in, didnt take the trash out and didnt vacuum the dog hammock. Second time they didnt clean my matts, stuffed the trash into my center console and still didnt vacuum the dog hammock.

The price of washing and vacuuming the car is too high for such a poor quality. It also takes a lot of time to get the work done, so if you choose their service, be ready to wait.

Over the 4 years it seems the job is getting sloppier. I paid $40.95 not including the $5 tip because of the friendly personality. But they did absolutely sloppy, windows not 100%, steering wheel and front stereo was not cleaned. I will not be coming back. Waste of time and $$$$$$$.

Outside of car very clean . Inside of car , not clean at all . Vacuuum Job not very good and they did a very fast inside wipe down . I had to go re vacuum my car after . Very polite but not good service
