I went in the other to get my car detailed cleaning for doing the shampoo and on my Carpeting and also doing a leather seats inside panels with in my car. Thought thar will be all good so for the service, paid about $180 for it. However, after getting in my car, Im disappointed I got. Went back today to talk to the manager who did my car glad we got to work something out especially him explaining to me how things are and how the pricing came out. Help me out on the second a run of doing things which Im glad it turned out better. I would not recommend it however definitely not so for the price can go somewhere else for something cheaper for more quality

My wife and I both have monthly subscriptions for washes here. Took the new daily vehicle in today for a wash. I noticed a new faces working. I must say the young lady named Savannah did an awesome job in not only keeping with the great service I always got from this great team. But she went above and beyond. I love this car wash!!! 👍🏾💯

My car was recently stolen and when it was recovered, the inside was absolutely disgusting. I brought it to four seasons with a Groupon for a mini detailing and was blown away at how well it looked after! Bobby was so kind and went above and beyond to clean my car. I had been driving around with latex gloves but now my car looks brand new. I cannot say thank you enough!! I’ve already recommended Bobby and the four seasons to everyone I know. Thank you!

Its an EXTREMELY THOROUGH Car Wash!! The Top tier wash, (Most Expensive) doesnt leave a Bug or a Smudge of Dirt ANYWHERE on your Vehicle!! I only would hope that they would change one thing to be more Customer Budget Friendly, 1) That the monthly membership, ESPECIALLY the Top Tier Wash,(Most Expensive) included some type of interior wipe down of the windows or dash & cave console. I would say maybe that or a quick interior vacuum, but they already have the self serve free vacuums... Which BTW Are FANTASTICALLY POWERFUL!! Oh, and they have a Very Impressive Floor Mat Automatic Washer that does a VERY Good job!!

I got my windows tinted here. The service was great, and the staff was very friendly. Although it is located in plain sight, it was difficult to find and goggle maps made it worse.Overall, Im pleased with my window tint.

I wish I could 0 stars. I went through the car wash with my fly fishing rod rack on, this isnt the first time I have done it, I have been through this car wash multiple times before with it. The employee didnt take the high roller control off and it took my rack off. They said its not their responsibility because its aftermarket and that they wouldnt fix the repairs but just give me a credit to their car wash for more than the repairs will cost me. Which makes no sense at all. The manager Alex, talked about how the damage is my fault because its aftermarket stuff but their machine broke it because they didnt do THEIR job correctly. I would never recommend going here. They are rude and dont take care of their customers. If you want a car wash that scratches/ breaks your car, than this car wash is for you!

This is my favorite car wash. I have primarily used this one for the past 5 years. Went to clean my car at 7:00 this morning at a closer car wash and it wasnt open. So, I drove extra to go to my dependable car wash, and yup it was open and working well, as usual.

My antenna broke off and there was no one around to complain to. I have now tried TWICE to cancel my membership. They still charge my credit card. STAY AWAY!Update and response to the reply from this business. I still havent received the credit from the charge on my card after I canceled my service.

Not always the best wash. But high quality for the cost and no-touch service. I’ve found the support team onsite pretty helpful.To be fair, you could stand to do a touch better (find a better place - though prob not anywhere nearby). To be honest, you could do a lot worse.

This place is amazing. I had 7 Windows on my car tinted today, I was blown away. The job was done flawlessly, absolute perfection. if you are looking to get windows tinted I highly highly recommend these guys they did an outstanding job. Not to mention the price was totally affordable.

Trying to get in touch with anyone here is impossible. I purchased a Groupon for both window tinting and clear bra, tried calling to schedule an apt but had to refund it and go with another company because I couldnt get ahold of anyone. Their phone system is just plain awful - you have to pick whether you want the car wash, 7-11, or tinting service - I tried all 3 several times and at various times of day, and not one of them ever answered, but I did have it just hang up on me and never go through most of the time. I kept trying and after several attempts it would finally go through and let you leave a voice mail, Ive left a few... Which really made me uncomfortable, when you already give a company money, are required to have an appointment to render services paid for, but no one answers the phones, the website is un-secure and a security risk to use, and you dont get any calls back, it starts to feel like a scam. Well, I got a random call today from a non-business number and a name I didnt recognize, that also called me yesterday so I went ahead and answered it today (do most ppl answer calls form unknown numbers these days?) and apparently it was an employee from here returning my call, and had the audacity to cop an attitude with me that they *did* call me back, and blamed me for not having voicemail - what?!?! Thats where I kindly explained hes calling from a non-business number that doesnt say anything in relation to Four Seasons Car Wash, so how was I to know? Didnt bother to acknowledge his complaining I didnt have voicemail since I already cancelled and exchanged my groupons. Just totally unprofessional, so glad I cancelled and went with a different company (Tint My Ride), when I called them, they answered immediately, were professional and I was able to schedule an appointment right away! (I also upgraded both services with them too) Its the basic kind of professional customer service youd expect, but wont see here. This place needs to get their act together, fix the phones and maybe answer them once in a while. Use a business line vs a personal to return customer calls etc, and try being polite and not blaming the customer for your shortcomings. Purchase an SSL for your website so youre not leaking your customers information out. You know, provide basic *professional* customer service.

I have used this car-wash for 2 years and had mostly good experiences. Last October, it broke the antenna off of the top my car. When I asked if they found it and what they would do to help me, they told me too bad, so sad, that is a normal risk and read our signs. I figured whatever and kept coming here for convenience, price and overall quality. I am a clean freak and my car is washed and detailed weekly.I have noticed that the last few washes my car had several missed spots where brushes dont rotate while I am going thru the wash. Today it was so bad that I reached out to the owner/manager, Alex and asked if he would rewash my car at no charge. He told me if I wanted to pay for the upgraded wash he would. He told me the $7 wash is just a rinse off and I need to upgrade. I have ALWAYS had the $7 wash and never had a problem until the last few washes.We conversed, and I left feeling like my business wasnt valued and all he wants is money. I actually got the impression that they do a poor job on the $7 wash now so that customers will upgrade.I will now take my business elsewhere and caution anyone reading this to consider doing the same.I will also be calling my bank to charge back the $7 since I had to go to another car wash to actually get my car clean. I hope Alex (the owner) understands the gravity of poor customer service and the good fortune we have to be able to share our experiences. All I wanted was another wash....

I paid $90 for an interior cleaning and the job was so poorly done that I had to re-clean it when I got home. They had my car for less than 90 minutes and guy who detailed the car even complained that he had to vacuum dog hair. I will never use this business again. Not worth the money.

I HAVE SPOKEN TO ALEX WHO IS A MANAGER AND HE SAID THAT HE WILL LOOK AT THE VIDEO AND CALL US BACK. I HOPE THIS ISSUES WILL GET RESOLVED & FIXED CAR ASAP WITH NO EXCUSES. ALEX ALSO CALLED MY WIFE AND LEFT HER UNPROFESSIONAL VOICEMAIL LAUGHING!!!!!

I came here on expected with a chip in my brand new vehicle. Mark the manager was very professional sympathetic and helpful. He promptly fix my wind shield to complete satisfaction this is definitely the best detail, windshield repair, and car wash in all of Aurora and Denver Im always gonna bring my business to this establishment.

Very happy with the work done. Bought the deal on Groupon, figured it would be a good treat and a waxing was long overdue. Went in mid day on a Tuesday, no wait, and they completed the job in about 75 minutes (orbital applied wax, exterior wash, hand dry, clean door jams, clean windows inside and out, clean wheels and tires, wash and vacuum inside dash and floor mats).

Was looking for another car wash when I came across this place. It had great reviews so I thought I’d try it out. It is a drive through car wash like a lot of the places in the Denver area. I was in the pay area which is blocked by a drop gate until you pay before I realized that this place does not vacuum your car for you. That was disappointing. I paid for the I think it was called platinum or titanium wash which was the highest level wash and I upgraded $4 to the buff and shine.I pulled up to the wash bay and was directed onto the track, put it in neutral, and sat back and let the machines and flaps do the work. When they were done I drove out of the lot.This station is missing someone at the end to wipe down your car to get the excess water off but otherwise once I stopped and had a chance to look at my car it was a decent wash. It’s been three days since and my black car is a little dusty from sitting but it is still shiny.They have a hand wash option that I will probably try next time.

I wish I could give negative stars.. A close friend of Mark and Alex the owners told me about this place so my wife got me a groupon for my birthday for a steam clean/ detail. I dropped off my vehicle and was only told that it would take a couple of hours. Thankfully I didnt leave the area because i got a call 30 min later telling me that they forgot to tell me that they had to charge me an extra 30.00 on top of the groupon since it was an SUV. I asked if they could just do a simple vac and wash or skip the cargo area since i didnt want to pay extra money now that they started without telling me about the charge in advance, since they wouldnt work with me, I decided i would just get my money back from groupon and go elsewhere because of the poor service. When i showed up apparently the employee had already started washing my car and broke my CB antenna off my vehicle. Then Alex came over and told me that it was my fault for leaving the antenna on and that they dont fix damage to vehicles and I would have to pay 30.00 on top of the damage if they wanted me to continue.. But they did offer to give me a credit for a free wash in the future.. needless to say I would Pay them not to touch my vehicle again and avoid the horrible customer service. I hope everyone that is able to save money by not going here likes this.

Vacumes are regularly clogged, truck mirrors get paint removal from wash wheels, management refuses to take responsibility, Claims new trucks have poor paint jobs. Overall great staff always polite..

My first time here today, I bought the 14 dollar wash and added the buff and shine. When I went through the was I noticed that most of the spinning brushes did not even touch my car. When my car came out there were obvious spots that were still dirty, not to mention water marks all over. This would be one star for the price and quality, but the vacuums are free, so 2 stars. You can DEFINITELY get a better car wash for half the price elsewhere.

I got my windows tinted on a Honda fit, and everything is perfect. The tint looks like it was factory installed. They recommend waiting 3 days for the tint to cure, but I waited 7 just to be safe, and its looks awesome. My car is cooler in the heat, and my air conditioner doesnt have to work as hard to keep my car cool.

I bought a Groupon for this business.. for two days I have been blowing up their phone no one answers and Ive left messages..no one returns my calls.It feels very sketch as I have already paid a service and cannot get into contact with anyone. 5 stars for the man that detailed and waxed my car. The autowash itself made a few thumps and bangs on my car that I wouldnt be comfortable on a regular basis. I got the mile hi shine and detail package from groupon for 76 dollars. Its a good value for the work done.

I needed to have my car detailed prior to selling it. Alex was very helpful in telling me which services would be most important and did not try to oversell me. He accommodated my schedule and was prompt and courteous. The best part was how awesome the car looked when he was done! A great value! I recommend Four Season Car Wash highly.

Does a pretty decent job washing the cars. The monthly pass is worth it as well. Sometimes at the vaccums it gets a little too gangster and the smell of weed is constant, but I deal with it and ignore it knowing ill only be vacuuming for 10 minutes max.

I have been coming here for 3 years, and I absolutely love there monthly pass. Had the $35 a month then I upgraded to the $40 a month. Definitely worth it. The vacuums are good and love the mat cleaner. Everyone should come here. 1 stop shop.

I have been going to this car wash for years. I went yesterday and I ended up purchasing the most expensive wash there is. Then I upgraded four dollars to get the buff and shine. As I was going through the buff and shine did not work. So I started to towel dry my car myself. After I was done drying, my car had white streaks everywhere. Not sure what it was. But I kept wiping and it came off. My wheels were still really dirty after the wash. I approached the worker and told him about everything and he said “ oh the buff and shine has been doing that lately” and that he was “ sorry” then he also told me he can wipe my tires for me. I said no, can I get a credit or a pass for the next time I come through. He said I don’t have anything to give you. He gave me $4 in cash back. Why is it an upgrade of $4 if it only works sometimes?? Never have had a bad experience at this place till yesterday. I will try this place again and see what happens.

Best car wash I’ve been to! It’s super fast and does a great job. I also had the inside detailed and it was done in 35 minutes. They did an amazing job and exceeded my expectations. Staff is very friendly and hardworking. 10/10 would recommend to anyone!

I was visiting the 7-11 next door for my snack on 7/11 and I happened to see the sign Free Four Seasons Car Wash. Of course I assumed there was a catch but to my delight it was really free! I very much appreciated this opening special as it allowed me to try out a new business that I might not have necessarily tried otherwise. After an excellent car wash I proceeded to use the vacuums and they worked great. Bonus points for the blower as I havent seen many car washes with those. Ill definitely return!

The wash is one of the best. Car really comes out clean. The downside is not being able to talk to someone about a full detail. The guy i was supposed to talk to spent a good half hour talking to a girl. Business or not there should be someone else in case of the same situation. Its alright though I will continue to get the was there.

My detailing was pretty good, but getting charged extra for an SUV that is barely bigger than a regular car that put me back up to the regular price without buying the Groupon actually makes me not ever want to go there again. I feel like Ive been duped.

Drove by there today. As a part year resident, this is the first time Ive had my own car in Aurora, as opposed to a rental. Saw the sign, tried it and am sold.I saw the sign for free car wash, and ASSUMED that there was a string or two attached - no. Absolutely free. My old Buick looks great. Free vacuums, too. I thought the number of employees was PERFECT! They are polite and well dressed, too. They will get all my business.

I hired Four Season Car Wash to detail one of my delivery vehicles. To say the least it was grimy when I brought it in. Alex gave me back a showroom new car! He even cleaned the engine. Scratched my brand new car. Scratches on the side of my vehicle, they’re superficial so hopefully I can put some wax on to get them out with a light buff but still. Should of known using a brush car wash that this would happen. Came out clean but the dryer didn’t do anything but move the water to a different place on my vehicle.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. Ive gone here several times but this last time, the wash I got left numerous scratches all over my car. There are scratches on the windows and also some of the paint was scratches off near the top. My car is only 2 weeks old which is why Im certain the damage wasnt there before. I had suspicions that the same thing happened to my previous car, but that car had so much hail damage that I thought maybe the new scratches were just something I hadnt noticed. But my guess is that my suspicions were correct then too. This time I was sure to look my car over prior to going there just in case. Unfortunately I should have just not bothered going back. So whomever reads this, learn from my mistakes and do NOT go here. Its affordable, but so not worth the damage that could be done to your car.

WASH AT YOUR OWN RISK! My car got stuck halfway through the wash, the rollers wouldn’t push my car and the car they sent in behind me rear ended me. I ended up having to put my car in drive and manually driving through the car wash, my car was still soaked in soaps and wax and I never received the detail service I paid for. They refused to show me footage of what happened and claimed that I “hit the breaks.” Even though my car was in neutral and the brakes were not used until I was already rear ended and had to put my car into drive. Alex the manager refused to give me a refund and hung up on both me and my insurance company. I had to call my bank to report to fraudulent charges as I never received the services I paid for. This company is a nightmare, please learn from my mistake!(Edit to respond to reply)I was never disrespectful. I did demand to see the footage because by the way I was being dismissed at the car wash I knew you were going to be sketchy and refuse to take responsibility. I did everything I was supposed to do. My car got stuck on the rollers. If it was my fault then why won’t you show me the footage? You were the one who was disrespectful by hanging up on both me and my insurance provider. It is a complete lie that refunds were issued that day. The attendant at the car wash that day told me that only Alex can issue refunds and Alex didn’t call me back until 24 hours after the incident. At which point he lied to me saying I was at fault. Refused to let me see the footage and hung up on me before telling me he would issue a refund. I had to call my bank in order to get the payments reversed.

Be ready to be nickled and dimed.. not sure who would take their car to be detailed if it wasnt dirty ( Not filthy) but regular wear and tear.. to be told just because of the vehicle without looking at what need to be done its an additional $40, keep in mind he advertise in Groupon and the discount is exactly $40. So all in all he applies a fee to get back the discount he applied to advertise and bring in clients. Scam artist trying to recoup funds lost during covid.

My truck is a big Dodge ram 1500 Laramie full cab with a truck cap and front leveling.The automatic wash messed up my windshield wiper.Alex, took great care of me and even gave me a $50 gift card. Unexpected, but great care and Ill definitely be back
