I just went in today and it scratched my car left and right. I expected to have swirl marks because its an express car wash but I didnt expect it to do this. It gave deep scratches all over. See pics. Im so mad because I also paid for the most expensive one thinking it would be good (diamond). Never going back here again and now i have to pay someone to fix this.

This establishment was so ghetto and unprofessional I could not believe my eyes! We waited in the line for 30 minutes just to vacuum out our car AFTER we paid to get a car wash. After waiting 30 minutes a single car left the vacuum station, and another car skipped the line and went into the spot.When I flagged down an employee, they had told the line skipper that it was okay and they could continue to vacuum out their car without waiting. Mind you there were other cars behind me also waiting. I would NEVER recommend this place. If you go one more block over there are plenty of other places to spend your money.

Great place! Drive through is quick, you can vacuum & clean your car for as long as it takes you without anyone bothering you. My kids Love going to this car wash at night! There are lots of colorful lights while going through the wash.

Exceptional automatic car wash that managed to bust month of dirt and dust from my car and have it looking like new in less than 10 minutes. The monthly price/subscription is a fantastic price for the value. Vacuums are often occupied but that just gives a few minutes to shammy the car until one is free.

This place is ok. What makes this place great is how fast you can get in and out. There are free vacuums and moist micro fiber towels. The most premium plan is $35/month. What makes this place worst is the fact that their vacuum/blower system has been tainted with throw up. I choose this place for convenience but if you had a nicer car I wouldn’t risk my car smelling!

I always wash here and only here. I usually go in the morning before the sun hits me. But they keep everything clean, always have clean rags available to use. Im in and out peacefully. Most importantly the staff is extremely kind and always have smiles on their faces.

Staff is always really friendly, and helpful. Opted for the monthly plan. Liked it so much, we added another car to the monthly plan. The monthly rates are exceptional, especially if you have multiple cars and take your car weekly to get washed.I always feel like I have more mental clarity and can start the week off right with a clean car.Open 6 days a week, closed on Sundays, so simply plan accordingly. I love that they have vacuums as well. Never used the floor mat cleaners, but its a nice addition.These machines get a lot of use, so they occasionally need to be serviced for optimal function. Kinda like your car needs regular servicing for optimal performance. If theyre closed for maintenance, we simply find other errands to run and come back a few hours later.

Great Customer Service 👍🏽 Cleans the Outside of the car Good. I like that there are towels available for drying off. I just wish they would get better vacuums because the ones they have now dont work too good. This is my only Complaint.😔

Top notch car wash facility. Got the highest possible car wash option after a couple of trips through the mountains and I lost my car in the parking lot later that day, it looked that brand-new. Staff is very attentive, providing free towels and assist with any questions. Also, the free vacuum cleaners are a blessing.

I really like the fact Im a member and my vehicle is always clean! Im a senior and all I have to do is sit in my car and let the car washer do the job and a great job it does!

My family is going to cancel your memberships if you keep closing your carwash before your business hours! (Update) ->You claimed your car wash was closed due to the bad weather, but today it is really sunny and clear. You still continue randomly to closed and it is very inconvenient. Not the first time, all the time since you opened. We are moving our accounts to car wash express where we never had an issue! Thanks for the disappointment!

This place is awesome . They do an unlimited wash package that makes it easy to swing by anytime. Only problem is unlimited has a once a day limit. But the people that work there are extremely nice. *edit* went in and asked and they said to just let the attendant know when you come through and they will let you go through again* 5 stars

The monthly membership is worth it. I have a black car and wash it at least once a week. It is a quick, easy, and thorough car wash. There is a car mat wash that I dont really use but I love having it when I need it. I love a clean car inside and out and I could do it all in one place. The only issue is sometimes they are closed when I need it done. It is monitored by people unlike some car washes that is just the machines and you are on your own.

I love this car wash! It is really great and makes my car so shiny. I do not like the fact that you have to pay separately for each car you add to your membership since I dont wash every day as it is. But a once in a while, is a definite for this!! Great service by the way.

The car wash is nice however the vacuum seem to not have enough pressure for suctioning. It takes a long time to vacuum things up.

Pulled into the drive though and was greeted by Austin. He told me about all the ins and outs got me the best deal month to month unlimited cars washes for a great price ran me though all the options found the best one for me. Friendly genuine guy that gave the best customer service. Great wash great easy access to clean your mats and vacuum this was win win appreciate the staff and everything done correctly will be going to wash my car month to month from here on out. I love this place, they are very attentive and very nice/polite. They fix stuff right away if you ask such as a clogged vacuum. They have a free floor mat washer. All in all 5 of 5 would definitely reccomend the monthly membership.

2 minutes and 10 seconds..... car wash is done. Well worth the monthly fee and I can my vehicles 6 days a week. Unfortunately, they are closed on Sunday.

I pay to get the top car wash for $35 a month. I dont get everything I pay for . Top drying i get off the time. All I here is its because of your luggage rack. my luggage rack isnt the issue but they seem to think, only half the time. Ive been coming here for 4 months. No more, Im sick of the horrible service.They gave me a refund, and demanded that I acknowledge it here.

This is the best wash I’ve ever had! It was so fast, and I love how bright the inside is. Cool lights, too. But, most importantly my car is clean clean clean! The wash was free this time (grand opening special), but I would definitely pay for it. Great value, especially with a membership.

My car was pretty dirty prior to the car wash. The diamond car wash cleaned it so well, even the rims of my tires. I also noticed that it smelled really good too! We really enjoyed the light show as we were driving through. We will definitely be going back to get our car washed there again!!

This car wash is so convenient! Its close to me, it washes faster and better than gas station car washes and you can do monthly memberships so you can wash your car as many times as you want (great during the winter to keep the salt from damaging your car). Employees are on hand just in case which is nice. Its my go to car wash now, so happy it opened.

Great customer service! The staff is friendly and helpful. My only complaint is the license plate areas just dont get cleaned well, but I havent been able to get those clean at any automatic car wash. I did the diamond wash and it is worth it to me since it has both the air dry and shammy dry.

Overall a decent carwash the vaccums havent been working very well if at all lately.

The services at the Aurora location are amazing! I wasnt sure which car wash to select but Brittni was an amazing attendant who gave me my first car was for free! The vacuums and mat cleaners are also up to par and get the job done! Very clean and well maintained! The staff is very friendly!

I just needed a car wash after a rainy hike with my dog, and Bri offered that i get a month membership so I could swing by after every hike or just because, and while their location didn’t have one, the next closest one has a dog wash station so my dog can get clean too! Shes super friendly, and always says hello when she sees us!

I got monthly membership for $25.00 ...fair price. Sometimes doesnt clean my car all the way miss somespots idk why andddddd they close on sundays....remember 95% of US population have weekends off and the first thing we do is walk at the park anddddwash our cars...so hope they will rethink about opening sundays.

Friendly customer service. I bought the most expensive unlimited Car Wash and my car was average dirty as I only washed it two weeks ago. I had to get out and towel dry it and wipe off of several spots that never got clean. Also I figured there would be some sort of wheel cleaner but my wheels were just as dirty as when I drove in. Other Car Washs not far away have people and drying with towels as soon as you get out of the car wash so there are no streaks and no spots missed. I may not be doing another unlimited wash after this experience. Not if I have to spend another 15 minutes drying off my car and cleaning up the spots the car wash missed.
